"Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop burner not igniting. Upon further inspection, I tested the cooktop burners and found the back right burner does not arc, but is emitting gas. Also, I tested both ovens and found the large oven ignitor is arcing and the gas is emitting, but the burner is not igniting. I pulled the unit out and removed the back cover to find the large oven bake ignitor is not connected (photo). I connected the ignitor and tested and oven is operating as designed. I removed the front panel and inspected the switch harnesses and found the far right burners switch harness had some purple tape on the black wire. I removed the harness and removed the tape and found the black wire had been cut. Using some heat shrink, I mended the harness and retested and the unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the unit turned on and no water in the reservoir. I found the reservoir cap was missing and found it in the bin. Placed the cap back on the reservoir and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. The unit operated as designed in diagnostics. I tested in normal operations and while testing, I found when the valve was filling the reservoir, the water level sensor was not detecting the level of the water and water would overflow into the bin for approximately 2 minutes. Once the unit began to circulate the water over the evaporator, I found a slab would produce but was very thin. I found that due to the water level sensor not detecting the correct amount of water in the reservoir, it was causing the circulating pump to shut off too soon and the ice slab was not producing thick enough. I removed and replaced the recirculating pump and retested and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11542867"

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit panel display blank and non-responsive. I checked the breaker and found it to be a GFCI breaker and it was tripped. I cycled power to the unit and pulled the unit out onto my oven dolly and gained access to the elements and control for testing. Tested the unit in Bake at 350 degrees on Rapid preheat until it reached 205 degrees. Tested voltage during this time and found the unit is getting 246V and providing same voltage to the elements. Switched the preheat to Standard Preheat and retested and got the same results and the unit reached preheat temps with no failures. I cycled power and removed and replaced the main control and tested ohms readings to the elements and TOD and all were within manufacturer specifications. I cycled power and retested on Standard Preheat and the unit continued to operate as designed. I advised the customer of my findings, repairs and advised that if the breaker trips again to contact the builder to have the breaker replaced and they will need to contact the manufacturer of the breaker to report. Also, recommended to the customer that if the breaker trips, they will need to leave the breaker off for a minimum of 5-10 mins to allow the breaker to cool before cycling power back on. Inspected the bin and it was full of ice, but I noticed the bin was pushed in fully and not seated correctly causing the motor coupler to not engage with the bin auger. I placed the bin back in place and demonstrated for the customer how the dispenser wont function properly when its not pushed in fully and how it functions properly when it is pushed in fully. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not reaching preheat temp. Upon further inspection, I checked the tools to make sure the unit had not been calibrated and it hadnt, but I found the unit was reading temps in Celsius mode (photo). I sent a text to the builder and they advised that the unit had been tested with an infrared laser gun. I advised that the gun cannot provide accurate temp readings as it tests surface temps and not air temps. I changed the temp units to Fahrenheit and proceeded with testing using my multimeter and placing the thermal couple in the middle of the center rack and testing on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 362 degrees. The next five readings were 377, 319, 371, 323, 372 for an average temp of 352.4 degrees. My average temp is within manufacturing specifications. I notified the builder and advised of my testings and unit is operating as designed. No repairs needed at this time, job completed. No one available to sign for receipt. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave not heating properly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they have attempted to cook various food items and all items have been getting cooked/burnt on the outer edges and the middle has stayed cold/frozen and the plate has been too hot to handle. Using my microwave tester, I tested the unit on a quick 30 second heating and my tester lit up most of the time telling me the unit is heating as it should. Following the tech sheet, I tested the temps inside the unit with a cup of room temp water for one minute. At the end of testing, the temp of the water after stirring was 118 degrees. Tech sheet shows for a 1000W unit, the temp should be in a range of 110-116 degrees. I tested the voltage at the outlet and got 125V. I contacted techline and spoke to Jonathan and advised of the complaint, previous service/SR number, my testings and my findings. Jonathan advised that based off my testing/findings, the unit is operating as designed. He provided a text to my phone and I provided a photo of the vents on the top panel at the front of the unit. I advised the unit does not vent outside, but vents through the front top vents back into the kitchen. Jonathan advised the venting shouldnt have any effect on the heating other than the mag cooling fan, which is operating as designed. Jonathan recommended providing the SR#7739127989 to the customer and have them contact the manufacturer customer service to discuss. I advised the customer of my conversation with techline and provided them with my business card and SR number and recommended they contact customer service. Unit is operating as designed, job completed. No parts installed per techline."

Arrived on site for shakes out of balance. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and there are o saved error codes. Test suspension and is good. Ran a spin cycle and unit spins correctly. Explained to customer the importance of loading unit correctly and not washing items that are too big and get heavy when absorbing water. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that is not cleaning the dishes. I found a stored F4E3 error code. I found good voltage to the pump but it wasnt running. I replaced the pump and motor then tested the machine. All is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete. Use authorization W1BA210APL1. INSTALLED W11613480 pump&motor.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit tripping breaker. Test unit and at 125? oven tripped breaker. Checked ground wire and it checked good. Turned breaker on and turned oven back on to 350? and unit pre heated correctly. Turned temp up to 400? and unit pre heated to 400? turned the temp up to 425? and unit pre heated job complete. No parts used.

Disassembled and found drain tube block with debris. Cleared out and showed customer. How much debris was building up also took pictures . Notified customer that we will warrantee this visit. However, if the accumulation of debris continues, we will then have to charge another fee to come out and clear the system.
