"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator nameplate missing and RC doors not level. Upon further inspection, I found the nameplate missing and the unit needed to be leveled. I placed a new nameplate on the FC door and attempted to level the unit but found the unit leaning to the right side. Customer advised that when the home was built and the tile was laid, the tile wasnt laid all the way back to the wall behind the unit. I recommended that the customer place something behind the unit on the right side to be able to level the unit. Customer advised that they will have someone finish the tile or they would and if needed, they will contact the office to get assistance with leveling the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for dryer with door seal issues. Upon inspection I found the unit is working as designed but the customer has concerns about the seal due to lint building u on the door past the seal. I used a light inside the drum and closed the door but should not see any light seeping through. I ran the unit with high heat and did not feel any air or heat leaving the door. The customer stated that they had the vents cleaned today. I explained that an obstruct vent system could cause lint to travel back into the unit and start to build up in spots. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not draining. Upon inspection I found no error codes stored in the unit. I found the inlet valve vibrating when called for water but no water. I replaced the valve but still no water. The customer then informed me that the hot water line had recently been replaced. I checked and there is no water flow through the valve at the wall. I switched the water line over to the active valve and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for ice maker not producing ice. Upon inspection I found the unit would just fill until time out and then start to recirculate to the evaporator. I confirmed voltage to both pumps in manual diagnostics. I found drain pump sounds very weak and water is barely trickling out. I noticed the drain pump would leak when the recirculating pump is engaged. I removed the pump and could not see any cracks I re installed the pump and it seemed to no longer be dripping. The unit keeps filling until overflow indicating a failed water level sensor. I can also see blue corrosion on the connector so I am ordering a drain pump WL sensor and harness to complete the repair but will return with a few other parts to have on hand JIC. ; ordrng 1 WPW10485955 (Harness) and 1 WPW10485962 (Sensor) and 1 WPW10489125 (Pump)

"Arrived on site for a dryer that still is having an issue with the door popping open after you close the door. Inspected unit and work area. The customer has been using a washcloth to help the door closed and remain shut and found the catch partially broken. Replaced the catch and tested the unit. Unit still was popping open. Checked all the screws on the outer door and all the screws were tight. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Andrew SR# 7731051282. He advised that based on the prior repairs, he would replace the outer door and both hinges because that would effectively be the last few things that could cause this issue. He also advised that since the inner door worked for about a month, it would seemingly be that the screws are not catching on the outer door properly. "Arrived on site for ref not dispensing ice. Found ice maker was turned off. Once switch was in on position the motor turned the ice mold tray. Diagnostics did not have a way to test the ice maker and call for water so I went to the valve at the wall and found the water was turned off. I turned the valve at the wall to the on position and could her the water rush into the water tube and into the fridge valve. Explained to the customer it may be a couple hours before the fridge starts producing ice, but that the water was shut off at the wall. He explained he had turned off the ice maker previously. Now that the water at the wall is on the ice maker will produce ice as designed. No leaks detected. Job completed."
