"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothing and burn spots. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out that the back left vent area was burned. I found it burnt and advised the customer that its normal. Customer provided a load of laundry that was damp and they had dried the load on timed dry for 50 mins. I found the vent tube at the back of the unit too long. Using my dryer vent test kit, I tested the airflow in the unit. After 3 tests, the unit failed each test. I tested with the vent tube off of the unit passed. I inspected the vent tube and found it clogged with lint. While checking the tube, I shortened the tube in order for the airflow to go directly to the tube going up to the ceiling. Also, I found that the tube going up to the roof/ceiling is badly clogged (photos) and will need to professionally cleaned. I provided the photos of the venting to the customer and recommended that they contact someone to come out to clean the vents. No lint observed in the unit during service, job completed."

Immediately after turning the unit on, I could hear the loud humming noise. I removed and replaced the magnetron, capacitor and diode and retested and unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site and found customers complaint is dryer cannot be pushed back and the vent hose falls off where it is connected to the wall. Vent connection on wall comes out at a drooping 45? angle, this does not allow the vent hose clamp to properly seat. Even if connection was A 90? coming out of wall it would still be 18 inches higher than the connection on the dryer. However, the unit freezer doesn?t get below 55?F and the refrigerator section barely calls at all. Confirmed customers complaint and found the compressor hot to touch and one line frozen at the evaporator capillary tube going to the first ring on the right hand side. None of the rest of the evaporator had any frost pattern on it. Spoke to PR and was advised the issue would have to be a sealed system issue. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that was not getting water. Upon arrival the customer stated that the real issue was it would run continuously and never stop, but this issue was intermittent. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found error codes F9E2 for Water Ring Detected, Pump Drive System Problem and F2E1 for stuck key. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a test cycle and found it running as designed. After the cycle all steps passed. I found all components running as designed. I filled and drained the unit several times and had no issue with the drain pump. I gained access to the pressure tube and found no kinds of holes. I blew threw the pressure tube and did not find any suds or debris build up. I found his drain hose properly installed. I found customer having proper soap usage. Upon further inspection I found a leak in his valve and housing however.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was losing cool and with an ice maker that wasnt working. I checked the temps and found the FC at 14?F and the RC at 49?F. I found the ice actually harvested while I was testing temps, but the customer said it was very intermittent. Upon further inspection I found significant ice build up on the RC evap cover and it actually going into the fresh food drawer. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all fans working as designed and the IM working as designed. I gained access to the control and found thermistors on P5 and P8 getting proper voltage. I ohmd out the RC thermistor from P5-1 to P5-2 and found it at 4.84k which is right where it should be at around 50?F. I ohmd out the FC thermistor at P5-3 to P5-4 and found it at 5.55k which is to high for the 14?F. I ohmd out the RC evap thermistor at P8-3 to P8-4 and found it at 6.81k ohms which is to high with the amount of frost and ice on the evap cover. This indicates a faulty FC and RC evap thermistor. I am ordering both thermistors, the HV control, and the evap cover/drain pan per service pointer W11092686. I am also ordering the damper just in case, for it was getting voltage but I did not hear it. I advised the customer in order to service the unit they had to keep the unit off for at least 48+ hours to defrost. I checked temps and found the RC at 33?F and the FC at 0?F. I found the unit on the coldest setting with the damper all of the way open. I advised the customer that due to the open air vents in the back of the RC stuff can sometimes freeze. I walked the customer through how to change temps settings as well. I found the heater and fan working on the unit. I found the drain tube still working and no frost or ice build up on the evap. I found no water drip this time either. I let the customer know her unit was working as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not dissolving the detergent. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1-diverter lost position. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit dispensed water into the tub and the motor failed to come on, but I could hear a grinding noise. Advanced through testing and the dispenser, element and drain pump all operated as designed. I found that the sump/motor assembly is currently OOS. I advised the customer of this and advised that as soon as the part arrives, someone will contact them to schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer not draining. Upon arrival I attempted to put unit into Diagnostic and was shown 3 error codes F9E1 long drain fault , F8E6 water hazard , F7E1 tachometer miss or wrong signal. reached out to whirlpool tech line and checked both drain and latch at control. Both items with in acceptable limits. Tech line recommends replacement of control. Ordering control and drain pump. "Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Found condenser motor and compressor not running upon arrival. Turned condenser motor by hand and it kicked on. Compressor still not turning on. Cycled power and was not able to get condenser motor to start on its own. Replaced inverter, tested unit, compressor starting now but condenser motor not turning on its own without me manually assisting it. Checked pressures and pressures checked good. At beginning of start up compressor was pulling 2amps and slowly started dropping. Before I left amp draw was 1.2amps. Evap motors working. RC and FC started cooling. Recommend replacing condenser motor. "Arrived on site to diagnose vent hood making excess noise, found that the fan motor itself wasnt fully seated so it was torquing forward when at full speed. Reseated the screws holding the fan motor in place and now the unit is operating as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site and found F9E1 saved in diagnostics, customer experiences washer not draining every other load. They are using the correct amount of detergent. Drain pump is good and takes less than a minute to drain washer. Removed rear panel and did not see any issues with pressure hose, harness, control or air trap. All of these were also checked on original visit.

"Arrived on site to inspect fridge for freezing not cooling. I gained access to the freezer evaporator and found the evaporator with only a partial frost pattern. I gained access to the back of the unit no inspected all of the sealed system lines. I found the precooler is leaking refrigerant. I am ordering the precooler and a new Uv dryer to complete the repair. The office will reschedule when we have an eta on the parts. Arrived on site for washer needing previously diagnosed main control. Upon arrival was able to install the main control but found the lid lock was still shorting out after doing further test. I then replaced lid lock but unfortunately found that the unit was still shutting down due to some random shortage in the unit and sometimes it would work and sometimes it would not I was then able to narrow down that the ui also had a short inside the harness and was causing the main control and lid lock to not function correctly I was able to install all three needed parts and then reassembled and tested the unit

Arrived onsite for lights off. Upon arrival found unit deli drawer UI damaged and wiring on inside destroyed. Ordering drawer and control. Office to reschedule upon receiving.; ordrng 1 W10815669 (Deli drawer)
