"Arrived on site for fridge not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found UV dye in the fresh food section drip pan. I gained access to the evaporator and found up dye leaking from the evap. I also found the drip pan broken and the enclosure broken as well. I evacuated the system. I removed the failed evaporator and damaged enclosure. I replaced the evaporator, enclosure, and the drip pan new. I preformed a vacuum test on the system while isolating the fresh food evaporator, I found the pressures holding. I put a measured charge into the system and found all pressures good and a good frost pattern forming on the evaporator. The unit is cooling as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven error code. Upon further inspection, I pulled the unit from the wall and inspected the junction box due to the error code F9E0. Found box wired correctly. Following the tech sheet, I cycled the power to the unit and checked error codes and found F9E0 & F6E1. I tested the unit in Bake at 350 degrees and while testing I found the k10 relay arcing. The unit completed preheat with no errors. Following the tech sheet, I tested the elements at the control Ned all were within range. I tested the relays at the PX1 and PX4 and found them open. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

Arrived on site for washing machine that according to customer was leaving Water and suds in door seal and not allowing it to drain. Customer did state however that for the most part the unit did seem to drain just fine inside the actual tub area with a closer. Upon further inspection I found that the reason the door seals and keeping too much water and soap in there was because I had a tiny clog sitting right inside of the line that goes from the seal back into the outer tub assembly. Then instructed the customer on how to prevent that particular issue from reoccurring and gave them instructions on how often they should clean the washer out with a tub cleaning cycle selection based off how many times a week/month theyÂ’re using the washer. Unit overall is functioning as designed upon completion of diagnosis. There was no leaks before during or after diagnosis. Call complete

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to possibly replaced previous diagnosed sealed system parts. I found the compressor running but not pumping refrigerant. I found the system charged and the refrigerant clean. I replaced the compressor. I installed a low side service tap and a dye drier. I vacuumed the system and it held a 30 psi vacuum. I charged the system with the recommended charge. I tested the unit and found my low side pressure in a 15 psi vacuum and my high side pressure only getting to 75 psi. I couldnÂ’t hear any refrigerant entering the evaporator. I removed the dryer and installed another one after prepping it and making sure it wasnÂ’t restricted.

I then spoke with whirlpool tech line to try and see if thereÂ’s anything that we could do to help prevent this sort of issue but per whirlpool tech line they stated that sometimes with how the hinges sit inside the lid that when the unit goes into spin it will sometimes cause a little shake a bit which then cracks the inner plastic around that hinge which leads to the issue was having waffles recommendation is that we go ahead and replace the lid. Arrived on site for dishwasher needing previously diagnosed circulation pump drain pump and door gasket. Upon arrival I was able to install the dishwasher and then install and repair the three damaged parts over previously diagnosed then reassemble them installed the dishwasher and ran test cycle to verify that the unit is filling agitating and raining in that order exactly as designed with no leaks before during or after the repair. I the found it getting up to temp too fast. I inspected the vent on the outside of the house and found it appeared to be packed with lint and not allowing the moist air to exit. I advised to the customer that the vents would also need to be professionally cleaned. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for sealed system repair. I gained access to the evaporator and found a partial frost pattern. I gained access to the compressor and found a hard start device installed onto the compressor. I punctured the dryer and found a full charge in the system. I removed the compressor, and removed the hard start device. I installed a new compressor and corrected the wiring for the new compressor. I also installed a uv dryer and an access valve. I did a push pull test and found it working as designed. I pulled a vacuum and found the vacuum holding. I put a measured charge into the system and found the pressure building appropriately. The unit is operating as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining. Inspected drain line and cleared. Disassembled unit and cleaned filter and screen. Performed diagnostics mode and tested drain pump. Found drain pump not activating. Removed unit and tested voltage. Found when unit pulled out was able to activate drain pump. Installed unit and tested and found drain pump would not work. Removed unit again and tested. Found drain motor shorting out. Was able to read voltage to pump when pump was not running.Removed failed drain pump and installed new. Reinstalled unit and tested all operations. All tested good, no water leaks detected.
