Arrived on site for wall oven giving f8e0 & F8e1 errors. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue. Found after further tests that unit had a failing ACU (not able to sense motor speed) plus both blower motors ohms reading were completely out of spec range. Customer approved then I reassembled unit with all 3 parts. Tested unit at 350 temp and found it fully functioning as designed call complete

Arrived on site for a dishwasher thats not completing cycles and is going dead. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is shutting off within 5 to 10 minutes into the cycle and is going into a dead state. He advised that he can flip the breaker and itll turn back on. He advised that it has run a few fall cycles but more often than not it seems to shut down. Ran unit through diagnostics and tested the unit several times and could not get it to shut down by testing any of the loads. Checked underneath the unit and did not find any leaks present. Removed the dishwasher from the cabinet and found two drips coming from the heater. Replaced the heater and tested the unit. The unit ran as designed for 15 minutes with no leaks present and did not shut off. Advise customer to run the unit and call back if he has any further issues. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Spoke to PR and was advised to use piercing pliers and gauges to see equalize pressure. Found equalize pressure at 55 psi. Was advised to replace the dryer, compressor, and access valve. Replaced all three and tested unit. Found a leak at the dryer. Went through another dryer and was finally able to get the unit under a vacuum. Ran the unit and found pressures were good. Checked the evaporator and found the evaporator coils frosting over. Found pressure stabilized at zero psi and 155 psi. Advise the customer to give the unit 48 hours to cool and to call back and they have any further issues. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for water reservoir freezing and dispenser not working. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the set temp at 38 and fridge temperature at 38, I found the rc evaporator thermistor reading 11.2kohms and the rc ther reading 7.2 kohms, both within range. I called techline and spoke to Austin, I advised him of my findings and previous repairs completed.

Arrived onsite with RJ. Tested the unit and panel was not responding. Pulled the unit out and replaced the UI console. Tested the unit. Unit tested good. No leaks at this time. Job complete.

Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit was operating as designed and towards the end of testing, water and suds began to come out from the left side hinge area. I opened the door and found the unit engulfed in suds (photo). I stopped testing and engaged the drain pump to remove the suds. I found the rinse aid almost empty. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was over cooling in the RC. Spoke with landlord and tenant and was informed another company had already come out and replaced both the control and RC thermistor. Company had said damper was working fine with no issues. I checked the temp in the refrigerator compartment and found its at 22. I checked the vent and found cold air coming through. I removed the damper cover and found the damper was in the open position. Put unit in diagnostic and tested damper. Could hear damper clacking loudly and door was not moving and it was stuck in the open position. This indicates a failed damper that is not working. I replaced with a new damper and retested with the same diagnostic test (22). Found the new damper is silent and is opening and closing on demand. Unit is now working as designed.

Arrived onsite for unit taking too long to wash. Found error code F0E2 over suds. Checked fill valve by running both hot and cold water. Unit fills correctly. Ran unit on auto test and unit tested correctly. Found customer ran deep cycles with extra rinses along with too much detergent. Instructed the customer to not overfill the unit with detergent. Cycle selection and over detergent will lead to longer wash times. Cleared codes and calibrated unit. Unit is functioning as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site for gas range handle above the handle of the oven a piece is becoming detached. Found upper trim had a small amount of play. Removed upper trim and found one of the screws inside the door panel was not tightened down all the way. Tightened this screw down but didnt make a bid difference in the play. I used sealer to fill in the small gap as best I could to reduce the play. Door is not damaged and a small amount of play is normal due to the minimum of two screws used to mount the upper bracket. Mounted door back onto range and had the customer see the play was a better but still there. Explained the play would not effect the oven from retaining heat and the play is not abnormal. Door is secure and opens and closes as designed. Job completed.

Customer/builder said the breaker had been replaced twice. I inspected the breaker and found a standard breaker, which before it was a GFCI breaker. "Arrived on site for noise complaint. Diagnosed condenser coils vibrating against cabinet,adjusted condenser coil housing noise no longer present"

Arrived onsite and found unit dispenser spout leaking a cup of water/24hrs. Advised customer that valve would be needed to repair. Advised customer. ; ordrng 1 W11482383 (Valve)

"Arrived on site and inspected cooktop and found vent motor is running constantly. Disassembled cooktop and replaced switch provided by customer. After replacement vent fan will now turn off.

Arrived on site for washer not powering on. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the unit not responding. I swapped in a new console and power cycled the unit. I allowed the main control to write to the console. I tested the unit and it is working as designed. I found the unit not level. I leveled the unit. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to install previous diagnosed parts. Measured temperature in FC at 23? and unit was not in cooling mode. Measured current room temperature at 66?. Found unit had came on and shut off after 6 minutes of running. Removed failed thermistor and control, installed new. Found unit cooling when replaced parts. Called Whirlpool tech support and spoke Anthony. He stated room temperature needs to be above 55? and unit is not designed for garage. (Sr# 7732353998). Monitored temperature while on hold and found temperature dropped down to 20? and unit continued to run in cooling mode. All tested good."

"Arrived onsite and installed new motor, evap harness and thermistor. Cleared all ice. Unit evaporator had frosted through. All ice is removed. Unit is now operating as designed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that had no power and was not running. Removed front panel and tested fuse. Found fuse scorched and open.

"Arrived on site for unit leaking water at dispenser. Ran diagnostics and found F0E5, F5E2 out of balance, lock failure. Found leveling legs were not secure and unit was unbalanced. Leveled and secured all 4 leveling legs. Tested the unit. Unit operates correctly. No leaks present at this time.
