On arrival found all burners with tinfoil underneath them. instructed customer not to cover cook top with foil, due to causing issues with igniter causing spark to arc to foil. waited 10 mins and observed that the cook top was still slicking randomly while not in use. Tested ignition module with known good, and found unit is still clicking. I replaced the switches and observed cooktop is working as intended. Let sit idle for 10+ minutes and found no clicking.

Upon further inspection, the customer had the unit operating in a wash and I found a large puddle of water under the door on the left side. Removed the toeplate and could see that the water was coming from inside the door. Removed the outer door panel to find the vent leaking where it joins the inner door panel (photo). I advised the customer of my findings. I removed the vent to inspect and found the vent gasket not installed correctly and crimped. Adjusted the gasket and retested it and retested. The unit continued to leak from the same spot. Using a gasket from my van stock (WP8269259) I removed and replaced the gasket and retested. Unit is operating as designed and no further leaks. I demonstrated to the customer by turning the unit on and showed them no further leaks. No leaks observed at the end of service, job completed"

Reinstalled the drain tube and used silicone to seal gasket then put in gasket mounting screw. Job completed."

I removed the evap cover and found no frost pattern on the evaporator except the bottom 2 coils and on the capillary tube. Inspected the compressor and checked amp draw and found the compressor showing 79amps and was hot to the touch. I am ordering a sealed system repair. Ordering the compressor kit, evaporator, UV drier, access valve and office to schedule return service. Arrived onsite for refrigerator leaking water. Upon inspection I found the filter housing leaking constantly. The customer stated that it started leaking when they put in a new filter. I could not see any visible damage to the filter head. I accessed and replaced the reservoir with filter head. I also replaced the inlet valve jic. I turned the water back on and installed the filter. The unit is no longer leaking but there was water sitting in the bottom of the RC and ice starting to form. I also found the FC door was frozen shut due to water dripping down from the RC. I found some small gaps in the liner under the RC pantry door so I called techline to report. Spoke to rich SR#7730720171 he advised I fill the gaps with some adhesive but do not attempt to pull the door open while its frozen because it can tear the liner. I advised the customer of this and explained the manual defrosting process for this refrigerator the unit is otherwise working as designed at this time and no leaks detected after servicing the filter housing. Job complete.
