Arrived onsite for oven showing upper cooling fan error and wont cook. Upon inspection I found the upper cooling fan sounded abnormal or scratchy. I accessed and replaced the blower. I went to component activation and tested the upper cooling fan. The new fan sounded much better. I attempted to preheat he oven at 350 and after about 5 mins the same error appeared and the unit stopped preheating. I am ordering a main control (W11261167) for the upper oven. "Arrived onsite for a range with the large oven still not cooking correctly and the small oven making a loud fan noise when its turned on. I tested both ovens. I found the small oven cooling fan making a whining noise when its first turned on. The cooling fan needs to be replaced. I tested the temp in the large oven in convection bake at 350 degrees and found the temp within 5 degrees of set point. Ms stated she was having the issue cooking pizza at 425 degrees so I raised the set point to 425 degrees and tested. The temp cycled between 407-439 degrees on the 3rd cycle, 392-426 on the 4th cycle, and 410-443 degrees on the 5th cycle. The temps are all over the place at the higher settings and the control needs to be replaced. Ordering W11248652 blower & W11398684 cntrl-elec. I ran test 59 for ice maker harvest and it would not complete a harvest cycle. I ran test 56 and an error code of E5 came up on the display indicating a faulty IM thermistor. I tested the resistance of the ice maker thermistor and found the HV control was not reading the thermistor correctly . I replaced the IM and HV control and tested functions of the IM. I ran the ice box fan test and found the fan surging and not running properly. I checked voltage to the fan and it was only getting 7VDC from the control. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the ice maker in diagnostics test #44 and it failed. I tested the ice bucket switch and it failed. I checked the harness at the bottom corner of the FC door and it was good. I removed the container cover and found the ice maker harness unplugged and the wires of the harness were tangled in the IM tray. I placed the harness wires back in there supports to secure them and using foil tape, taped them in place to give added securing. Plugged the harness back in and retested the IM. It continued to fail. I cycled the power to the unit and retested and the unit is operating as designed. Using electrical tape, I taped the harness connectors together to secure them. Leveled the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave tripping breaker. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit with a cup,of water inside and when I pressed start for 30 secs, the unit came on and went completely dead. Found the breaker tripped. I pulled the unit from the wall and disassembled the cover and checked the switches. Found the monitor switch (2nd from bottom on interlock) had welded itself in the closed position. I removed and replaced the switches and retested. Unit is operating as designed. Once I had the unit reassembled and back on the wall, I retested and it operated as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water in the RC section. Upon further inspection, I found water dripping from the waterbox cover. I removed the cover and found water leaking from the dual valve. Unable to stop the leak due to the valve being cracked along the seam where the reservoir connects to the valve. I made a temporary fix until I can get back with a new valve. I am ordering the dual valve and scheduled return service. The leak is much slower now, but will continue to leak small amounts of water.; ordrng 1 WPW10341329 (water valve assy)"

"Arrived onsite for a washer getting an F8E1 long fill error again. I tested the unit and found low water flow thru both hot and cold valves, especially with the cold. I removed the water lines from the machine and tested the flow. Customer has good pressure. I replaced the housing and tested the unit. The unit fills much faster. I spoke with Leon SR# 7729317221 and explained what has happened with the machine and what has been replaced. Leon stated that if the error isnt returning after testing the machine is working as designed. Call complete."

Performed diagnostics and attempted to harvest ice maker cycle and found no response. Jump inlet valve and found water getting to ice maker. Measured resistance on motor and found opened. Will need to replace ice maker assembly to repair . Removed failed ice maker and installed new. Monitored harvest and fill cycle. Corrected door switch and added food grade lube to avoid freezing close. All tested good, no water leaks detected.

Upon arrival a test of the icemaker and found that it was not receiving 120 V upon further inspection I found that the Power cord for the icemaker had popped off the back wall mount due to not being properly secured I plugged in the icemaker I was able to verify that it was connected properly I was able to test the icemaker multiple times to verify that it is running and filling with water and harvesting exactly as needed I showed my findings to the customer and they are happy with the results. Then disassembled unit and verified that the two oven thermostat sensors were omhing out at 1.1 And the elements all had continuity to them I also verified that the main controller sending 240 V to all necessary elements depending on what cycle it was being used in.
