Called tech line and spoke with JK (SR# 7729199238) Made aware of issue and what has been done. Customer for error codes and found F8-E1 was instructed to check water pressure, screens no valves drain hose and pressure switch hose and that issue is likely incoming water issue. Did as instructed and found everything appears to check good besides incoming water pressure, incoming water pressure on both hot and cold water is 80 PSI’s each. Called tech line and spoke with Andy and made aware of what was found. Was instructed that this is the issue and to instruct customer on this and on use and care and practice for best performance and that they will need plumber to come fix issues. No water leaks present at time of service."

DRYER MAYTAG MED7230HW1 Arrived onsite for the dryer not turning on. Ran diagnostics and found no error codes. Found that when push the start button the dryer acts like it’s going to work and than goes into pause mode. I open the door and held the door switch down and after pushing start I spun the drum and it started to work and run. Than turned it off and turned it back on and it did the same thing it went into pause mode. Replaced the main control and it did not resolve the issue. Ran diagnostics and found no issues with the valve. Checked voltage and it’s good. Valve turns on and off. Checked fill hose and it’s good. Can’t determine where the leak is at due to no water supply. I went ahead and replaced the water valve and talked to the builder and they stated that they will have plumber come out and hook up a water supply to the refrigerator so the Refrigerator can stay in the garage just in case it leaks. Upon arrival I ran a diagnostic check and found that the washer is giving off a few different area code indicating a stock motor issue. After looking underneath the unit I found that the problem was due to a leaking gear case the gear case at least oil all over the belt and it caused a belt to slip off of its idler pulley assembly I was able to reattach the bell and verify the unit is working

Upon arrival I had a very hard time trying to get the range into a diagnostic mode because the UI control with Bon called buttons being pressed. After numerous attempts I was able to verify that the UI control is not always functioning as designed some of the buttons are responsive while others do not want to function at all and in some cases some of the buttons will reset the ui. I did a resistance check on the thermistor and found it at 2.3k ohms. I turned the unit on and tested the thermistor I found with the evaporator cold, the thermistor still showing 2.3k ohms. The thermistor is not changing resistance based on temperature. I replaced the thermistor and retested it, it is now changing with temperature change. I changed the defrost mode from adaptive to basic defrost. The unit is now operating as designed. Job complete. No water leaks detected."

Upon further inspection, I found the display showing the incorrect time/date and customer advised that the unit is connected to WiFi. Customer advised they have a difficult time setting the time/date and they woke up one morning and found the lower oven on. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. I tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees and it operated as designed. I showed the customer how to set the time/date and how to turn the upper and lower units on/off. Demonstrated use of other options as well. Recommended customer wait 15-20 mins after preheat to place food in the oven to allow the unit to fully heat up. No repairs needed at this time. Job completed."

RANGE UNKNOWN ZDP366NP7SS Arrived on site and tested operation. Found all burners have same flame size. Burners are supposed to be 15k on propane. Could not find correct orifice size for burners. Installed a 99 inner and 50 outer sized orifice on front right and left burners. Tested operation and found burners now burning hot enough for customer. Instructed customer that those should be the only 2 changed that way due to loosing the ability to simmer on low setting. Customer ok with burners operating this way now. Unit tests good.
