Arrived on site for a wall oven that intermittently shuts off. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit will intermittently shut off on its own and they have to cycle the breaker to get it working again. They stated it happens roughly once or twice a week. I tried to replicate the issue but could not. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F6E0 for lost communication to UI. I found the UI and control bad. I cycled power off and replaced the UI. I cycled power on for a while and then back off. I then replaced the control. I tested the unit and preheated the oven for a while.

Removed the water from the unit and removed and inspected the drain pump and found a piece of glass inside caught in the empellars. Removed the glass and placed the unit in diagnostics. Advised the customer they meed to be using rinse aid to cure the walls of the dishwasher to allow water to run into the sump and not stick to the walls. Also advised to run high temp options as this will also improve temp and dry temps.

Upon further inspection I found the roller wheels had appeared to have lost grease and causing bearings of support wheels to rub. After replacing the rollers I reassembled and tested unit and found was no longer making my unusual noises. Unit functioning as designed call complete

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not always dispensing water or producing ice. Found all is working at this time. I was not able to reproduce any issues with unit. Advised homeowner that since home is not always occupied reservoir may be freezing over on occasion. No further repairs needed and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not producing ice. Upon arrival the customer said another company replaced the IM due to the teeth being broken. She stated the unit is not getting water to IM. I tested the temps in the FC and they were at 6?F. I checked voltage at the IM and it is getting 120V but doing nothing. I jumped the IM and could hear the valve energize but still no water was coming to the IM. I checked the water coming from the water and it had good water pressure. I found 120V at the harness to the valve and the valve ohmd out good. This indicates a bad valve. I unplugged the unit and turned the water off at the wall and replaced the valve. I then tested the unit again and no water was coming to the IM. I then harvested the IM again while checking voltage at harness while plugged into valve. I could hear the valve energize again, but the valve only received 95V. This indicated the IM not sending proper voltage to the valve. I then replaced the IM. I harvested the IM a gain and the same issue occurred. This indicates a bad harness. Ordering the harness and the office will reschedule,p.; ordrng 1 Harnesstovalve (Research)"

He did advise that the unit is cooling and freezing on the freezer side but that his refrigerator keeps frosting up. Checked evaporator and found ice buildup on the bottom and on the top of the evaporator and underneath the drip tray. Steamed off ice and found the water not flowing down to the drip pan underneath the unit. Removed help drain tube from the bottom and blew through it. The unit did have something in the drain tube. Went ahead and attempted to steam through the drip tray in the refrigerator section and did not find any water dripping into the drip pan underneath. Attempted to use a zip tie and screwdriver to poke through what was blocking the water. Could not get either through on either side. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Adrian SR# 7730513647. He advised based on my information, the unit likely had a collapsed drain tube and that the unit was being sent to review

"Arrived on site to,inspect wall oven connection issues. Upon further inspection, I found the unit would not connect to WiFi and when in use, the display jumps from screen to a different screen and will turn itself on and off. I found error code FCE3 and did not find the code in the tech sheet. I contacted techline and and spoke to Dave and advised of my findings. Dave advised that the error code is for the unit not able to find the WiFi router and recommended that I contact the Whirlpool WiFi connect team. I contactes the WiFi team and spoke to Patrick and advised that there is no SAID number. He recommended replacing the main control and connect to WiFi. I removed and replaced the main control and tested. The unit attempted to connect to WiFi but failed. I contacted the connect team again and spoke to a different tech and recommended replacing the UI console and to put the original main control back so itll transfer info to the new console. I removed and replaced the main control and cycled power and removed and replaced the UI console and tested. The unit connected to WiFi as designed. Job completed"

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher not operating and only beeping. Upon inspection I found F9E2 and F8E4 stored in the unit. I removed the float tray and found standing water. I removed the water, verified correct continuity on the switch then reinstalled the float tray/switch. I engaged diagnostics and the unit began a drain sequence. I did not hear any abnormal noises with the drain and it drained all the water out as designed. I opened the unit and found an excessive amount of over sudsing. I cleared out the suds and found the water is staying in the sump. The unit is installed with the tile ending at the front by the leveling feet. It drops down about half an inch. I advised the customer to switch to a liquid detergent and test the unit. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete."

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that was smoking inside. An unknown substance has gotten into airvents in unit and is dripping on the defrost heater. Vent cannot be replaced or fully cleaned to prevent reoccurring issue.

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator Evaporator frozen up again. During inspection found that the evaporator is completely frozen over. Took pictures. According to the notes we have done all the repairs needed to prevent this from happening. Called tech line to see what is next. Tech line stated that there is a new updated service pointer w11092686F. To replace the drain pan and follow all the procedures on the service pointer including setting the defrost to 8 hrs. Advised that the Evaporator will need to be thawed out for a couple of days and to call us for service once its thawed. Arrived onsite for dryer making squealing noise. I tested the dryer and it was not making a abnormal noise. The customer stated it had made the noise the night before. I removed the rear panel and accessed the blower wheel. I found a screw had been lodged on the wheel which more than likely was causing the noise. I removed the screw and any other debris from the blower and reassembled the unit. I tested the unit and could not recreate any noise at this time. I used my weight and pushed down on the drum as I turned it but still did not hear any squealing. Job complete.

If I release the pressure for the water lines at the filter housing the dispenser will work once and than stop because of the pressure build up. The customer has a reducer and the valve line for it. I advised he get the pet supply line and he can install the reducer. After the reducer is installer the unit will work as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to install previous diagnose parts. I inspected the gear case and found it was damaged in the box. I am ordering a new gear case. The office will reschedule when we have an eta on the part. ; ordrng 1 W11455453 (Gear case)

Arrived on site to replace ui for refrigerator. Replaced part and tested unit. All is working properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.
