"Arrived on site for metal under the rack in the oven is not flush. Removed bottom panel and found screws installed crooked that burner plate attaches to panel with. Removed both screws and realigned the burner plate with the panel in order for screws to mount properly. Once realigned the bottom cover mounted as designed. Preheated oven to 350 to ensure the bottom plate didnt bow beyond normal flexing when hot. It stayed in place without flexing beyond what is expected. Explained to the DR Horton rep (Brandon Smith) a little flexing is normal when metal bottom cover heats up, but upon arrival it was crooked due to screws not allowing the bottom cover to seat correctly on the 4 small metal hinges. Job completed."

I gained access to the terminal block and found improper voltage between the black and white lines and improper voltage to the chassis ground. The customer advised that her oven has been losing track of time and dates intermittently but this last time when it did it went into this mode. Remove the customer from demo mode and hooked the customer up to WiFi through the app. I did explain to her that she will need to give the unit 30 days to update all the software updates for this machine in order to not lose track of time. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Removed dual valve and installed new valve. Removed UI and installed new UI. Tested water dispenser and water still wont come out unless you press the ice maker paddle first. Removed both ice maker and water dispenser pads. Tested water dispenser and water still not coming out when new water dispenser pad was pressed. Tried testing the ice maker water fill test and once again it would not allow me to toggle between fill and off. When the water fill test begins it goes from 01 then straight to 03. If you press the change setting keys in this test it goes straight to 04 which is pause. Without being able to test the water fill test I asked the customer to monitor the fridge and to let Whirlpool know if the loud noise is still present. Customer stated after my last visit removing the valve and reinstalling it the noise wasnt as loud. Hopefully the new valve I installed today eliminates the noise completely. No leaks detected. Job completed.

Was able to get connections on the unit. Did let customer know that they may need to get the water valves on the wall side fixed by a plumber because the water kept running out of the valves.

Arrived on site for AIG gas range leaks when bumped. Found all knobs staying in locked position when turned off. Customer explained when theyve cleaned the backsplash behind the range theyve accidentally leaned over knob(s) and turned on the gas burners and didnt know it. Ran dispenser test for air leaks found the door flap may be allowing warm air to migrate into the ice compartment and fusing cubes together. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator not dispensing water and not making ice. I checked temps in the unit and found the RC at 37?F and the FC at 0?F. I tested the dispenser and could hear the valve energize, but no water come out. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and tested fill at dispenser and to the ice maker, but neither worked. I tried to bypass the filter, but the fill still did not work. I gained access to the bottom left hinge and found the harness in good shape. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher with the door falling down when open, and the unit not draining. Upon arrival the customer stated that after a cycle the tub had some water in it, and they have not used it since. Upon further inspection I found the tub dry. I manually activated the drain and found it energized. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through a test cycle and found it ran through as designed, but left water in the tub at the end of the cycle. I found the customer just installed a new disposal and did not punch out the drain tube hole. I informed the customer this needs to be fixed and the unit will drain. I gained access to the hinges and found the friction sleeves broke off, and this is why the door would not stay up. I installed the new friction sleeves. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that does not dispense water at random times. On arrival customer informed me this happened almost since the very beginning. The failure to dispense happens at random times for various amounts of time, and does not follow a pattern. I tested the dispenser and found it dispensing as designed with and without the filter in. I checked the harnesses from the door and found no broken or loose wires. Water pressure is not excessive. Talked with tech line who agrees that a line or the reservoir may be freezing at times. Recommended increasing temp of FC to 3 degrees, and RC to 39. Had customer increase temps to recommended. If issue returns we can try replacing the dispenser paddle / switch, W10317253. Customer will follow up if issue returns even with increased temps. Call complete."
