"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothing. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit takes 2 or 3 times to dry clothing. Using my dryer vent test kit, I tested airflow to the unit. After two tests, the unit failed. I removed the vent tube from the back the unit and retested and the unit passed. I removed the back cover and checked the element and found the middle plate of the element burnt and warped. I replaced the element and retested and the unit is heating as designed. I recommended that the customer replace the vent tube with a more firm tube and have someone check the venting that goes in the wall up to the roof/side wall. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for fridge leaking water. All the customers had a towel laying under the freezer door and say that the water was pouring out of the drawer every couple of hours at Randalls. Upon inspection of the freezer I found that the unit had a clogged drain line and backflowing into the freezer and out the front of the unit I was able to clear out the drain line and verify the integrity of the drain line on the back of the unit to make sure that no hot air was getting up inside to cause this issue to come back. I vent cover and found the cover restricting the damper from opening up all the way. Also found some of the foil tape used to secure/seal the cover was down inside the blower area hitting the fan blades causing the noise. Arrived on site for FREEZER NOT COOLING FRIDGE FREEZING FOOD AT BOTTOM WATER DRIPPING FROM THE TOP ICE BACK WALL FREEZER. Removed back panel to ensure evap fan was spinning and it was irking as designed. Ran diagnostics and no error codes came up. Tested freezer control and tested faulty. Removed faulty freezer control and installed new control. Fridge was turned off upon arrival. Informed customer to allow the fridge 24 hours to cool as designed. Job completed.

"Arrived On site for washer that was leaving a brown donkey residue according to customer. Upon further inspection of the unit was able to verify that the dirty debris was not coming from the water in the valves nor was it being stored in the drain pump or dispenser area. I did however find that underneath the wash plate and underneath the inner tub of the unit there was water deposit and debris that was left over that was not being drained out and it was getting stored underneath the inner tub on the opposite side of where the drain would be and then when they wash it would be turned back on it will recirculate all that debris back up into the inner tub through the wash plate. Before arrival customer had stated that she had run affresh cleaner twice in the past few days to try and lessen the amount of build up. After disassembling the inner basket from outer, I was able to remove all remains debris and informed customer to run one more cleaning cycle in the unit. A

Arrived on site for refrigerator making a loud noise when the icemaker would fill. Upon arrival I ran a test cycle on the water dispenser as well as the icemaker and found that the water special is working great with no noises but whenever the valve was activated for the icemaker the inner solenoid was not opening all the way and causing too much vibration I ended up replacing the icemaker water valve and re-tested the unit to verify that it would feel without any noise unit is now functioning as designed call complete

Found unit and external pump plugged directly into power source causing flood condition due to unit not shutting off when pump stopped operating. I tested the evaporator thermistor and it read 150.6 ohms at room temperature which was way out of range. I replaced the thermistor. I vacuumed the system and it held a 30 psi vacuum. I charged the system with 4.8 ozÂ’s of R134A. I tested the refrigerator and it is working as designed. Call complete.
