Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an E 16 (slow drain) E18 (adaptive drain algorithm failed), and E8 (pressure sensor loss) error codes. Spoke to ask W and was advised to replace the control boards and harness with the pressure hose. Ordering parts in office will need authorization for repair as well as assistance ordering parts due to out of stock parts. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer had the FC door opened too long and I was unable to get accurate temp readings. I found frost/ice built up on the right corner of the evap,cover. Disassembled the FC section and removed the evap cover and found ice on the top of the evaporator on the right side and a block of ice in the top right corner at the cap tube. Tested the defrost element and it is good. Pulled unit out and checked amp draw to the compressor and got .65amps. I advised the customer that the unit will need a sealed system repair consisting of the compressor, UV dye drier, access valve.Unit reassembled and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for the inner door rubbing on the top right side of the frame of the unit. Looked at the unit and the looked to be leveled correctly. Tried to lower the left foot to straighten out the unit, but when doing so. Noticed that the left side of the door was catching on a block of the bottom trim board. Raised the unit back up and let customer know there wasnt much that could be done because of the trim board. But with the door slightly rubbing that it wont cause any issues, that the unit may need to be re installed to help with the door rubbing but the unit was correctly leveled. No leaks at this time. "Arrived on site and found saved error codes F8E4 float switch open, F7E1 Single speed wash motor failure, F8E2 Water fill valve electrical problem. Set washer to run on diagnostic cycle and it filled with water but wash motor didnt run. Inspected float switch and found it had water in tray, took 1 picture. Replaced float switch and wash Motor is still not running. no other prescreen parts. Arrived on site for fridge not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the compressor not coming on. I tested the compressor and found the start winding open. I called techline and spoke to Bruce sr# 7732531483. He advised to replace the compressor again and check for leaks. I installed the new compressor and put 145 psi of nitrogen and found no leaks. I put a measured charge of r134a into the system and found operating pressures while cooling the freezer at 0 low and 135 high. The unit is working as designed. Job complete.

Let customer know of the starting process and if the door is ever opened at any time to hit start once again and to shut the door get the unit to continue. Ran through automatic diagnostics and the unit worked with no issues. Also told customer to use a rinse aid to get the unit to clean better, and too not pre rinse the dishes too clean. Gained access to blower by removing foil tape around vent box in cabinet and found foil tape too far into interior of vent making the foil tape rattle against the interior of the cabinet. Trimmed foil tape back and vent no longer makes the noise in second speed or any other speed. Had customer test. Job completed."

Arrived for refrigerator not cooling properly in both Sections. Upon the customer told me that he had defrost fridge over night and plugged it back in today.I performed a temp test and found 43 degrees in fc and 56 degrees in rc. I gained access to freezer evaporator and found ice buildup. Upon further inspection I found that the defrost thermistor had come loose from the suction line. I checked the cap line for signs of a refrigerant leak I did not feel of see anything signs of a leak. I check the condenser fan and compressor and found them both running. I then reattached the thermistor and removed the ice.
