She did advise that her friend from across the street came by and found out that her issue was with her plug. Tested the unit several times and found the unit tripping the breaker within five seconds of the unit turning itself on. I called GE Techline and spoke to Greg (case # 06065804). He had me run a few tests checking resistance through the wash motor and drain pump and found them within range. He advised that the issue would?ve had to have been with the main control or the electrical supply within the house and being that the unit is on a shared GFCI circuit and the main control was just replaced, it would most likely be with a breaker or plug inside the home. He said the I advise the customer of GE?s findings and advised them to get an electrician out to fix the electrical supply. Call complete."

Customer stated that another service company had replaced main control twice and RC heater. Performed diagnostics mode and tested thermistor, fans and sealed system. Found sealed system correct. Called Whirlpool tech support and spoke Tony. Found possibly of intermittently RC fan failure. Will need to replace fan motor and evaporator cover. Unit was working at time of service and no water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the tub was full but they smoked the water. I found the drain area more full than normal. I pressed the start button for 3 seconds and it engaged the drain pump and it took a while for the water to drain and even after the 3 minutes, there was still more than half the drain area with water. I inspected the drain hoses and they were clear. I inspected the disposal area and it was clear and the plug was removed. I removed the drain hose from the dr tube and found the check valve blocked. Removed the debris and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Tested the door and found the hinges still under a lot of tension when full opened, forcing the door to slam forward. I spoke to Shana. I did advise the customer that she may get better ventilation if she has proper venting set up. The unit has been recycling between turning itself off, turning back on, showing the unit is trying to update and to not unplug, and rebooting again. I spoke to PR and was advised that this would have to be a user interface related issue du to the unit continuously cycling and this happening after hooking it to WiFi. He advised to order the controls just in case. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F6E4. Per tech sheet, I removed and replaced the main control and tested. Unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with moisture around mullion and gasket. I observed the unit had a build up of moister. Retraced steps from service pointer and I tested the software via test 129 and 134. All software was up to date. I then tested the voltage to the mullion and found that it was at 12.7 dc volts. I then checked resistance at the mullion and found it to be 16.3 ohms. I also checked a new mullion and also got 16.3 ohms resistance. Called tech line and spoke to Bruce, Sr# 7731067056. Bruce advised setting mullion to always on via test 85. Recommended giving it 24 hours to test, and if issue still persists to order a new mullion from the Plainfield warehouse, which should measure around 8 ohms resistance. Call complete at this time, customer will follow up if issue persists"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine not cleaning well. Upon arrival the customer stated that she did not believe anything was wrong with it, but did not like the way it cleaned her clothes. She stated someone had told her to call anyways. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F0E4 for high water temp and F2E1 for stuck key. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a test cycle and found it running through as designed. No error codes thrown at the end of the cycle. I found the water lines installed correctly and the temp sensor within range. I advised the customer on my findings. Unit is working as designed.

"Arrived on site for under-counter refrigerator not cooling. Inspected unit and work. Found no frost pattern. Gained access to compressor and found kicking and off. Removed starting device and measured compressor electrical windings and found within range. Measured amp draw to compressor and found at 3.6 amps and shutting off. Either bad starting device or mechanically failed compressor. Will need to replace starting device and test unit. Removed starting device and installed new. Measured amp draw and found .80 amps, within range. All tested good, no water leaks detected during service."

Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water and not freezing correctly in the freezer. Upon arrival I was able to confirm that unit had a clog defrost drain line as well as an evaporator defrost issue in the freezer section the defrost drain line had a massive dirt clog inside the P-trap and the thermostat inside the Evap motor harness assembly had also stopped gauging correct temp. I ended up unclogging the drain line re-silicone in the drain line in and then I installed a new Evap motor harness assembly and high-voltage control reassembled and tested unit and found everything functioning as designed and form because we would take 24 to 48 hours to call refrigerator and make ice call complete

Arrived onsite and thoroughly inspected unit for cooling issue. Found temps at 32 in freezer and over 50 in fridge. No frost pattern beyond the first loop of the evap. Found possible large deposit of oil floating on top of water in pan underneath unit. Approval from expert panel on overhaul of unit sealed system.

Arrived on site and inspected range and found knob for left smaller oven will not stay attached to valve stem/UI. Moving right ovens knob over to the left one works fine. Arrived on job for complaints of not draining. Found the drain hose too low allowing back flow. Hung the hose higher in cabinet. After replacement test operation. No leaks detected at time of service

"Onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. Replaced flame spreader and unit still wouldnt re-ignite after preheat. Turned on microwave vent, tested, no ignite. Opened back door to house, tested, no ignite. Tested with vent on and door open, no ignite. Checked for insulation issues, found none. Took off bottom two trays from underneath oven and found vent hole prongs bent. Reshaped, tested, no ignite. Oven will only re-ignite if door is opened or if bottom panel or bottom underneath trays are off. Called techline, they told me to order harness from service pointer they gave me W10622771. SR#7730889209 Ordering harness WPW10701462. ; ordrng 1 WPW10701462 (Harness)"

Arrived on site to replace left front switch and right front switch and right front burner. Replaced all 3 parts test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the repair kit and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed at this time.

Arrived on job to replace inner glass. After replacement customer inspected work.

Arrived onsite and replaced the ice chute which had frost build up underneath it. Ice door and separator are operating properly. All checks good.
