"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that customer said smells stronger when opening door running loads. On arrival customer informed me that recently they feel the odor when opening the door smells stronger and almost like something is burning. I opened the door after running some and it does smell a bit like heat, but not any burning or excessive gas. I examined the inside of the unit with a bore scope and saw some minor lint and fur, but nothing excessive. Examined flame tunnel and I dont see anything out of the ordinary at all. Flame is healthy and blue. Unit seems like its working as designed, however the gas concentration may have changed recently due to construction in the area. Advised customer to monitor and let us know if there are any drastic changes.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. The customer advised that he was having the same issue on his other refrigerator for his ice getting caught in his ice chute as his other refrigerator and that we were supposed to fix that too. I had called whirlpool on his other refrigerator and had the same prognosis for this refrigerator. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Joel SR# 7732480682. He referenced service pointer W10647960. They advised that the issue with his refrigerator was a customer usage issue and not an issue with the refrigerator. He said the ice door needs to be fully pressed all the way to the back wall when calling for ice to allow the maximum amount of airway for that ice to travel down. I was advised not to replace any parts on the unit. Customer advised that he wanted parts replaced due to ongoing issues and did not believe the issue to be a customer usage issue. Replaced water valve, ice door, and connector and tested the unit. The end began to work as designed with no leaks present. The unit does not have any ice at this time so could not verify whether that was working properly or not. I then gained access to door switches and performed a resistance test on both of the and found them to be good. I the tested voltage at the connection on control side and found good stable voltage there. "Arrived on site for a washing machine shaking bad while running, and will walk forward. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and I found stored error code F7E5 for a shifter fault. I then tested the suspension on the unit and found it bouncing. This indicates a failing suspension. I also gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the gearcase leaking oil. This indicates a faulty gearcase. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit ran through as designed.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Removed door and transferred all components to the new door. Tested water dispenser to ensure line wasnt kinked in the rear of the fridge. Water dispenses as designed. Had customer test door to ensure she was pleased with the way the new freezer door closes. Customer was not 100% pleased but stated that it will do. You can definitely tell the difference between the original and new door closing. Explained to customer the door will shut completely if you push it just a little. Customer was use to door closing on its own. The mullion takes a small push to get it to engage into the bracket at the top to close completely. Door closing as designed. Job completed.

"Arrived on site for Trips the breaker in 5-10 mins of use. Checked voltage at the wall and was getting 120 and good polarity. Found valve gas cover was bent inwards and the igniter wire was pinched causing the range to short out. Also found manifold tubing was kinked. Arrived on site to replace sump and motor. Replaced sumpAnd motor test unit and unit test good no leaks present at this time.

Arrived onsite for unit leaking slowly causing water buildup in the tub. Customer hooked the water back up underneath the sink for testing the unit. Tested the unit and found that water was slowly leaking into the unit. Replaced the water valve. Tested the unit and no leaks at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose washer with F0E7 error when running cycles. Error relates to clothes left in on cleaning cycle. Found service pointer W11564098 related to error. Service pointer says to connect to wifi and use app to update software. Installed new software and ran factory calibration per pointer. Verified unit is now starting cycles. Call complete.

Arrived back on site to install previously ordered thermostat. After replacing it the unit still only had 14 volts AC from the thermostat. I tested several point throughout the unit and it was determined the unit will require a main harness

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for a bent knob and excess moisture, upon inspection found the front right burner knob bent to the left, realigned knob and tested. Instructed customer on the venting of unit and confirmed the video was the unit working normally with high moisture foods. Instructed customer on proper use of racks, reignition of burner etc. Complete"

"Arrived onsite for ice having a funny smell. Called tech line, said that the ice maybe be soaking in smells from the freezer or the water line hose from the water coming into the unit from the home may be making the ice taste unusual. Did it recommend to change anything. Said the customer may need to dump out the ice if it sits too long and try to restart with fresh ice. Spoke with Chris got sr#772467033. No issues at this time. Job complete"

Arrived onsite and reset oven and calibrated to customer preference as oven was not running hot enough. All checks good.
