"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not filling properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the machine.It doesn't seem to fill very much during the wash cycle and she doesn't feel like it's cleaning the clothes as well as her previous washer. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit was working and operating as designed. The customer stated that she cannot get the machine to fill up past halfway up the basket and wanted to know if there was a way to adjust the water level. I did explain to the customer that the water level is based on programming and cycle selections. I advise the customer that the unit is motoring the motor during the initial spina in agitation to determine the water level for the unit and cannot be adjusted, besides changing cycles. I did advise the customer that the bulky items cycle will give the customer the most amount of water based on programming. However, it would not necessarily fill up all the way as her previous washer may have. I did advise the customer that the unit is working and operating as designed per the manufacturer's specifications. I went over some other information about the washing machine and the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to test unit for loose agitator. Upon arrival customer presented issue, bolt has back out causing agitator to become loose and fall. Inspected agitator, found positioning tabs have been stripped which allowed the agitator to spin freely and back out the washplate bolt. Verified issue by starting a bake cycle, observed irregular flame, gas smell is present and noticeable. Inspected burner tube and found air shutter wide open. Closed shutter until only 10% was open and ran another bake cycle, initial gas smell was present but after 2 minutes the smell subsided to normal level. In addition the swirl paint colors on rear bulk head are normal that there is just not a thick layer of paint and with heat and other factors the thin layer of paint becomes transparent with swirl marks. "Arrived on site to inspect range tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I verified that the unit was wired correctly and that there was no visual damage to any wires or components. I followed saftey protocol by documenting with photos the location of the unit and terminal block. I replaced the elements per manufacturer's guidlines. I started the burn off process by removing the ground connection at the terminal block and setting the oven to bake at 500 degrees for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes. Arrived onsite for refrigerator section not cooling. I found the fan running and coil clear. Freezer cools as designed so I called PR and found out the return hole at the bottom was blocked by a plastic bag. This can cause cooling issues and no foam sighted in the return hole. Freezer air is coming into the RC but because of the bag blocking the return the airflow was restricted. Unit will now cool as designed. Call complete. No leaks. No parts installed.

"WFES3030RS0 Arrived on site for a range tripping breaker. On arrival, I found that nobody lives at the residence. I replaced the control board ,bake, and broil element, then I removed the ground wire and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity, voltage, and amp draw. All readings are correct. the product works as it's designed. Someone that works for the home builder arrived, and I told him about the protocol . I can't leave oven on due to nobody being here but whomever receives the email I recommend contacting the home builder so they can replace the gfci breaker and also turn the oven on and preheat to five hundred degrees for one hour. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Upon arrival replaced regulator valve (W10861656), turned gas valve on and applied bubble solution, no leaks detected on any fittings. Cooktop burners engage properly, started a 350? bake cycle and monitored burner tube. Observed good ignition and flame but gas cut off at 325?. Restarted cycle and the unit began to act erratic, spark igniter engaged every time but the regulator valve would not open. Entered service mode and found F6E0 (oven user interface) error code stored. Cleared error codes and started another bake cycle and the unit was still acting erratic, valve would also not open for the broil tube. Suspecting control may be malfunctioning once it starts to get warm. Replaced control (W11620582) and tested unit, valve for the broil burner tube now opens and the bake burner tube is engaging properly. Unit has not been connected to wifi which could potentially cause issues, recommended to customer to connect unit to wifi. If callback occurs recommend returning with oven sensor, harness and UI. Test again but ran an extension cord to a non arc fault gfci breaker by heating water to 1:00 minute several time ran fan and light and operates correctly. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error code. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged, and the water source turned off. Plugged the unit in and turned the water on and placed it in diagnostics showing error code F8E4-water leak. Cleared the code and continued with testing, and the unit operated as designed. While testing, i checked the water and found detergent in the water from old detergent residue in the tub. I found no leaks during testing. I removed the drain pan from underneath the unit and found water in the pan and in the flat switch. I removed and replaced the float switch and retested, and the unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven error code. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing the error code F2E1-stuck key. I cleared the code and tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees. The unit began to operate as designed, so I called techline and spoke to Austin and advised of the history, today's complaint, and my findings. The unit completed preheat while on the phone with techline. Austin advised that with the unit completing preheat and even starting a bake cycle, means that the UI is not in failure, but possibly whatever the customer is baking is causing too much moisture/steam and it's getting into the console/UI and causing the error code. Austin advised not to replace any parts and recommended the customer wrap their foods in foil if it creates a lot of moisture. Austin recommended referring the customer to Whirlpool Customer service. I advised my customer of my conversation with techline and recommended placing some foil tape at the bottom of the control panel to cover the gaps in the panel and allow the vent air to vent straight out instead of up into the console. The customer agreed to try it and I placed some foil tape along the bottom of the console and at the top of the vent (photo in SDQUICKPIC). Unit is operating as designed, and no parts were installed. Job completed."

Arrived onsite and found unit leaking from a frozen over evap drain. Thawed and cleared with steamer and verified clear drain. Reformed pan for better flow. All checks good. No parts.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave not heating properly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they were heating frozen foods and it didn't heat all the way through and that one time the turntable did not turn on. I explained to the customer on using the Defrost when heating frozen foods, and they can also check the turntable by pressing the turntable on/off key. Using a cup of water at approximately 73 degrees, I placed the cup inside the microwave and tested for one minute. At the end of the cycle, I tested the water temperature, and it read approximately 133 degrees. Using my microwave tester, I tested again for 30 seconds and found the unit is heating properly, and the turntable has been rotating with every test. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and performed the diagnostics test per the tech sheet and found the unit operating as designed. I called techline to get my findings documented and spoke to Jake and advised of the complaint, my testings, and my findings. Jake advised to instruct the customer of use and care regarding frozen foods and how to turn the tur table on and off. Provided SR#7742074176. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for drain pump running randomly. Ran diagnostics and found stored error F3E1 pressure system failure. Replaced control under s-code S153EB. Tested and unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for not working. Test unit and found correct voltage going to the unit checked voltage at the control board and found correct voltage but not working. Replaced board test unit and unit test good job complete.

Top freezer drawer was not sliding out. Bearing in glide were seized. Removed about replaced left abd right side drawer rails. Tested drawer and it opens and closes smoothly

Cx stated rhatubjt was making loud noise coming from freezer. Verified ice on fan shroud. Removed ice. Installed new tube extension on ice maker fill tube. Tested icemaker and it cycled and no leaks from fill tube. Unit functioning properly

"Plugged unit in and ran diagnostics. Found no fault codes. Ran auto test and washer passed fine. Drain pump was not continously running. Maintenance said water was off do to plumbing work, this could have been the humming noise. Ran unit in normal cycle and it filled, washed. Canceled cycle and it drained fine. Unit is working as intended. Spoke to gerry about call. Did not use control. Used control for job 456339."

Verified start button was not responding to commands. All other buttons worked. Removed and replaced clock control. Tested bake and broil. Oven is heated fine and all buttons work as intended

Arrived on site for defrost circuit repair. Unit has been thawed. Removed cover. Found defrost heater at 33 ohms. Evaporator and refrigerator thermistor both at 2.3 k ohms. Replaced main control. Verified operation. Call complete. W11382529

"Arrive on site for rain stripping, breaker during preheat. An arrival confirmed issue and installed W11696067 control W10856603 element W11182108 element, then reassembled and tested unit and found range working as designed without tripping, breaker and reported findings to safety. "Arrived on site for unit leaking water. On arrival, customer had pointed out that they had seen water falling from the evaporate coil area down through a hole in the back of the freezer. I had found water droplets coming from the ice maker, fill line and sealed it up. And also informed customer that the unit would go through occasional defrost, and they would still see some water dripping from the evap coil down that line, and that unit is working as design call, complete."

Arrived on site for no ice. Icemaker not running through a forced cycle diagnosed a defective icemaker replaced icemaker ran harvest test passed icemaker filled with water. Wpw10300024

5p apt .....Arrived on site for washer stuck in drain mode . Ran diagnostics got pressure sensor and control error . Replaced control W11607637. Ran calibration and diagnostics test wash. All checking g normal. No water leaks detected at time of service. Maintenance not on hand to sign ticket.

Arrived on-site for washer leaking. Found the cold water valve was leaking from a bad seal. I replaced the valve and tested the unit. No leaks found. Used w11413407

"Arrive downside for a washing machine that has a burning smell and was making a popping noise. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the machine made a few popping noises and quit. He advised the machine has not done anything since. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E6 (open motor circuit) error code. I found the unit set up for a spin and attempt to run a drain and spin cycle. I found the machine do absolutely nothing. I checked resistance on the drive motor and found properly resistance. I replaced the control and tested the unit again. I found the motor start to spin but would not shift into agitation or drain. I take resistance on the drain pump and found it open, indicating an open line. I called Whirlpool safety team and spoke to Amanda SR# 7742035662. She advised to continue repair since this is in warranty. I replaced the wire harness and tested the unit. Lee in it began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for dishwasher beeping and not going into wash cycle . Ran diagnostics got float switch code . Found water standing in drip tray . Dried out tray . Found water has been dripping from valve at supply hose . Tightened connection . Ran couple fill and drain cycles . All checking normal. All. Connection dry . No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

Arrived on site for washer not washing clothes. Entered diagnostics and found f3e1. All components pass test with no movement of machine. Ran drain and spin twice with clothes and it was normal. Some noise from drain line vibrating on wall. Called tech line and gave findings. Advised unit has a service pointer. W10754551B. Replaced board and recalibrated machine call complete. Sr #7742075548
