Ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit was overflowing with excess suds. In the drain portion of the cycle, found that the drain kept trying to run due to the excess suds and would not kick off due to the amount of soap. Advise the customer of the issue and advise them to run several cycles without soap and clear out all soap inside the washer prior to any further use of the unit. The unit is working as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=8 degrees and the RC=41 degrees but the temp settings were -3/34 degrees. Tested amp draw to the compressor and found 1.09amps and found frost on the suction line of the compressor which is an indicator that the compressor is beginning to fail. I Inspected the FC evaporator and found a large block of ice on the upper right corner of the evaporator. The customer advised that the compressor has been making a loud noise when it comes on. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor and when it ramped up in speed, it began to make an unusual noise and the customer identified the noise but said it gets louder. I found the RC evaporator has a good frost pattern, but will need the drip pan kit as stated in service pointer #W11092686. Also found the ice door is not sealing properly and when I tested the ice dispenser, I found it not coming on. I found the dispenser motor is rusted and seized. I tested all burners and found all operate except the middle burner. I found the ignitor is arcing on the middle burner and its getting gas, but the burner head is not seated correctly on the cooktop. It appears that either the orifice holder or the burner head is not cut correctly causing the burner head to not seat properly. I attempted to adjust both parts but it did not correct the issue. I gained access to the condenser line and found it at room temperature. I put the unit in test 40 and I could hear the 3 way valve moving. I am ordering a sealed system to complete the repair. The office will reschedule when we have an eta on the parts ; ordrng 1 W11291123 (Rc evaporator) and 1 W11099748 (Fc evaporator) and 1 W11393142 (Compressor) and 1 Non-uvdryer (Non-uv dryer) and 1 W11548259 (Condenser) and 1 Sealedsystem (Sealed system) and 1 Oillessgauges (Oil less gauges) and 1 Nitrogen (Nitrogen)

Arrived on site refrigerator not freezing items. Inspected unit and work area. Found good frost pattern. Per diagnostics mode and tested operation. Measured resistance on thermistor and found out of range. Will need to replace thermistor.; ordrng 1 WPW10384183 (Thermistor)

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not working. Upon further inspection, I test3d the unit in diagnostics and when the burner was to come on the unit shut off. I disassembled the unit and tested the valve coils and found them both open. I removed and replaced the coils and reassembled and retested and unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."
