Turned oven to bake and after about 15 seconds oven tripped breaker. Reset breaker and it tripped again immediately. Unplugged oven and reset breaker. Checked voltage at receptacle and had 120 from c1 and c2 to neutral. Had 240 across c1 and c2. Neutral to ground was no voltage. Plugged in oven and it stayed on. Checked voltage at terminal block and had 120 from c1 and c2 to neutral. Had 240 from c1 to c2 at terminal. Neutral to chassis was 0 vac removed ground screw and ran oven burnout to 400 and no issues. Reinstalled ground screw. Called saftey and documented findings. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer said that the refrigerator seems to be at the proper temperature, but he is getting no ice and it is taking a while to freeze items. I took temperature of the freezer section and found it at seven degrees fahrenheit and slowly work up to twelve degrees fahrenheit, with the compressor running. I checked the back and found the compressor extremely hot to touch with evidence of a small leak at the dryer. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that won't start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit is doing the same thing as it did several months ago. He said that the unit will start to spin and then make a bunch of clicking noises before it stops and says the cycle completed. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E4 (basket re-engagement failure) error code. I checked u derneath and found the slider was worn. I replaced the slider and tested the unit. The unit started a new cycle and was working and operating as designed. The customer call back within two minutes of me, leaving the home and i went back. Instead, that the unit was still doing the same thing after starting a new cycle. I did confirm the customer's complaint again and found the same F7 E4 error code. I went ahead and replaced the clutch and tested the unit. I still found the machine having an issue. I spoke to PR and we ran through some checks. The motor tested good and the clutch showed resistance so he advised it would most likely be an issue with the control. I replaced the control and tested the unit again. I still could not get the machine to operate properly. I was advised to go ahead and replace the wire harness. I replaced the lower harness and tested the unit with the same results. I spoke to GC and was advised to replace the gearcase. I replaced the gear case and tested the unit with the same results. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Jeremy SR# 7742104062. He advised that based on all of my checks and the work that had been done, the issue would be with the software within the UI and that the machine needed to be hooked up to Wi-fi in order to receive updates in programming. He advised to contact the wifi team to hook up the appliance and to run a calibration in factory diagnostics. I ran through the calibration and helped the customer set up his unit to Wi-fi through the Wifi care team. The representative that I spoke to advised that it could take several hours before the updates are transmitted to the machine. He advised to have the customer wait until the morning to try to run the machine and to contact customer service if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator over cooling in RC. Upon further inspection I checked temperature and measured 0 FC and 32RC. I verified that the diffuser and sensors are good. I found the frozen food was right near the damper. I found that the unit was sitting very uneven and not properly set up. I found that because of this the doors were not aligned and had small air gap at top of the RC gasket. I adjusted the leveling feet and adjusted the RC door height and made sure doors were alighted. The unit is now level and gaps in the gasket are gone. I advised the customer on proper item placement to prevent food freezing near the damper. No parts installed. No water leaks observed during service.

Engaged test 4 and unplugged condenser fan, allowed compressor to run for 15 minutes and took temperature of the horizontal mullion from left to right every 4-6. Temps read 69.4?, 72?, 65.3?, 76.5?, 79.9? and 76.3?. Contacted techline to document SR#7742091110, per techline due to the amount of moisture on the mullion and the temperature differences they will be sending this unit up for review and should be in contact with the customer in 2-3 business days. Filled cup with water and ice and allowed it to melt. Inspected water and found no large particles just small deposits that are normal. Suspecting the ice bin may possibly be allowing shavings through when dispensing so as precautionary replaced ice bin (WPW10558423) and tested unit, no plastic particles or shavings found. Verified moisture on mullion and ir was not warm. Removed and replaced control. Went into diagnostics and set mullion heater to always on. Mullion was dry and felt warm.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not heating. Upon further inspection, I inspected the heating element, and it looks good (brand new). I placed the unit in diagnostics, showing no error codes and tested. While testing testing, I removed the lower toeplate and tested amp draw to the components using my multimeter. When the heater came on in wash mode of diagnostics, it read 7-9 amps as designed (8amps), and during the drying cycle of diagnostics, it read 7-9 amps again (7amps). I advised the customer of my findings and made recommendations for use and care as well as detergent and rinse aid use (water softener system). No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to unit 6107 to diagnose range not working. On arrival found power on, but had been told that unit had some error codes. Found F1E0 for control failure. I also replaced both elements with the control as well. Set unit to 500 degree 2 hour burnoff. Had maintenance present who will return to the unit and shut it off once burnoff is done. This will resolve all issues present. Parts used - W11696067, W11182108, W10856603."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not producing ice. Upon further inspection, I checked temperatures and measured 0 degrees in the FCand 36 degrees RC. Upon checking the ice maker I found that the lever arm had come out of place and the ice maker was in the off position. I re-attached the lever arm and jumped the ice maker to test its function. The ice maker is operating as designed now. No water leaks observed during service. No parts installed."

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher running on its own. Upon further inspection I placed the dishwasher into diagnostics and observed error code F2E1. I replaced the control due to an internal failure. I reassembled and tested the dishwasher and it is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11683480

"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival replaced gearcase (W11449841), slider (W10734521), rotor (W11260238), harness (W11568984) and control (W11419171). Manually engaged spin to ensure clutch is engaging, clutch is now shifting but is making a really loud vibrating noise. Replaced clutch (W10754448) and tested component, clutch is now shifting properly with no noise. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Ran a test cycle with all components properly engaging. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for broken tray. Upon arrival customer presented issue, ice tray got stuck on an ice chunk but the motor kept spinning causing the tray to break. Replaced ice maker (W10873791) and ran a harvest cycle successfully. Ran a full and tray filled with ideal amount of water. Advised customer if ice is not used as often, dump the ice out every two weeks to prevent ice chunks in the container. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."
