I placed the unit into diagnostics and went to test 15 and found the optics were testing fine. I checked voltage at the ice maker and found that it was not receiving voltage. I gained access to the control and found that the control was dropping voltage. I jumped the ice maker and it started to cycle and then the control dropped voltage to the ice maker. Based on my findings I replaced the main control and the optics due to a communication error causing the ice maker to loose power. I reassembled and tested the ice maker again and it cycled properly. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is turning on by itself. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit seems to start on its own and will not stop. They advise that if they do stop the machine that it will start again on its own. They have had to unplug the machine in order to get the unit to stop running a cycle. No damage has been done to the homework the customer. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key)error code. I found all portions of the dishwasher working and operating as designed. I replaced control board and tested the unit. Due to the unit control panel UI not functioning, I previously ordered a PARTS RESEARCH on all parts due to there not being a parts breakdown for this unit. Upon arrival, I found the UI harness ordered is incorrect. I gained access to the harness needed and provided photos to in-house tech support and our in-house parts ordering in order to do another PARTS RESEARCH. I was advised to contact techline and report my findings. I contacted techline and spoke to Chris and advised of the history, parts replacements, and parts research due to the model number not showing a parts breakdown. Also advised, we were told the breakdown is the same for models with engineering digits 00 and 01, which the model I'm servicing today ends in 01. Chris advised that he could not find the part needed and provided a text to my phone, and I provided photos of the harness needed. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven tripping the breaker after control replacement, breaker replacement, and manufacturer approved burnout. Upon further inspection, I found the display off, and the Square D GFCI breaker tripped. Per service pointer W11490386, I removed and replaced the bake and broil elements and removed the ground, and performed a burnout on Bake at 500 degrees. After approximately 2-3 minutes, the breaker tripped. I cycled power to the unit and found the unit temp at 140 degrees. I restarted the burnout on Bake at 500 degrees and contacted techline. While on hold, I tested voltage at the bake element and found 240V. I tested amp draw to the bake and broil elements and found 12 amps to the bake and 15 amps to the broil. The unit completed the second burnout before I spoke to techline. I spoke to Chris with techline and advised of the history, repairs, my findings today, and my repairs today. I advised Chris that I spoke with my customer and advised them to contact customer service if there are any further issues with the oven and also provided the customer with the SR#7742032459. The customer advised that they tried replacing the filter after the replacement filter light went on and could not get the filter out. They advise it when they decided to leave the filter in the machine and after few days later the unit wouldn't make ice. I turned the unit on and tested the unit. I found very little water flow coming out of the water dispenser. I used channel locks to remove the filter and found water flow increase drastically. I replaced the filter and still found adequate waterflow. I ran the in it through a cycle and found the unit starting to make ice and working and operating as designed. I did advise the customer that it appeared that their filter was causing the machine not to fill up with enough water to make ice. Call complete. No parts were installed.

Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator with keys no longer working on console. Found several of the buttons on the membrane were dead. Replaced membrane / conttol under parts warranty. Verified all buttons working. No payment owed. Parts used - W10470218.

Arrived onsite to apartment 4114. Tested unit it and found door not locking. Latch not engaging. Replaced latch. Tested and unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

Once at temp, I set for 2 hours to cook off. This is the only repair we can do to resolve nuisance tripping. If issue persists customer was instructed to contact the builder to replace the breaker woth a different brand/updated software. Documented with tech line, SR7742104936 who also has no additional recommendations. Parts used - W11182108, W10856603."

"WFES3030RS0 Arrived on site for a range not working. On arrival I verified range was tripping the breaker. I replaced control board, bake, and broil element then I removed the ground wire and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity, voltage, and amp draw all readings are correct product works as it's designed. I recommend that the client contact the home builder if it happens again to replace the gfci breaker . I also recommend to leave oven on for one hour. Calling whirlpool safety never answered."

Arrived on site for washer not agitating. Found f0e5. Cleared and ran automatic test cycle. Unit completed test. When doing the bounce test i noticed tub touched bottom. Inspected and found motor cover had fallen off. Removed cam and found Evidence of black oil. Attempted to put back the cover back but screws are threaded. Will need gearcase.
