Customer states that during a normal cycle the clothes will still end up wet and intermittently the control panel will turn itself back on into another dry cycle. Tested the unit several times and could not replicate the issue. The customer did advise that it does not happen on every cycle and that it can go for five cycles before it pops back up again and does the same thing. I called Techline and spoke to Bruce SR# 7729754277. He advised that the issue would either be with the control or the control panel. Upon arrival I disassembled the freezer and inspected the evaporator coil and found that the majority of the coil was absolutely bone dry and my fingers are not stick but they were too weird ice formations on either side of the coil. I didnt inspect the back of the unit near the compressor air and I found that right at the dryer where are the capillary connects into it the lock ring connection is coming loose and causing a leak we will need to return with a new UV. Upon further inspection, I found where the customer had used the metal rack and it began to arc due to not using it correctly. The back and front right supports were burnt from the arcing and there were small arc spots on the cabinet. Also found that the upper interlock cam was not set properly and the door was not able to remain closed while in use. I reset the cam and tested the unit and it is operating as designed with no arcing. I advised the maintenance personnel of my findings and they advised that they Willis notify the office if they decided to have the supports replaced. Job completed. I advised the tenant of use & care of the unit and to only use the metal rack when heating up 2 full meals; 1 on the rack and 1 on the turntable. Otherwise, leave the rack out of the unit."

I then checked voltage to heater at heater connections and found none. I then checked at molex by FC evap fat white and brown wire and found 12V. I gained access to the HV control and checked for voltage to heater there at J1 pin 2 and J2 pin 7 and found 12V there again when forcing defrost. Found bad control again and need to replace. Ran unit through a time dry cycle and found the unit turning and heating. Removed vent hose on the back and around the unit. Found proper airflow coming out of the dryer. Remove the hose at the wall and found major blockage inside the wall causing a restriction of airflow. Removed lint buildup and advise the customer to give her dryer a chance to see if it benefits out properly now. I did advise that if further issues persist, that based on the amount of Lent pulled out of the wall, she may have a restriction further up as well and have her vents cleaned. Found freezer module out and replace the freezer module. Found the light in the freezer and upper sections illuminating but two of the top refrigerator modules flickering. Replaced both modules and found one of the modules completely dead upon installation due to a faulty module. Replaced the new module with another new module and unit is now illuminating as designed. Previous visit technician contacted tech line to report findings, and unit was deemed working as designed. On arrival the customer had the unit uninstalled for us to check. I checked the resistance on both bale and broil elements and verified they are both well within spec. Checked wiring for any damage and found none. Behavior of the unit is the same as reported prior. Called tech line and spoke with Scott, who also concurs there is no mechanical failure with the unit and its working as designed. SR7728893184. Customer advised that he had a couple sheets and blankets in his washer that were soaked at the end of his cycle and when he ran the unit through a drain and spin, he unit filled with water after the unit was shaking and moving the unit. He advised he cancelled the cycle and tried again and it did the same thing. He was thinking the issue was with a control problem allowing water in. I did advise to him that if the load is off-balance, it would basically not complete the final spin in the normal cycle. I advised putting the unit into a drain and spin and going into an off-balance situation would also create the unit to try to fill with water and try to re-balance the clothes.
