"Arrived onsite for washer not operating. Upon inspection I found the unit dead and full of water. I was not able to enter diagnostics so I replaced the control. I. Diagnostics I was then not able to drain. I tilted the unit and found the drain pump wires had come disconnected from the connector. I made a temporary repair on the wires and was able to engage the drain pump to drain the water. After the water drained out I could not exit drain in diagnostics and had to unplug the unit. I put the unit into diagnostics again and it immediately went into drain. I tried on normal setting and again just drains. I waited for the auto drain to complete and ended up having to blow out an obstruction from the pressure hose. After clearing the hose I was able to run a spin cycle. I found the unit wobbling at high spin which most likely caused the wires at the pump to separate. I am ordering the lower harness, gearcase, cam, belt, actuator to complete the repair. After testing washer through a diagnostics cycle I found belt was loose on cam but gearcase was also screeching even when belt would eventual grab to the cam better. Found 7nit was screech in spin mode with and without a load of laundry and during agitation when cloths were in unit it would also screech. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling in the RC. Upon inspection I found the RC evap cover encased in a block of ice. I called techline to report they gave me W11092686 service pointer REV G and asked that I follow this pointer to correct the issue at hand. We also changed the defrost from ADC to timed SR#7731877358 to replace the RC fan motor and we will have to assess the situation better once the ice is gone and we can access components. ; ordrng 1 SHIMS (SHIMS)

Tested the unit and saw no leaks but did see that the garbage disposal was backing up with water. Turned on the garbage disposal so that the water can go down. Arrived on site for Low Ice Production - Side by Side Refrigerator. Found bin would not release when button pressed. Removed outer bin cover and gained access to release. Release was in good condition but found ice blocks formed underneath bin in housing. Removed blocks of ice and got bin to release. Inspected ice maker and found funnel that water fills into from water tube had styrofoam inside and a crack in it causing water to leak onto impinged assembly and ice bin housing. This leak created the blocks of ice underneath making the ice bin impossible to remove. Removed ice maker and installed new ice maker. Tested new ice maker and when water filled mold I removed the bin and no leaks were found. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they can hear water leaking inside the FC section and pointed to the evaporator drip pan where there was some water puddled. I removed the evaporator cover and found the unit was coming out of defrost mode and the water was from the defrosted coils. I pulled the unit out and turned the water on and tested the water dispenser and the ice maker and found no water leaks. I fed the back cover and inspected the drain tube and found it partially clogged. Cleared the debris and advised the customer of my findings. Tested lid latch several times as it operated normally which pointed to a control issue. Took the unit out of diagnostics then back in to test the lid latch again and found that it was not working. Uninstalled the new control and installed the old one and put unit though a diagnostics cycle and found that it when passed step 2. Which then prompted me to install the new lid latch. Tested the unit with old control and new lid latch and found that the unit is working as designed. No leak detected at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site for Water dispenser flow extremely weak. I have changed the filter and it flows a little stronger for a couple of days and then flow goes to a trickle. I have removed the filter and flow is very strong. Using Everydrop filter #1. Removed filter and water came out of dispenser as designed. Removed filter housing and installed new filter housing. Installed same filter customer had installed recently and flow was still weak. When filter was removed new filter housing had a normal flow. Recommended installing another brand new filter into brand new filter housing due to previous filter housing most likely damaging the recently replaced filter. Customer had a brand new everydrop filter to install. Installed brand new filter and water came out of dispenser as designed. Purged approximately two gallons to ensure the flow remained strong. New filter housing corrected the slow flow. No leaks detected. Job completed.

Arrived on site for FRIDGE DOOR ISN'T SEALING PROPERLY. Found cabinet liner was making contact with the fridge door on bottom left side making the fridge door catch right as it was nearly closed. Inspected hinges and cams and they were not damaged. Attempted to adjust the left wheel up to drop left side of cabinet and adjust right wheel to raise right side. After adjustments were made the fridge door was still making contact with interior liner on the bottom left side. Called Whirlpool tech line and spoke to Sterling. He had me complete the tech line SR documentation form and enter notes and submit photos.

"Arrived on site for fridge leaking water. I inspected the unit and work area. We found standing water in the rc section. We gained access to the drain tube and found it clear. We steamed out the drain tube from the back of the unit and after 6 minuets we found no steam making it through to the rc section. We ran a wire through the drain tube and found it not moving past half way through.

arrived onsite and replaced 3 burners and called Bruce with techline to report repeat failure of the burners. Advised customer use only recommended cookwear with flat contact and no bigger than the burners. Unit is otherwise operating as designed.

Arrived on site and inspected washer poop performance. Confirmed the complaint and found the actuator was defective causing the malfunction per service pointer. Removed and replaced it and unit tested as designed. Job complete

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that won?t wash dishes. Inspected unit and work area. Placed in an in-service diagnostics and found an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. Ran the unit there an auto test and confirmed the customers complaint. Replaced wash motor assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s flashing an F0 E7 (clothes in a clean washer cycle) error code. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and went over service bulletin. I advised the customer of the issue and advised that she would need to hook up her unit to Wi-Fi to update the latest software version. The customer stated that her husband would do that when he got home. Gave the customer the whirlpool Wi-Fi team number to get hooked up. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.
