Arrived onsite for microwave that looks damaged or there is a problem with the wrap. I found the right side of the wrap slightly bowed allowing the white frame to show through. I did not see any dents or damage to the wrap. I adjusted the control and that side of the wrap. The gap has closed and the wrap within tolerance for the unit. It was most likely bowed due to the canister shape or installation. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival I found out the unit is over cooling not under cooling. I found food in the RC deli drawers freezing. I tested temps and found the RC=30 and FC=5 I ran diagnostics and found the damper opening and closing in diagnostics. I found that the whole time onsite the FC fan did not turn off and the damper stayed open to cool the RC. I found the RC thermistor out of range causing the unit to think its too warm in the RC I am ordering the rc thermistor(W10316760) and the UI as per CS. . ; ordrng 1 W11284720 (UI) and 1 W10316760 (Thermistor)

"Arrived on site for a dryer that would pop the breaker. Upon arrival the customer stated the breaker would pop as soon as you plugged the unit in. He also stated that the unit was working fine at the old house and as soon as they moved here it began. I found the home to be a new build and it to be on a GFCI, it was also a 240V dryer on a 120V breaker box. I turned the breaker on and checked voltage at the wall. There was no polarity issues and the voltage was good. I plugged the unit in and the breaker popped right away. I gained access to the terminal block and found it in good shape. The power cord ohmd out good as well. I gained access to the control and harness and found both in good shape. I advised the customer the unit appears to be as designed and they may need to call an electrician.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that stays in the wash cycle and never stops. Upon arrival the customer stated that another company has already changed out the control, UI, and the OWI sensor. He said the unit will run forever until manually stopped. I checked voltage at the wall and found it correct. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a test cycle and it ran through as designed. I checked voltage at the junction and it was also good. I found correct voltage at the control too. I inspected the harness and found no damage. I called techline and spoke to Andrew and received SR# 7730755722. He advised that it appears to be running as designed. Upon running it through diagnostics again I found the fan motor not running and possibly causing the control to have issues. This indicates a possible bad control and fan needing to be replaced. I replaced both parts and then retested the unit in diagnostics. Unit is now working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not running through the cycle. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit would fill and drain and will leave some water in the tub but would do nothing else. They said they pulled out the filter and found a bunch of glass in there as well. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F8E4 for drain motor electrical problem, F9E1 for diverter not finding position, and F6E4 for float switch open. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and it filled with water, then you could hear the drain pump struggle, and nothing else. I ohmd out the float switch and found it to be good. I then checked voltage at the drain pump and it was fluctuating in and out. I did find voltage at motor to be correct. I found that the unit had a bad control and sump and motor. Possible a bad drain pump as well. I also found the dispenser physically broken.

Tested the unit in test #58 and it passed. Tested in test #59 and the motor failed. Tested in test #57 and the motor failed. When I went to replace the ice maker, I found that I was sent with the wrong IM part. I verified the model/serial numbers and found that we had the incorrect model number. Corrected the model in the ticket and researched the parts diagram and found the part number that I was sent with was wrong as was the HV control. I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering the correct ice maker and HV control and office to schedule return service. I corrected the ticket. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I unplugged the unit and installed the new control. I then put the unit in diagnostics mode and found stored no stored error codes. I found the unit still not putting enough pressure through the top wash arm. I then installed a new sump and motor and ran a diagnostics cycle again. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher with a lower spray arm not working. Upon arrival the spay arm had actually been melted onto the heating element. I removed the spray arm and found the nut broken which cause it to fall off. I installed a new spray arm and then put the unit into diagnostics to check if the heating element got affected. I found no stored error codes. I found the heating element still working as designed and drawing the correct amount of amperage. I found the unit running as designed. The customer stated they were worried about the slight burnt plastic smell when the spray arm melted. After running the heating element and removing the melted arm the smell was no longer present. I advised them now that the wash arm and burnt plastic was removed it went away.
