Due to the RC evaporator failure, I removed and replaced the RC evaporator, compressor, drier & access valve and vacuumed the system. System held pressure and I installed 4.5oz of R134a refrigerant to the system and monitored pressures. Pressures equalized but when each evap would got into a vacuum, the pressures werent correct. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven error code. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit on Bake at 225 degrees and once the cooling fan came on the error code F96 appeared. I pulled the unit form the wall and removed the top panel to expose the fan. Tested again and found the fan not turning on. I assisted the fan and it began to spin, but at a slow RPM. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit trips the breaker and they plugged the unit into a different outlet and it continued to trip. Customer did advise that the breaker is a GFCI breaker. I found the unit in operation when I arrived and once the load was done, I found it somewhat of balance as the basket was not spinning smoothly. Customer removed clothing and I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed and did not trip the breaker. I tested the unit in manual test mode and tested high speed spin and the unit continued to operate as designed. Customer advised that the load that was going when I arrived did not trip the breaker. I tilted the unit back and inspected underneath and found no issues. Checked the actuator and it is connected to the cam as designed. I stopped testing and wiggled the basket and found the bearing has gone bad. Also during testing, when the drain pump came on, it was very loud as well.. Job completed."

Arrived on site for NOT DRYING-HAS TO RUN MULTIPLE CYCLES -HASN'T HAD VENTING CLEANED. Pulled dryer away from wall to test voltage and found vent air hose kinked and mashed against the wall restricting air flow. Tested voltage and was getting 240. Straightened vent air hose to remove kink and took temps. Temps ran up to 220 and I allowed dryer to cycle ten times for high and low temps. Heating as designed. Showed customer the problem and explained the spot I have it positioned is best to prevent the vent air hose from getting kinked again. Laundry room is a tight fit for the WASHER AND DRYER so I explained to customer if it stops heating again to check and ensure the vent hose isnt kinked again.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with frost building in the FC. Upon inspection I found the FC at 7 and the RC at 55. I could hear the air being choked at the damper when opening the door. I ran diagnostics and found the damper showing a open or shorted motor error. I found the thermistor reading 56 degrees. I can hear the damper trying to open but does not sound right. replace the damper(242303001) . ; ordrng 1 242303001 (Damper) and 1 5304521777 (Thermistor harness)

Arrived onsite for refrigerator frosting in the FC upon arrival I took temps FC=8 RC=37. There was no frost at this time but the customer showed me a picture of the frost. There was some frosting on items on the left side of the FC In The baskets. There was no evidence of ice build up on the evaporator cover. I inspected the unit for air leaks starting at the rear where the drain tube connects. The drain tube was sealed good. I tested the dispenser and t was working as designed. I went to check for gaps in the gaskets and I found that if you dont close the door from the middle of the handle it will stay slightly open on the left side and leave a small gap. I found that if you closed from the middle the door will shut every time. I explained to the customer my findings I also explained that boxes or bags can get wedged between the gasket causing frost. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

I reran dishwasher multiple times to verify that it could fill, agitate, and drain as designed with no issues. Line was clogged because it was never properly raised when it was installed and sink was back flowing into dishwasher. Raised drain hose. Unit functioning as design with leaks during repairs. Arrived on site for dishwasher not functioning correctly. Upon arrival I found that the unit was receiving 120 V proper from the power supply and you I was turning on sometimes but it was not successfully running each time at the start button. I also found at the lowest brown was broken high ended up replacing the main control to try and stabilize the power output going to all the components and after doing so I found the dishwasher was functioning accurately and 100% as designed with no leaks I then went ahead and replaced the lower sprayer as well and upon completion of installing both parts I also raise the drain line under the sink because if not probably been installed and was causing backflow from the sink into the dishwasher. Unit is now fully functioning as designed with no leaks before during or after repair call complete

Arrived on site for wine cooler not cooling. Found unit at ambient temperature. Gained access to compressor and pressure amp draw at 2.3 amps. Measured resistance on compressor windings and found failed.

Arrived onsite for dryer showing F6E3 error. Upon inspection I found the unit flashing that error while in idle. The customer stated that it started happening at the beginning of the year and was able to dry but now the error code wont allow them to use the unit. I was not able to invoke diagnostics. I replaced the main control and facia and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed at this time. The resident stated that it takes more than one cycle to dry a load. I advised that the vent system in the house may be obstructed and would need to be cleaned out. The moisture may be traveling back into the unit causing these errors. Job complete.

Arrived on site for dryer making odd noise according to the customer. Arrival customer had stated they were hearing any odd clanging noise coming from inside the drum that sounded like change rattling around. Upon further inspection I found that some change had gotten stuck in between the fins without drum itself. After clearing out change I was able to reassemble and test the dryer to ensure unit was functioning as designed. Customer is pleased with how quite dryer sounds now. Call complete

Arrived on site for washer making a burning smell. Upon arrival I found an f7e5 shifter fault. I ohmed out the shifter from j2 harness. Found unit was between the 2-3.5 ohm rating at exactly 3.1 ohms as designed. Found the 5 dc vaults present from main control to shifter during spin and 0 dcv during agitation as needed. Found during agitation tests in diagnostics that the shifter was getting stuck when goin into agitation causing the splutch not to adjust correctly. Found after installing new actuator (that matches previous generation style of actuator) that during agitation the splutch is being adjusted properly and allowing the unit to put less stress on the motor directly. The motor was causing burning smell due to how much weight the motor was trying to spin when splutch wasnt adjusting from actuator. Unit now functioning as designed. Explained findings to customers and showed them unit full functionality. Call complete

Arrived onsite for oven not turning on. Upon arrival turned unit off at breaker removed unit from wall checked fuse found it was bad. Checked unit thermostat and broil found both are good.Replaced fuse put unit back into wall and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. Job Completed.

Arrived on site for dryer getting air restriction and cycle signal and not changing volume. Inspected unit and work area. Found unit connected to accordion vent that goes through the wall. Performed diagnostics mode and checked fault codes. Performed air flow test and found restricted air flow with vent on (yellow light). Removed vent and test and found good air glow( green light). Informed Customer are on airflow. Will need to replace UI to repair signal tone.. ; ordrng 1 W11406679 (UI)

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Removed main control and installed new main control. Removed ice bin thermistor and installed new ice bin thermistor. Ice maker running as designed. No leaks detected. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for the dishwasher not turning on. During testing found that the door latch was not working correctly it would not latch it was stuck in the opposite direction causing the issue. Replaced the door latch and all functions tested good. Complete

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator not cooling. During testing found that that there is a restriction in the sealed system. Took evaporator cover off and there is no frost pattern and there is a ball of ice on suction line. A sealed system repair will be needed. Ordering sealed system parts and office to schedule ; ordrng 1 W11103181 (Compressor) and 1 W10624944 (Tube) and 1 W10528578 (Process tube) and 1 W10648264 (Heat tube) and 1 W10427992 (Evaporator) and 1 W10388653 (Tube) and 1 W10499596 (Discharge tube) and 1 WPW10143759 (Hv drier) and 1 Authorization (Authorization needed for repair)

"Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining . Drain motor is working normally ,no obstructions or debris found in sump. Customer has a black rubber extension hose . Removed OEM hose from rubber hose . Put unit in drain and and unit drained perfectly . Found draining issue is plumbing issue with non OEM hose . Will need a plumber to correct issue ."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new sump and motor and then put the unit into diagnostics mode and ran a test cycle. The unit ran through as designed and no leaks were observed at the time of service. Unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher with no power. Upon further inspection I found all buttons and LEDs on the UI working except for the start, cancel, sanitize, and hi temp wash. I found 120V at terminal box and the control. I found the UI needing to be replaced. I installed the newUI and then ran the unit in diagnostics mode. The unit ran as designed and now all LEDs/buttons are functioning. I observed no leaks at the time of service. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."
