Customer had a video of the issue and it showed the front right burner on and the other burners ignitors arcing. I tested the spark module and found 120V going into the module but only 85V coming out. CC. I removed and replaced the spark module and tested the unit and it is operating as designed. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF993FIFM00 Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice in FC and frosting up in upper FC shelf. Upon inspection I found a gap in the FC gasket upper right side brackets look slightly warped. I found frost and ice sickles built up along the roof of the FC. I also noticed the ice maker water inlet was frozen with ice blocking water flow to the IM. I removed the ice maker and steamed out the water inlet. I then ran diagnostics on all defrost functions and IM water dispenser. All passed. I was able to manipulate the right side bracket slightly to re secure the seal. I was not able to find a ice maker harvest test in the tech sheet so I advised the customer to monitor ice production for a few days and give us a call back if there is any more issues with the IM.

I turned the breaker on. I could hear the start device click once then trip the breaker again. I checked continuity at the compressor windings and got 128 ohms on run to ground indicating a burned out compressor motor. Might also have sludge in the system. Unit will need a new compressor and evaporator. Ordering compressor (W10507884) evaporator (WP2188822) drier (W11179385) coupler (W10913906). Requesting SS tech and 2 to 3 hour timeframe for repair. OVEN WHIRLPOOL KEBS107SSS04 Arrived onsite for oven with burning smell before preheated all the way. Upon inspection I found the junction box hanging down with about 3 feet of wire before the junction and 3 feet of whip wire from the junction to the control. I accessed the top panel and back of the unit. I could not find any visible breaks burns or shorts in the wires. I attempted to recreate the burning by putting the unit into preheat. I noticed the blower fan would click but never turn on. I also noticed some of the insulation around the area and cavity had burned in some spots. I put the unit into diagnostics but could not advance through the error codes the only one displayed indicated a stuck key error. Recommended replacing the control and blower. Possibly the convect fan motor. Will need Control (WPW10119143) blower (WP8303972) convect fan (W10794022)

WASHER MAYTAG MVWC565FW2 "Arrived on site to inspect washer issues. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit bangs badly while in spin cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and continued with testing. While testing I had the top panel raised to be able to watch the basket and tub. When the unit went into spin cycle, I found the entire tub/basket assembly shift towards the front right corner. I tilted the unit back and found the front right leveling leg and corner of the panel badly damaged. The leveling leg was bent backwards as if the unit had been dropped on the front right corner. The front left corner was damaged but not as bad as the right (photos). I advised the customer that the issue isn’t with the gearcase or any other component of the unit other than the cabinet being badly damaged. Attempted to level the unit, but due to the damage, I was unable to do so. Also found a large scratch on the right side panel and on the left side panel

DRYER MAYTAG MEDC215EW1 Arrived on site for a dryer that’s not drying clothes and is making a scraping sound. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the issue was not with the scraping sound but with the unit not drying clothes. Inspected unit during a time a heat cycle and found unit turning and heating. Look behind unit and down but hole is completely crunched and restricted. Advise customer of issue and explained that the unit was unable to remove the excess moisture and heat from the unit causing the clothes not to dry properly. I advise the customer to either pull the unit out a little bit to allow the van house to set properly or to replace the vent hose with an aluminum vent hose that won’t kink. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.
