Arrived onsite and found breaker tripped. Reset and tested. Oven began to heat and tripped breaker again. Found unit is on an arc-fault breaker. Advised customer that breaker is not compatible with oven design and their may be a wiring issue. Advised that breaker must be made compatible prior to any repairs being viable.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Removed blade and motor and installed new Whirlpool tested motor and new blade. Installed cotter pin onto blade to keep blade secure. While motor was removed I inspected the actual mount that the motor attaches to and it is secure. Vent hood is level. Allowed fan to run on low then high speed for fifteen minutes. No noise detected. Lights working as designed. Customer confirmed that typically after five to ten minutes the noise starts. Job completed.

Arrived onsite and repaired handle and determined electrical short to be present at outlet in specific positions. Advised customer that ongoing trouble with power would require a new outlet to solve.

"Arrived on site for arrange that is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customer complaint and checked all elements, Control, and terminal block for any signs of burning or grounded wires. Found no wires grounded. Checked continuity between both elements in both elements checked fine. Attempted to preheat and found the oven was shutting off within 30 seconds. Spoke to PR and was advised to check the breaker. Found the breaker on a GFCI breaker for a 240 V circuit. Was advised to remove the wires off the boiling element and check to see if it will drip at that point. Remove the wires and found that the unit did not trip but did notice that when pulling off the wiring one of the wires was loose and not fully gripping the backside of the broil element. Tightened the fitting onto the boil element and then re-tested the unit. The unit did not trip the breaker on two separate preheating occasions. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with ice forming on the door or IM. Upon inspection I found some condensation build up on the ceiling of the FC in front of the ice bin. The droplets are dripping and freezing on the bin. I found a piece of ice stuck in the ice chute door which would cause air infiltration and condensation. I called techline to report. SR#7731863792. They recommended stocking the FC with more items to help with moisture control. I verified no air leaks when the ice door is closed. And no other air leaks anywhere on the unit. I explained to the customer my findings and possible solution. No water leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived onsite for unit not turning on. Got into the unit, And found that the power board was burned up.

"Arrived on site for sealed system. We gained access to the compressor and punctured the dryer. I found 50psi in the system. We evacuated the system and replaced the compressor, dry and access valve. We pulled a vacuum on the system for 10 minuets and found it holding as designed. We put a measured charged into the system and found low side at 1 psi and the high side at 145 psi. We temp tested the freezer and found the temperatures dropping. We noticed when the customer turned on his carpet cleaner the fridge lost power for a second and the compressor would not turn back on. I had the customer turn the carpet cleaner off and the compressor kicked back on after a power reset. I recommenedthe customer have an electrician one out and make sure the house boat can handle the amp draw for multiple appliances being on at one time. When the unit is on by itself it is working as designed. Job complete."

Upon arrival I found no errors in diagnostics but did find when power had been applied fan wouldnt turn off and unit was room temp. Found sensor ohmed within spec. I narrowed down issue to ACU not shutting off and allowing fan to stop, after replacing ACU I connected unit to WiFi. Found upper oven light wouldnt shut off and ui light button would turn back on after 2 seconds on its own after it was turned off but while turned off upper oven lights were still lit. Upon further inspection I found the door making good contact with the latch. I removed the door and manually tested the latch. I found it intermittently not clicking and the switch not working. I gained access to the latch and found all connections and the contact on the latch arm to switch good. This indicates a faulty latch needing to be replaced. I powered the unit down at the breaker and then installed a new latch. I tested the new latch and found it working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on call for complaint of some lights not working. Replace module in freezer. Now all lights working.

"Arrived on site for Not Dispensing Water - Side by Side Refrigerator. Used glass to test water dispenser and no water came out of the dispenser. I could hear the valve humming when calling for water from dispenser. Ice maker is making ice. Removed filter and tried pressing the water dispenser again and still no water. Removed water line from the valve at the rear of the fridge to flush the water line. Tested dispenser and still no water. Read temps from UI and freezer was set to -4 degrees. Explained to customer this could be why the water isnt coming out due to the water line being frozen inside the door. Customer wasnt sure why it was set so cold. Set to recommended temp at 0 degrees. Removed kick plate to access water line connectors. Disconnected ice maker water line instead of water dispenser line on accident and pressed water dispenser and water came out of dispenser. Once I realized I didnt disconnect the water dispenser line, I concluded the water line for the water dispenser was either kinked at the bottom of the door or frozen inside the door. I must have unkinked it or the water line became unfrozen while I had the freezer door open trying to diagnose. Ordering filter head to return and complete the repair if the water stops dispensing again. Explained to customer they could cancel the return visit if the water continues to dispense between now and the time we call to reschedule. If it stops working again I will return with the filter head to be replaced. Returning with parts office had already ordered too. ; ordrng 1 W10394053 (Filter head)"

"Arrived on site for a microwave with the humidity sensor going off, and the lights intermittently not turning off. Upon arrival the customer stated when he made baked potatoes sometimes the unit would stop and the sensor light would flash. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes, and the humidity sensor in range per the tech sheet. I advised the customer the unit is supposed to shut off when it senses to much moisture, and a baked potato cooking for several minutes is likely to do this. The customer also stated the units interior lights will sometimes not shut off after closing the door. I found that this typically happens after the customer slams the door. He found that jiggling the handle a bit fixes it. The customer also recently had the interlocks replaced by another company. I advised the customer that slamming the door can jam the interlocks and cause this issue. I gained access to the control and interlocks. I found both as designed. I found no mechanical failure on the unit.

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for refrigerator. Replaced fc evap and drier. Verified unit held vacuum and charged unit with refrigerant. All is working properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the ice maker not working. I gained access to IM in the FC. Upon further inspection I found there was significant frost build up in the freezer. I found that the door had not been closing all the way due to how the IM scoop was set in the ice box. I advised the customer on this and how to properly put the scoop onto its holder. I jumped the IM and nothing happened. I checked voltage to the IM and found it good. I then jumped the fill and found it still not filling, and the fill tube was not frozen. This indicates a bad valve. I could not test the filter head due to the customer not having the filter bypass. Due to this I am ordering the valve and filter head for the repair. We will need to install the valve first and test the unit. The filter head was ordered to be sure we will not have to make another trip in case it was needed. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key), F0 E5 (off balance load), and F0 E9 (off balance pause) error codes. I ran the unit through a manual high speed spin, tested all the valves, and around the unit through a diagnostic cycle. All tests ran as designed. I tested the unit in a normal wash cycle and noticed the customer using the extra power function of the unit. I did ask the customer if they consistently use that extra power function and she advised that she was not aware of whether she did or not. I did explain to her about the service pointer talking about low water levels of the beginning of the cycle when it agitates and that water is constantly being filled into the unit throughout the cycle. Whenever user guide in the unit is working as designed. Call Complete."

"On site for dryer not closing properly. Customer stated that door will pop open after starting cycle, so they have to prop it shut. Confirmed complaint. Replaced catch and strike. Unit was still popping open. Found door hinges slightly bent and door frame not aligned causing door to not close properly. Ordering hinges, springs, inner and outer door. Office to reschedule. "Arrived on site for a while oven that is not completely preheating on either oven. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit would not make it to the preset temperatures and would eventually error out and shut off in an idle state. Around the unit through diagnostics and found an F6 E1 (over temperature during cooking) error code. Tested all bake and broiling elements to make sure that none of them were running when the unit was idle as well as making sure they all turned on. I?ll bake and broil elements were working as designed. Round the unit through it up bake cycle on both ovens at 350?F. Both reach 350?F and stayed there for over seven minutes. The customer requested that I test her broiling functions as well to make sure the unit didn?t error out. Tested both broil elements at 5:50 for 10 minutes. The unit ran as designed with no error codes present. Spoke to SW and was advised that at this time since we could not replicate the issue do not proceed with the repair but that if other issues were present, the most likely scenario would be with the main board and/or sensors.

Arrived on site for range causing oven to heat incorrectly. Upon arrival customer had unit running and trying to heat right side oven. After further testing I found after 10 minutes that unit was exceeding 400 degrees and not lowering even when set to 350. I found oven temp sensor had failed. Replaced sensor reassembled and tested unit and found it functioning as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Found both fridge and freezer temperature is at 77?F. Checked the evaporator and found no frost pattern. Found the compressor running but it only pulling .127 A. Unit will need sealed system repair for repair.
