Upon arrival I had to make multiple attempts to get unit to enter its diagnostic mod properly and after entry couldnÂ’t find any errors or issues. After testing previously diagnosed parts I checked the ff section thermistor was odd ohm reading that didnÂ’t also match where it should of been during its cold and hot test. I replaced the thermistor and retested unit. After steaming the drain pan I attempted to fish out the obstruction from the top but failed I also went from the back up and I could not get my fisher up through the obstruction. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and test3d the high spin mode in manual test mode and the unit began to make a loud screeching metal on metal noise. Due to the unit making the same screeching noise as before, I contacted techline and spoke to Leon and advised of my findings from testing the unit. Leon advised that there are no service pointers for this unit regarding the unit making screeching noises during spin cycle. Due to replacing the gearcase at the last service call and the noise stopped, Leon recommended replacing it and the drive block and advised that the previous file number (7728033606) would be used. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water from underneath. Upon further inspection, I found the unit toeplate was removed and at the front of the unit was a small puddle of water. I pulled the unit out and found more water under the unit. I removed the back panel and found where water is puddling under the evaporator tray due to the tray being cracked. I remove the RC drain tube and found it was clogged. I cleared the tube and it is operating as designed. While at the back of the unit, I found a sweat spot on the ack panel at the location of the RC evaporator (photos). I put the unit back in place and found that both door gaskets are badly torn at the bottom of the doors. Also found where the ice dispenser door is not sealing good and causing warm air to go up into the bin and melt ice. The right RC door hinge is badly worn and causing the door to squeak.

Using my liquid gas leak detector, I checked the regulator, gas line connection and the fitting that connects the regulator to the gas line and found a small leak at the fitting. Due to this issue, I removed and replaced the regulator and placed some gas tape around all connections and the fitting and tested the gas line. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning/draining. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E2, F8E1, F3E1, & F2E1. I cleared the codes ad continued with testing and the unit completed testing. Per the F3E1 code, I removed the sensor tube from the control and blew through it and it was clear. I checked it at the outer tub and found it attached and no holes in the tube. Following the tech sheet for the F8E1 long fill/no fill, I tested ohms to the valve and found it slightly out of range, but it filled during testing. Also found the gearcase is louder than normal and will eventually need to be replaced. I found the customer is using too much detergent which possibly caused the unit to have all of the error codes.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, the builder advised that the unit was tested by the inspector using a laser temp gun and advised that the temps were off. Using my multimeter with thermal lead I placed the thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My five temp readings were 381, 329, 372, 343, 368 for an average of 358.6 degrees for the average temp. I advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed. Also advised that the unit has to be tested using a multimeter with thermal lead in order to get an accurate reading on air temps and not surface temps like when using a laser temp gun. No repairs needed at this time. Job completed."

Customer pointed out the bottom rack was experiencing some resistance when going in and out, and the kick plate had a dent in it. Found the inlet valve was not allowing enough water in to fully fill the unit and as a result pump was barely moving any water. Replaces inlet valve. I popped the dent in the kick plate out, and also tapped a small dent out of the cabinet to resolve the sticky drawer. Customer approved me just pounding out the dent vs replacing the tub. All is now working as designed. At customer request I also moved the retaining tabs from the top of the unit to the sides. No water leaks found, call complete."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing water. Upon arrival the dispenser was working as designed. The customer showed me a video of a chattering noise and no water coming through the dispenser. I tested the dispenser and could not get the issue to recreate. I inspected the filter housing and the inlets valves but all checked good after speaking with CS we determined that the issue must be with water pressure within the houses foundation. I explained to the customer the affects of high pressure on these valves. We turned the water to almost all the way off at the wall. I advised a water pressure reduction valve might be necessary to remedy the dispenser chattering. But no repairs needed at this time to the unit. Job complete.

I did a temp test and found the freezer at 4 degrees and the fresh food section at 40 degrees. I put the unit into diagnostics and found all fan and thermistors working as designed. I called techline and advised them of my findings, sr#7728790171, tech line advised the temperature is set to high in the fridge, and advised that the fridge by design pulls moisture out of products to cool them down. They advised there are no parts to replace since everything is working as designed. I spoke with the customer about the units operation and what Techline advised. Job complete.
