Arrived onsite for dishwasher intermittently leaking and stopped once mid cycle. Upon inspection I found float switch assembly loose I so tightened the float nut and tested the unit through diagnostics. I could not detect a leak so I removed the outer door panel and watched the inside while the unit was running in diagnostics. I could still not find any leak. I concluded that the loose float switch assembly must have caused it to intermittently leak. I could do not recreate any issues with stopping mid cycle or any issues with the controls. Job complete.

Upon inspection I found that when a normal cycle is engaged the unit will sense and will intermittently not fill, I accessed the fill valve and tested incoming voltage while trying to fill. I found the valve vibrating and 120Vac coming to the valve but no water passing. The unit will need a fill valve for repair. I replaced the valve and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete."

Upon arrival I found that the unit appeared to have no power at all so I tested the outlet and found that it was getting 120 V I didnÂ’t check the power supply connection to the main control on the back of the fridge and found it was giving 120 V sporadically then trace back the shore inside the unit down to the power cord itself it had frayed at the bottom and was not allowing a proper stable connection to the main board or the rest of the fridge. I made the repair to the power cord and re-tested the unit and found that everything is now functioning as designed and running. Informed customer to give unit 24 hours to properly cool and stabilized. Call complete

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice dispenser has been leaking water onto the floor. Also, water has been collecting under the ice bin and running down the ice bin door. I found where water is leaking from the ice maker at the bottom left corner of the fascia and spilling onto the ice bin door and into the tray below and onto the inside of the bin door and puddling under the ice bin and freezing over. Customer advised that the ice maker in the freezer is possibly leaking water too and causing the ice to block up in the back left corner of the ice pan. I tested the water pressure to the house and it is within range.
