Unit got to 350 but checked internal sensor and it kept reading 318 degrees. "Arrived on site and found control panel is unresponsive. Accessed control board and found power to it is correct and green light is blinking new control panel and after connecting it display is showing F6E3. Techsheet describes this as UI not communicating, Control Board may still be operating properly.

"Arrived on site and found washer has been moved to the outside carport there is no water or electric connections available. Replaced Gearcase, actuator, cam kit recommended by tech line on previous visit, job complete could not test Washer without connections."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not getting water. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit on a normal wash cycle and the unit is getting water. I found the motor not coming on. I pushed on the motor connection and the motor came on. When the unit paused and the motor was to come on again, it failed. I pushed on the motor housing and the motor came on. I tested ohms to the motor and got 530ohms and the motor was very hot. I removed and replaced the motor and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for freezer not sealing correctly. Upon arrival I found evidence of air infiltration in the interior ceiling and on items in the unit as well as frost on the evaporator cover. I found the top of the door is warped and likely causing the ice/frost build up. I am ordering a door and control box due to the current one being covered in ice. Advised customer on 6-8 week timeframe for door. "Arrived on site to install previous diagnosed part. Gained access to TOD, removed failed TOD and installed new. Inspected unit and found junction box burnt. Removed junction box cover and found L1 wire nut burnt and damaged L2 wire nut. Found unit still getting voltage but wire nut need to be corrected to prevent possible failure. Had to leave sit to get 4 gage wire nuts. Are back on site and retired junction box. Powered unit on and tested for heat, found unit heating. Reinstalled unit and tested operation. Attempted to power cycle the unit twice to see if I can get the unit to clear and both times they came back to that heavy duty wash cycle and nothing running. No selections could be made on the user interface. Ordering main control, interconnect board, another user interface panel and a Wash motor for repair. I called and spoke with safety and spoke with Steve to notate that the problem is that whatever adhesive holding down the panels on the floor is part of the issue due to what the manual relays for heat retention of a maximum of 194? "Arrived on site for Noisy when it drains and spins. Placed in diagnostics and got F3E2. Found pressure hose kinked inside washer cavity. Repositioned pressure hose to ensure the kink was removed. Pressure hose still had slight bend, but will eventually regain normal shape with new location. Ran through auto diagnostics and washer filled agitated and spun then drained. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has not been making ice for the last several weeks and they don?t hear the unit cycling. Ran the unit through diagnostics and checked the ice bucket sensor and ice maker harvest. Found the ice bucket sensor working properly. However, found during the harvest test that the motor would not turn. Disassembled icemaker assembly and checked for any loose connections. Found all connections good. Went to replace icemaker and then checked the harness at the bottom of the door. Found two broken wires at the door hinge.I advise the customer that we could potentially try to fix the wire issue but that we could not warranty the repair due to likelihood that the wires would split again. I advised the other option was to order the door.

Arrived on site and inspected Whirlpool Cabrio washer with UP and loud noise issues. Confirmed the complaint and found the basket and tub were leaning into the unit. I free spun the basket and confirmed the bearing is defective causing the loud rumbling. Ordering the basket with bearing assembly and also the inner tub. Checked voltage going to the fuse and found proper voltage. Found voltage coming from the fuse was nonexistent. Arrived on site for otr microwave making loud noise when vent fan activated. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. After further inspection found fan blade broken in housing. Replaced fan blade/motor and reassembled and tested unit. Found unit functioning as designed with no odd noises. Call complete

Arrived on site and found customer is experiencing clothing not drying. And disassembled dryer and reset all connections and took pictures of dryer heating properly. Airflow is showing restricted and recommended that a service be contacted to clean vent to the exterior of the home. Job complete

Arrived onsite for unit not cooling. Looked at the unit and found that in the freezer that there is no even frost pattern. Found some refrigerant leak near the compressor. Ordered parts again. Arrived on site for THE UNIT IS TAKING TOO LONG TO WASH AND LEAVE SOAP IN THE CLOTHES and leaving soap residue. Customer inspected us of that. We gained access to the bottom of unit and check the rotor and the slide and found the teeth with some damage. No oil present. We checked the pressures sensor port a the the bottom of the drum and found it clear. We then put unit into diagnostics mode and found a F3e2 inlet water temperature fault. We gained access to the water inlet valve were the thermistor is and tested resistance and for 6.17= 160 degrees and it was about 71 degrees in the room. We Called techline and spoke to rich I received sr# 7731853324 techline recommended replacing the rotor and slide along with water inlet valve.

Asked customer about washing habit and said they wash everything in normal wash. Let them know that when they wash to be careful with there pleads to and pick the correct settings for the unit when washing and if the loads are too big or not using the correct options when washing could cause some water to come out the top of the wash tub because of how fast the tub spins in different modes. Arrived on site for Not Dispensing Ice or Water - Refrigerator. Tested water dispenser and I could hear the valve actuating but no water coming out. Removed filter and tried calling for water without filter and still no water dispensed. Removed filter head and installed new filter head. Still no water coming through dispenser. Gained access to valve and found valve connector not seating properly into valve connector. Removed valve and installed new valve. Tested and still no water coming from dispenser. Called Whirlpool tech line and spoke to Adrian. Adrian had me disconnect the water line underneath the freezer door to test and no water came out when dispenser pressed. Disconnected water line at filter head and water sprayed out. Adrian then had me remove the evap cover to check reservoir. Reservoir was heavy and felt frozen. Disconnected water line from reservoir and tested water and water came out. Restriction in reservoir. Adrian also had me check the gaskets on the styrofoam cover. They all looked good and were sealing properly. Ordering a new reservoir W11204869 to return and complete the repair. Will return with styrofoam gaskets to compare and inspect if the styrofoam has all the correct gasket seals. Ordering 3 gaskets W10684392 but may not be needed. Make sure to leave a leave behind pamphlet on return visit. SR 7731844042W10684392 x 3; ordrng 3 W10684392 (Gasket)s and 1 W11204869 (Reservoir)

Arrived onsite and repaired dishwasher dispenser door had jammed and would not open. Repaired door operation. Unit is now operating properly.

"Arrived on site to insect dishwasher not drying the dishes. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with no rinse aid in the dispenser. Customer advised they have a water softener system. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Using my multimeter, I placed it at the black wire on the harness and tested amp draw to the components. During the wash and drying cycles, the element was showing 7-9amps which is within range. I contacted techline and spoke to Bruce and advised of the complaint and my findings and recommendations to the customer. Bruce recommended that the customer use 2 tablespoons of liquid detergent and use rinse aid and preferred settings. Provided SR#7731845831. I made recommendations for use & care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice dispenser not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the dispenser motor and found nothing happens when pressing the ice paddle. I tested the door switch and it is within ohms range. I tested voltage at the dispenser motor and found no voltage. Tested at the hv control and got same results. I tested voltage at the door switch and got no voltage as well. I am ordering the door switch and hv control and and scheduled return service. Arrived on site for venthood not operating. Inspected unit and work area. Found filters not in place. Tested venthood operation and found fan and lights working. Performed suction test and found paper sticking until fan is turned off. Reinstalled filters and tested operation. Found unit working as designed. Spoke with builder on test and CFMs.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that was not washing the dishes well. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit was still leaving grime and food on their dishes, even after several back to back washes. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F5E1 for door stuck open. I then ran a test cycle while monitoring amp draw to the heater. I found the unit ran through as designed. However, the wash motor sounded like it was running weak. Due to this I installed a new sump and motor. I then ran a diagnostics cycle again and the unit was running as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit makes a squeaking noise during spin cycle and in agitate. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E3. Cleared the code and continued with testing. I advanced the testing to the spin cycle and in the beginning it made a squeaking noise and stopped. When I moved the unit to pull it out, the unit made the same squeaking noise and the customer identified the noise as what theyve been hearing. I shook the cabinet and the noise got more frequent and louder. I pulled the unit out further to get behind it and found the brace that connects the unit to the pedestal below was loose. I tightened all the screws on the brace and the back panel of the unit and leveled and tightened the leveling feet and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for washer shaking badly and moving the machine around in the laundry room. Upon inspection I found no error codes stored. I called techline to report the situation. As I waited I inspected the drive system and suspension. I did not see any indications of failed suspension. I did not see any obvious signs of a failed gear case. Techlines SR#7731838281 they recommended replacing the basket and gear case assembly. I am ordering the drive system and basket. Arrived on site for dryer randomly turning on and off. Upon arrival I found unit was in standby mode but while confirming information I found unit randomly turned on. I then ran further tests and found timer plus start switch wire faulty causing random power ones and downs. Found unit no longer turning on or off randomly. Call complete

"Arrived on site for THE LOAD AND GO DISPENSER IS HAVING ISSUES AGAIN--THE SENSOR GETS DILUTED? Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran through diagnostics and all cycles completed without issue. Explained to customer that water inside the dispenser is normal. Customer stated the load and go becomes heavily diluted with water if he fills it all the way to max, but if he fills the load and go halfway full it stays thick like it comes out of the detergent bottle. Advised to try loading load and go with one tablespoon every load to ensure his clothes are receiving the correct amount of detergent every wash. Customer was not aware of affresh clean cycle. Advised using affresh tablets to rid the washer of any foul odors inside the washer and how this helps with keeping insides clean and also clothes not smelling bad due to residual water stuck inside after washer completes a cycle. No leaks detected. Job completed."

Arrived on site for not drying clothing. Removed flame peep hole to inspect flame. Flame lit for fifteen seconds then went out. Inspected dryer lint screen and found heater box completely clogged. Shut off gas and power and removed rear bulkhead and then removed heater box. Removed large amount of lint from heater box and reassembled. Turned gas and power back on. Tested unit and flame stated lit. Used thermocouple to check temps. High temp was 205 and low temp was 116. Ran two more sets of temps and dryer is heating as designed. Job completed.

"Arrived on site for a cooktop producing orange flames. I tested the unit and found very light, small flickers of orange on the flames. I found a lot of constructionism in the area, and informed the customer this is the cause of the flame irregularities. I also informed the customer on what a customer instruct entails, and that they have used theirs today. I found the unit working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for freezer making loud knocking noise. Upon arrival I could hear the noise coming from the back panel of the unit. I found the interior at 0 degrees and the evaporator fan sounding normal. I accessed the rear compressor area and found the drain pan is vibrating against the condenser lines or causing the lines to make the abnormal noise. I added some sound pads from my van stock part #(W11113654) under the lines in the pan and the noise went away. I re assembled all panels and monitored the unit when the compressor came on. I could not recreate the noise at this time. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not draining. Upon inspection I found F6E4 stored on the system. I checked the disposal drain inlet and found the tab had not been broken out to allow the dishwasher drain to function. I broke out the tab and continued testing the unit. The unit ran through diagnostics as designed. The unit is now working as designed and no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on site for dryer turning on element but not rotating drum. Upon arrival I confirmed complaint and found cause was due to stuck relay in motor and motor failing to start. I was able to replace motor and blower wheel (old wheel was stuck on) reassembled and tested dryer and found it fully functioning with no od behavior. Call complete

"Arrived on site for ice build up. Diagnosed ice dispenser chute motor not fully sealing,replaced motor and ice door chute,removed ice build up tested ice door seal good. ; used 1 WPW10546285 (Motor), and 1 WP2180353 (Door chute) from stock"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was leaking water at the bottom of the refrigerator compartment. Upon arrival there was a pool of water on the bottom of the RC. I cleaned the water with my wet vac and towel. I then gained access to the filter housing and valve. I could find no leak nor trace of leak from there. I gained access to the evap and drain pan. I found the water not draining properly and coming from under the pan. I found nothing obscuring the drain hole. I gained access to the back of the unit and removed the drain tube. I found it clear. I also found the drain pan completely dry, even when there is significant water build up in RC drain pan area. I then took a tube and tried to blow through the drain line. I found it not allowing airflow through it, and the tube would not go through the drain at all. This indicates a possible collapsed drain line. I also tried steaming it out, but still had the same issue. I called techline and spoke to Adrian and received SR# 7731839702. Adrian agreed that this appears to be a collapsed drain line.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s not dispensing ice or water. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the previous repair have been done with a toothpick and a sound pad to create the cushion needed for the door switch to close. The door switch had created an indentation inside the sound pad making the unit register the door not closed. Removed prior repair work and added a spacer to the door. The door began to operate as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Ed SR# 7731837493. He advised that based on the information, the spacer was the correct repair to be made and that if further issues persisted, they would rip place the door. The unit is now working as designed. Arrived on site for dryer not heating correctly. Upon arrival I found dryer had stable power supply. After verifying integrity of heating hardware I was able to pinpoint cause with vent test kit to clogged vent exhaust within home. I also found signs of clog on outter part of home near exhaust exist. Informed customer of findings and instructed them to get a dvc in order to allow proper airflow of the dryer. Call complete
