Arrived onsite for MW fan not working. On inspection went to drop unit and it would not come down. Customer was trying to help get it down. I was pulls on the MW and I saw the top lifting up. I stopped pulled the tape back and found a sheet metal screw about 1 1/4 long down through the vent into the MW. I removed the screw and the fan started working again. The customer said that the roofer dropped some shingles down the vent and remove the MW to retrieve the debris out of the fan. The unit is operating as designed.

Found that consent rate may have been inadvertently changed. Unit was set to 2x which is the highest amount dispensed per load. Made adjustment to 4x for customer to monitor. I found frost and ice built up on the end of the bale arm and container cover which looked like it had stuck the arm preventing it from moving making it think the bucket is full. "Arrived onsite for freezer with ice. On Inspection found the Bottom of the fc had sheet of ice. Pulled the drawers and shelf and found the drain hole frozen over. I pulled the evap cover and there was no icing on the evap. I steamed the drain open and it started to drain once the ice was cleared. Tested the heating element in it was 22 ohms. Tested bi metal and it was 18 ohms, it should be 45 ohms. Replaced bi metal. No water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived onsite for a wall oven that is smoking when in use. The customer stated the door gasket is loose and smoke comes out around the door. I explained to the customer that the unit will smoke some after it is first turned on and to check the owners manual for break in procedures. I did find the door gasket not clipped in correctly in the spots, one spot on each side and one at the bottom. I clipped the gasket in place and tested the oven. All is working as designed. I then gained access to the evaporator and found that it had a full frost pattern. I noticed that the fan was not running when I pushed the door switch in I replaced the fan motor, harness, thermistor and tested the heater and found it good I then tested the unit and found that the unit is not moving the cold air which will now allow the unit to cool like it should."

"KRFF507HPS04 Arrived to inspect ice production issues. I found the unit had only produced about 20% of the bin since our last service and the existing ice was well frozen, but there were some pieces that were too small. I found the ice maker fill tube plugged with ice and the fill tube heater was in place, but not stuck to the plastic housing, allowing the fill tube to freeze. I corrected the heater placement after verifying the correct expected resistance of the circuit and also verified line VAC to it in test mode. The unit filled as designed. The cabinet required slight adjustment and the right RC door had a lean to the left that was corrected as well. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."
