"Arrived on site for No Power - Not Operating - Top Load Washer. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran diagnostics component activation and drain pump cycle killed power to washer. Tested voltage at the wall and it was getting 120. Tested outlet and it was good. Checked drain pump connector and it was connected properly. Removed control and installed new control. Ran DLMS Calibration and upon starting I heard a poof and smelled electrical smoke. Removed cord from wall and inspected control and found drain pump and shifter connector charred. I put the unit into service diagnostics and found all fans to be operating properly as designed, I put the ice maker through a self test and found it is operating properly as designed but is not reaching temp to dispense ice properly. I gained access and verified functionality of the thermistors, I found that the fc thermistor is reading out of range by a lot for higher temps in the fc when it is at proper temp, I gained access to the evap cover and found ice build up causing the ice maker fan to tick. I gained access to the back of the unit and removed the drain tube, I found it to be mostly clear but housed some debris, ; ordrng 1 W11318270 (Thermistor)"

Arrived on site for TRIPS THE CIRCUIT BREAKER DURING USE. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Checked junction box and all wires were properly seated. Ran through all diagnostic cycles and dishwasher never lost power. Ran through normal cycle to see if it would lose power. Allowed to run for twenty five minutes and dishwasher never lost power. Used outlet tester to ensure outlet was good. Used multimeter to test voltage at the wall and was getting 120. Suggested customer try running an extension cord to another outlet in the house that they know isnt a GFCI to test if dishwasher loses power. If it doesnt they will know either the outlet or the breaker for the dishwasher needs replacement. If it still loses power when plugged in with an extension cord customer will call us back to try and diagnose any failed components we can find.Job completed.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator losing cool. Upon arrival the customer stated that they found that the FC and RC are not cooling as well as they used to. I checked temps and found the FC at 21?F and the RC at 49?F. I gained access to the evap and found the bottom half covered in ice. Upon further inspection I found the heater burnt out, and open. I replaced the heater and cleared out all ice with my steamer. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for oven turning on it own has to shut it down at the breaker. Customer stated they woke up at 4:30 am to the oven in a broil heating at 550. Afterwards the oven would just randomly turn on and console buttons would not respond. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Found oven was not connected to WIFI. Customer was able to get the phone app connected while I was there. Once everything was connected the current time and date reflected in the console display. Customer was happy to see that it hadnt turned on by itself during the twenty five minutes we went through the diagnostic and WIFI set up. Customer used his Whirlpool app to start the preheat. Oven working as designed. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying dishes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they made the changes as recommended at previous service call and the dishes are still not drying. When I opened the unit door, I found the dishes in the bottom rack dry except for the plastic dishes. I found most of the dishes were dry in the top rack except the plastics and the cups that were upside down and had some water on the bottoms. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed. I tested again and checked the amp draw to the components and found 7-9amps to the element in wash and drying cycles. Retested and tested voltage at the control and the element is getting 122V in the wash and drying cycles. With the last test, I found a large amount of rinse aid suds in the bottom of the tub. I contacted techline and spoke to Kurt and advised the complaint and my findings. Kurt recommended replacing the dispenser due to it possibly leaking rinse aid and provided SR#7732248821. I advised the customer of my conversation with Whirlpool tech support and removed and replaced the dispenser and retested a final time. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose downdraft with no power at the switch causing the unit to be stuck in place not allowing for the filters to be removed, i gained access to the unit and turned power off at the breaker, i removed the switch and found no continuity when depressing the switch. ; ordrng 1 WPW10323305 (Switch)"

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival replaced fuse and both times found it blew immediately proceeded to inspect unit and found cavity thermostat wiring damaged burned and grounded. Ordering main harness and cavity thermostat along with fuses.; ordrng 2 W10138793 (Fuses)s and 1 W10269232 (Cavity thermostat) and 1 W11350914 (Harness)

Arrived onsite for unit leaking water and noise. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found dripping from valve assembly into tub. Valve is weeping and will need replacement. Customer showed video of noise. Inspected underneath unit and found worn belt. Will need to order and replace Valve and belt. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 WH01X27538 (belt drive) and 1 WH13X26535 (VALVE )

Arrived on site to test unit for upper rack falling. Removed upper rack and removed adjuster. Installed adjusters correctly test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site for range console having scratches on it. Inspected unit and work area. Identified scratches ( see sd-picture). Removed console and installed new. Assembled unit and tested operation. All tested good.

"On site for microwave not heating. Tested with bowl of water. Found unit powering on and starting, but not heating. Found TCO at bottom of control cavity open, not allowing power to be sent to HV components. Ordering TCO. Office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 WB20X10043 (Transformer) and 1 WB27X10597 (Diode) and 1 WB27X709 (Thermo switch) and 1 WB21X10162 (TCO bottom) and 2 WB24X829 (Secondary switch)s and 1 WB24X830 (Switch) and 1 WB27X11094 (TCO cavity) and 1 WB27X10170 (Cap motor)"

"Arrived on site to replace upper LH track, after replacing, unit tested good."

Arrived on call for complaint of not heating. Oulled unit out and checked TOD it was open. After installation test operation oven heating.
