"Arrived on site for Visibly Failed, Broken or Missing Parts - Wall Oven - PRE-ID. Found top right side of inner glass fell out of mounting tabs. Took picture for quick pics. Opened up door and found tabs were not molded correctly to hold the glass in place. Adjusted these tabs on all four sides to ensure the glass rested properly inside the door cavity. Once the inner shell was mounted to the adjoining shell the glass was no longer moving. Had customer come and test the door by opening and closing the door. I used my glove to shift the glass up and down to show customer it was no longer loose inside. Job completed."

Arrived on site for The door doesn?t open all the way down. It locks at 45degs instead of opening level to the ground. Customer showed me the left side friction pad had broken. When opening the door the hinge stops the door from opening all the way. Gained access to left side hinge and adjusted hinge to the point where it no longer makes contact with the door preventing it from opening all the way. Customer stated the dishwasher also doesnt drain all the way. Found drain hose did not have a high loop. Adjusted drain hose to have a high loop. Ran through diagnostics and no error codes came on. Drain pump removed all water now that the hose has a high loop. NO leaks detected. Job completed.

Arrived on site to diagnose an oven that is not turning on. Found thermal fuse and tod both open and replaced them. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

She advised that since she called back and that the unit has been working. Ran unit through diagnostics and found a 26 (out of balance ended final spin), 16 (slow drain), and 18 (drain pump clearing algorithm failed) error codes. I tested the unit and then you?ll send an application in both ran as designed. Ran the unit through service test 10 for the pressure sensor and found the unit working as designed. Ran through a drain at the end of the pressure sensor test to clear out the water and the unit ran as designed. I asked the customer when this happened if she had an off balance load prior to the unit not spinning or draining and she advised it had. I advised her that if it only happened twice in the last year and the unit has been working ever cents, the most likely scenario is that the unit was stuck in the same wash cycle it was in when it went off balance and she just needed to power reset her unit. After installing needed compressor, rc Evap coil kit, uv drier, access valve, I reassembled and pulled vacuum on unit. After I recharged system with 5.5oz of refrigerant I then ran 7nit in test 4, and in normal operation for 30 minutes. Found no evidence of leaks and coils frosted over evenly as designed. Informed customer to give unit a full 24 hrs to cool. Call complete"

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing an LF error code. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found an F0 E3 (overload) and F8 E1 (low/no water detected) error codes. Tested the unit in a manual cold valve test and found the cold water valve was not drying in water but was being supplied voltage. Replaced water valve and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. We?re on the unit through an auto test and did mention to the customer that it sounded like her bearings on her gear case we?re going out.

Showed customer to ensure door is closed firmly to ensure the light turns off. Door doesnt need to be slammed shut, but closed firmly to allow door sensor to recognize door is closed. The customer advised that the unit elements seem to turn on and off during cycles and didn?t know if that was causing a problem. I did advise that on hidden element electric ranges, the unit will cycle the elements on and off intermittently depending on the setting. Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival the customer stated they recently had a big power surge. They also provided a picture of a dirty condenser and thought it was an issue. I informed them the condenser being clogged can replicate no cooling symptoms. I checked temps and found the FC at 20?F and the RC at 53?F. I gained access to the evaporator and found significant frost build up. Upon further inspection I found the evap heater had gone bad and burnt out. I ohmd out the bi metal and found it good. This indicates only a faulty heater

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the noise is making a popping sound coming from the back of the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics tested the damper, ice maker, compressor and defrost and could not duplicate the noise. Took the unit out of diagnostics and allowed it to begin to cool again and still could not duplicate the noise. From the description the customer provided, I advised that most popping noises are from the refrigerant running through the lines which is normal noise. I recommended that the customer take a video of the noise should the unit continue to make the noises. No repairs needed at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the ice maker in the left RC door was not working. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 57 and it passed. I tested the fill tube and it failed. I found the fill tube heater is bad and ice has formed in the fill tube. I removed and replaced the fill tube/heater and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not dispensing water. I checked the temps in the unit and found the FC at 3?F and the RC at 30?F when set to 37?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. Upon further inspection I found no excess ice build up on the evaporator covers. I gained access to the control and ohmd out the thermistors. I found the RC at 7.12k, the FC at 22.7k, and the RC evap at 8.55k. The RC thermistor is a little low for the temps at the time of reading. It is reading the unit warmer than it should. Therefore it is over cooling to compensate, which is what is freezing the reservoir. I replaced the RC thermistor. I then gained access to the reservoir and thawed it out. I also found the RC evap thermistor in the wrong spot. I adjusted this and then tested the unit. The water is now flowing as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine not draining. Upon arrival the customer stated that what will happen is the unit will stop mid cycle with water in the unit still. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code E38 for pressure sensor failure. Per the tech sheet I checked the air trap and pressure tube for any obstructions. I found none. I gained access to the pressure sensor and found that there was a small burn on the connector on the sensor itself. I ohmd out the sensor and found it good however. Per tech sheet this indicates a control issue.

The customer stated they had it unplugged for several days, for the could not get the beeping to stop. They said while it was beeping they could also hear a click, almost like a relay. "Arrived on site for a washing machine not spinning. Upon arrival the customer stated that they would run a cycle and they will often get an oversuds error code and cannot clear it. They also found sometimes their clothes come out soaking wet still. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F7E7 for motor unable to reach RPM, F0E2 for oversuds, F2E1 for stuck key, and F7E6 for motor circuit open. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and it ran through as designed. I individually activated the spin and agitate. Both ran as designed. I found the customer using good HE soap and utilizing the auto soap dispenser. I checked the pressure hose for any obstructions and found none. I called techline and spoke to Austin and received SR# 7732114099. Austin walked me through lowering the amount of soap that is dispensed. We found it was at its highest setting.

Arrived onsite for unit making noise during operation. Took the top off and spin the drum by hand and could get the noise to start. Put the top back on. Ran the unit with a comforter inside the unit. And the noise was not present during operation. Let customer know that if it continues to record it on her phone to show us if we return. No issues at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site. Installed updated control kit,cleaned drain tube in freezer checked water flow good,installed 2 light bulbs in fresh food section. Power cycled u it compressor and fans powered on.

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop flames. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the front left burner flame isnt correct. I found the burner cap not seated correctly on the burner head causing the flame to shoot out on one side. I corrected the cap and retested and it is operating as designed. After testing all burners, I found the four outer burner flames were too high on the low setting. I adjusted the flames and retested and unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use & care. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for oven not heating. Tested unit and found burner and ignitor need to be replaced.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Captured missing model and serial number for quick pics. Removed console and installed new console. Called WIFI support and they walked us through connecting. Found that SAID code and MAC address were both missing when pulling up the prompt to list them. Today is our second trip to the home. The first trip we only diagnosed the oven. The console I replaced today is the only part thats been replaced during both visits. WIFI support recommended I call WP tech line to report these findings. Spoke to David with tech line and reported findings. David had me open up the original console UI I removed to look for a specific number. This specific number he requested was nowhere inside the original UI console. David read me the disclaimer.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer that will not turn on. Found cutoff t-stat open preventing unit from operating. T-stat kit will need to be replaced to complete repairs. ordrng 1 LA-1053 (Cutoff kit)
