I asked if they have replaced the gfci breaker clients friend isn't sure about that. I strongly recommend that they contact the home builder so they can replace the gfci breaker. And also home owners will need to contact the gfci breaker company. I removed ground wire preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping. I checked polarity and voltage readings were correct. I took amp draw only oven on it was 14.67 and with all burners on high and oven on it was 39.88 product works as it's designed no parts used. I asked clients friend to let the client know when they get home to preheat the oven to five hundred degrees for one hour.Calling whirlpool safety Sr #7742252825 whirlpool recommend for client to contact the breaker company for a solution."

Arrived on site for leaking water from ice maker. Upon arrival customer states that unit intermittently stops making ice and drips from dispenser. Also showed me how ther is ice that builds up on front Fc drawers. Also says from time to time items in middle door freeze.. I inspected unit. Container is full of ice. Did temperature test. Get 39 in RC and 4 in FC.Test water dispenser and is not weeping. Test ice door and there are no gaps. Poured cup of water in ice door and held all water. Pressed iced door and all water poured into cup. Ice door is operating correctly. Did find unit not leveled. I leveled unit and now doors close correctly. Cannot duplicate a water leak or a temperature failure at this time. Need to call Techline. Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator making a sort of static noise at times. Customer pointed out they can hear on the left side by the counter. Advised cx that the coils should be checked every few months and cleaned. Clogged coils can cause icemaker to not run efficiently. Advised cx to call back if ice is still too thin.

I checked my pressures with system running and found -10/85 psi. Pressures seemed good, and i found no evidence of a leak. I checked thermistors and found them both close to 13.3K at the control, which matches evap temp. I vacuumed the unit for 20 mins and recharged to spec. "Arrived on site for FC light not working and water dispenser to continuously run. Upon arrival, tested water dispenser and found extension making rough contact with the switch. Applied grease on tip of extension and switch button and reinstalled dispenser assembly and tested multiple times and roughness went away. The continuous water flow allowed water to travel into the rocket switch for the FC allowing switch to close shut and lights to turn off. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts needed"

"Arrived and inspected unit found it is currently working properly, freezer is at -1 ......however after further inspection I found frost buildup up at bottom of freezer door as if door was left open., cleared ice build up and advised customer of proper and improper way of closing freezer door, customer placed a few water bottles inside freezer compartment for monitoring purposes and was advised if water does not freeze and stay frozen in 24hrs to contact maintenence so ticket can be reopened and freezer can be reassessed. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not heating or drying and cycles taking around 3 hrs. Upon further inspection I placed the dishwasher into service mode and observed error code F7E1. I ran through component testing and found all components are operating as designed as well as the heater. The dishwasher had locked out the heater due to low incoming water temperature. The water temperature needs to be a minimum 120 degrees. I measure around 100 degrees. I reset the heater by running an automatic test. I informed the customer to run the hot water at the faucet to ensure the dishwasher is getting hot enough water. The duration of the cycle is typical and the dishwasher is operating as designed now.

Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking and going out of balance. Upon further inspection I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed error code code F0E9. I checked the rear of the washer and found a small leak at the hot water connection (photo). I removed the water line and found that it was over tightened causing the gasket to tear. I reattached the water line and made sure it was not too tight and it was no longer leaking. I checked the leveling legs on the washer and found that they were extended to the max height. I lowered the feet and made sure the washer was level and had even weight distributed among all 4 feet. I ran a test mode and the washer is operating as designed. I advised the customer on proper loading and detergent usage. No water leaks observed at the end of service.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises and ice maker leaking water into the ice bin. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that there is water leaking into the ice bin and causing the ice to clump in the back left corner of the bin and there is a constant rattling noise coming from the back of the unit. I could hear the rattling noise, which sounded like the power cord warning label hitting the back of the unit or the wall. I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and found the label flapping from the air being put off by the condenser fan. Using some tape, I wrapped the label around the cord and secured it with tape. I put the unit back in its space, and the noise is no longer there. I disassembled the FC section to gain access to the ice maker and found where water was leaking from where the tines rest on the tray (photo). I advised the customer of my findings and replaced the ice maker, and tested. The ice maker is harvesting properly, and there are no water leaks from the ice maker. I reassembled the unit and re-leveled the unit and tested operations. The unit is operating as designed. No water leaks were observed at the end of service, job completed. W11692158"

Arrived on site to inspect washer not draining properly and displaying error code F8E1 lo flo. Upon further inspection I placed the unit into diagnostic and observed error code F8E1. I ran through component testing and found the hot water valve to not be operating properly and slow draining. I found that the hot water valve had sediment build up and I also found that the hot water supply has very low water pressure. I gained access to the drain pump and found debris lodged in the filter. I cleared the debris and removed and replaced the hot valve and let the customer know that the hot water supply from the home will still need to be addressed for her washer to operate properly. I tested the drain pump and it is now draining as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11688994

I checked the rear to see if any wires were broken or loose and found no issues. I ran a defrost test and unit ran the defrost with no problems. "Cx stated that it was making a dripping noise and the light would sometimes not come on. Advised cx that the unit will always drain because the ice will melt. This can accur at least once or twice a day. They icemaker is not designed to keep ice frozen. Found door not closing properly, pulled unit out so it was even with the cabinet and door closes fine. Checked light and could not duplicate issues. Checked rocker switch and magnets and they would good."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher for center spray arm not rotating or washing properly. Placed the unit into diagnostic mode and tested operation. Found stored error code F3E2 OWI (Optical Water Indicator) sensor unable to calibrate. Cleared error and reset the control to retest. During operation, confirmed that the center spray arm was not rotating as designed, which is consistent with sensor failure. In addition, upon inspection of the door assembly, I found the door handle loose due to stripped screws. The handle is unable to stay secured and will require replacement. . Customer has been informed, and the repair is rescheduled for Tuesday. Ordering OWI sensor and handle. Will replace sump and motor and Owi sensor and door handle on return visit. ; ordrng 1 W11410464 (Owi sensor) and 1 W10708004 (Handle)"

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher for leaking.Inspected the unit and began testing by removing the bottom kick plate. Found that the leak was coming from the fill valve. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the fill valve threads were stripped during installation when the water line was connected. Turned the water off at the shutoff valve under the sink to perform the repair. Removed the defective fill valve and installed a new one. Secured all connections properly and restored water supply. Tested the unit by running a fill cycle. No leaks were present during testing. Pulled the unit out to dry the back area and documented the water damage with pictures. Left the old fill valve with the customer. Unit is now operating as designed. Job complete."
