Upon arrival I found that water was indeed leaking into the fresh food compartment from the freezer and upon further inspection of the freezer I found that the drain line was once again clog ended up clearing out the drain and made sure the water was pouring down the drain line into the drip pan as designed. Unit is now functioning 100% as designed and is allowing water to drain to the drip pan I did inform the customer however that if this issue was to happen again we need to Hey search and see if theres any way that this unit can get some sort of drain line adoption kit that could prevent hot air from going up inside the line. Upon arrival I verified that the terminal area underneath the dishwasher was receiving 120 V from the main power cord and that the main control itself is also receiving the same 120 V and then found that the UI display was not responsive eat so we tried to hit a button and sometimes would select a cycle that you were trying to select another times would not turn on about how many times you try to push a button and then check voltage to the UI and found that it was receiving proper voltage but at this point the UI is not able to register customer input

WASHER WHIRLPOOL NFW5800HW0 Be on site for washing machine that would not power on and then cycle through the settings correctly that the customer would set it to. Upon arrival I entered a diagnostic mode to verify if there are any error codes but upon entering diagnostics I could not find any error codes present or stored within the unit. I then ran a normal cycle on the unit and found that one start was pushed in the unit tried to run the timer on the UI account down but nothing would ever happen inside the rest of the washer. I then contacted whirlpool tech line (Sr#7729520130) and was informed to normal the red white and blue wires to the J connector going from the stater motor to the ACU and was able to verify that the ohm resistance was at 13 with only a few fluctuations. At one point during the ohm test I did however get a split second reading of 38 homes which concerned techline a little bit and they stated that the probable cause is the rotor and stater motor are now having a

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRFC704FPS03 "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not dispensing or making ice. Upon further inspection, I tested the ice maker in diagnostics test #120. The IM harvested, but I found the fill tube heater wires tangled in the tray. I removed the ice maker and found the harness had broken at the fill tube opening and could not be spliced together for a temporary fix. Also found the right RC door gasket badly torn. When I tested the ice dispenser, I could hear the motor but it sounded like, it was dragging. I removed the bin and retested and the motor sounded normal. I tested the auger inside the bin and found it bound up with hardened grease and would not turn easily. FREEZER WHIRLPOOL WZF34X16DW04 Arrived on site for MR HAS VIDEO OF NOISE. Removed back cardboard cover and placed freezer in diagnostics. Immediately heard the noise. Found starter cover making contact with compressor making a plastic to metal noise. Removed starter cover and used padding to cover the areas of the starter cover that make contact with the compressor. Also placed padding on the cavity where the dryer tube was making contact with the cavity. Replaced starter cover and reinstalled cardboard cover. Placed in diagnostics and the noise was gone when the compressor started. No further repairs needed. Freezer is operating as designed. Job completed.

DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL KDTM404KPS0 "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher clean light flashing and the unit making noise. Upon further inspection, I found the unit turned off at the breaker. Turned the power on and the unit began to beep and the clean light was flashing. I attempted to placed the unit in diagnostics and test. Unit failed, but after a few tries, it finally went into diagnostics showing F8E4 error code. Cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I removed the toeplate and found water in the drip tray causing the float to sense water and keeping the unit from operating. I cleaned the water from the tray and retested and the unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use & care, as well as, detergent use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and found no water leak. Found the ice maker turned off. Turned it on and allowed it to harvest and when it called for water, I found no leaks. When I removed the water filter, water leaked out onto the floor and into the evaporator pan under the filter housing. No water leaks found coming from the valve or the filter housing.
