Arrived on site for oven not baking properly. I inspected the unit and work area. I did a temp test on the unit and found the bake coming on. After 30 minuets the oven stopped cycling on and off. I verified the temperature on the oven temp sensor and it is reading correct. I pulled the under cover from the console and inspected the lower fan. I found it not spinning properly. I found the mrc2 board hot to the touch. The blower motor is not running efficiently causing the control to heat up and not work properly. Upon Inspection I found that the vent fan sounded good but when trying to heat it sounded like the magnetron was having troubling engaging or chattering. Then the unit would just shut off after about 5 secs. I Also found the door switches felt weak when shut. I started by replacing the interlocks and tested the unit. The unit is no longer making a strange noise. I was able to heat a cup of water with no issues. Job complete.

Opened the door and tested the basket and it is good as it spun freely and did not move around as if the gears were bad. Removed the top panel and placed in diagnostics showing no error codes. Flame was orange red while vent hose was disconnected from the wall. When I put the vent hose back into the wall the flame turned blue. Customer stated they had the vent professionally cleaned recently. After the flame went blue I removed the hose to try the flame check process again and the flame never came back on. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water dispenser leaking. Upon further inspection, I found ice buildup under the ice bin and a small piece of ice at the opening of the ice maker fascia. I removed the ice maker housing and found that the ice maker was not seated level and had a tilt towards the front allowing water to spill from the ice tray when water was dispensed into the tray. Also found ice that formed under the ice maker. Removed the ice and seated the tray correctly and tested. The ice maker began harvest and stopped midway. I advised the customer of my findings and attempted to reset the IM by cycling power at the breaker and the IM continued to fail. I am ordering the ice maker and due to the customer leaving before I finished, the office will need to schedule return service.
