I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F8E1 for lower cool fan speed and F6E4 for UI to control state status (these were relatively old error codes). I cleared the error codes. I tested the cooling fan in diagnostics mode and found it working as designed. Upon further inspection I found the settings set to maximum sound level. I powered down the unit at the breaker. I then gained access to the back of the console and found everything plugged in and the harness in good condition. I powered the unit back on and it began working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven combo microwave door not opening. Upon further inspection, I found the microwave door functioning properly. I found the oven door locked. Customer advised that they have not used the oven since they moved in and has been locked since. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the oven door latch and it operated as designed and the door opened at the end of testing. When I closed the door again, it would not re-open. "Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water and tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F3E2-inlet water temp fault. Cleared the code and manually tested the valve. I found water spraying from the valve. Customer advised the unit was working fine except its leaking water and would get to a certain point and the breaker would trip. After cycling the power, the unit would start back where it left off and finish the cycle. I quoted the customer to replace the valve and removed and replaced the valve and calibrated. The unit failed to calibrate and showed error code F7E9-locked rotor. I pulled the unit out the drain pan and tilted it back and found the gearcase, rotor, stator, clutch, slider with rust.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC= -4 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker and it failed. I removed the ice maker and tested the fill tube and found it frozen. I cleared the filk tube and removed and replaced the ice maker and retested and the unit is operating as designed. I turned the temperature up in the FC section to help prevent the fill tube from freezing again. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not venting properly. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out a large amount of lint built up behind the washer/dryer near the dryer vent tube. I found the vent tube at the back of the dryer had come loose and lint was escaping into the laundry room. I adjusted the tube and tightened the clamp and tested airflow to the unit using my vent test kit. The unit vent test passed as its getting good airflow. Lint was cleaned up from behind the unit. I recommended that the customer have their center checked/cleaned at least once per year depending on use fo the unit. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was not finishing cycles and making a quiet hissing sound. On arrival customer said the noise was present. I checked the noise and it sounded like a fan. Checked the vent and could feel air flowing out. Checked panel and found the fresh hold option was enabled, which causes the fan to stay on and the unit tumble for up to 24 hours.
