Both of these cycles span is set to maximum. They correct it by resetting it by unplugging the washer. Set washer into a diagnostic cycle and found saved error F8E3. Washer completes diagnostic cycle and drains and spins out properly. Sent a short video to PR. Inspected pressure hose, pressure sensor, and air trap. Took one picture. Customer is using the correct amount of detergent for each load. Could not find a reason for customers experience, at this time washer is passing all Tests, job complete"

I then reinstalled the gasket and closed the door and found that it was not sealing properly. I noticed that the refrigerator was leaning forward a bit so I leveled unit and the checked door and found that it was sealing properly now. I also tested the gasket by ordering the door several times to see if it stayed in place,It did. Job complete."

Upon further investigation, found that a penny was stuck between the agitator and the drum making the scrapping noise and that the wash plate was loose some how. Tightened the bolt on the plate and removed the penny. Re test he unit and unit was better. Checked the error codes and had a suds error code. "Arrived on site for a washing machine shaking bad while running, and will walk forward. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and I found stored error code F7E5 for a shifter fault. I then tested the suspension on the unit and found it bouncing. This indicates a failing suspension. I also gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the gearcase leaking oil. This indicates a faulty gearcase. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit ran through as designed.

Water dispenses as designed. Had customer test door to ensure she was pleased with the way the new freezer door closes. Customer was not 100% pleased but stated that it will do. You can definitely tell the difference between the original and new door closing. Explained to customer the door will shut completely if you push it just a little. Customer was use to door closing on its own. The mullion takes a small push to get it to engage into the bracket at the top to close completely. Door closing as designed. Job completed.

Using my steamer, I removed the ice and removed the bin and found the ice door not sealing properly. I found the ice door had come off its mount. I re-installed the door and found it not sealing. I inspected the motor and shaft and cleaned the housing and tested the motor and it is operating as designed. Found valve gas cover was bent inwards and the igniter wire was pinched causing the range to short out. Also found manifold tubing was kinked. I put the unit through a diagnostics cycle and found the wash motor not c9ming on. I gained access to the control and found the unit sending proper voltage to the motor. They agreed I replaced the assembly and retested the unit. It is now working as designed no water leaks detected.
