"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that was tripping breaker whenever it was plugged in. Tried to flip breaker and it instantly trips. Breaker is GFCI. When breaker trips, it trips a 2nd breaker for another outlet, both GFCI. Disconnected power cable and tested voltage. Found proper voltage and 0 voltage at neutral. Wiring looks good. As soon as power is connected to control the breaker trips. Disconnected all loads. Breaker still trips. Replaced control and retested. Breaker tripped again. Called tech line and talked to Bruce, SR 7732349951. Bruce had me ohm out all loads and found all are testing good. Checked wiring and found no loose or pinched wires. Only remaining possibility is the issue is in the incoming wiring / GFCI circuit. All wiring and components testing good. Advised superintendent to check the wiring at the box to unit, or try off GFCI. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer dryer combo that is not heating the dryer or spinning in washer. On arrival checked for error codes and found error for lid lock failure. Replaced lid lock and retested unit. Found no change. Changed out control and retested unit. Verified unit is now spinning and locking. I tested the dryer and found no issues with the heat. Unit may have a clogged or obstructed vent causing poor airflow, but unit is heating on all attempts to heat. Unit is now working properly. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for an oven range that is not heating properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit seems to be not reaching proper temperature and is not cooking things as quickly as recipes call for. They advised that they are having to leave stuff in their unit for 15 minutes longer than most recipes advise them to. They also advised that on higher heat, the temperature does not reach the heat requested. Ran unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Tested the bake and boiling element inside the unit and found both to be working properly. Ran a bake cycle and found the unit cycling between 371?F and 400?F, averaging around 386?F. The customer did request that I turn up the heat to 450 or 500 as the unit has never reached those temperatures. I did reach temp on both cycles. I did advise the customer that we could replace the thermostat as the bake and broil element seem to be working properly. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator losing power intermittently. Upon further inspection, I checked the pantry harness and found it good. Checked the pantry control and found it good with no water in the reservoir. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and found the unit operating as designed. Customer advised that the unit will shut down with no lights on and not cooling and the UI will be on showing PO. I inspected the RC evaporator and found the drip pan badly warped. I could not get the unit to duplicate wha the customer hsbeen experiencing with the unit turning off. I am ordering the power board and per service pointer W11092686, I am ordering the RC evap drip pan kit, RC evap motor/harness and CNOTE-SHIMS, CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION.
