I called Whirlpool tech line and spoke to TJ to see if something else I wasnt seeing was missed, but tech line confirmed the upper section of the door wasnt meant to have the shelf adjusted any higher than the lowest mount. Customer confirmed they had received additional shelves from Whirlpool that also didnt fit. Again, unfortunately the door only allows one shelf to be mounted on the bottom section of the door where the mounts are seated and the liner is deeper than all the mounts above. Job completed.

Called Whirlpool tech line and spoke to JR. He had me ohm out diverter. Diverter was out of range and giving a range way higher than it should be. Tech line also had me ohm out old diverter and it was giving the same exact high reading. Tech line requested and highly recommended we order a new diverter and harness through Whirlpool stock to ensure we get new stock and not shelf stock. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burners corroded. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and they are operating as designed. I found all of the burners with corrosion on them some worse than others. I removed and replaced the burner heads and retested and all burners continue to operate as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that there is water in the drain filter area. I removed the filter and found the normal remaining water in the drain area. I advised the customer that the water is normal. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and I placed my multimeter on the black wire at the junction box and tested amp draw to the components. All components are within range on amp readings. I advised the customer that the unit Is operating as designed. Inspected the drain hoses and they are clear. Customer has an RO system but the RO drain hose is connected at the left side sink drain and not with the dishwasher drain hose. Contacted techline and spoke to TJ and advised of the complaint and my findings. TJ advised that the water in the drain area is normal and provided SR#7732245720. I recommended that should the customer have further issues to contact Whirlpool. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with LEDs not working properly in the refrigerator compartment. Upon arrival the customer stated they had another service company come out for the same issue, and they replaced the door switches. They stated this temporarily worked. I ohmd out all LEDs, and door switches. All ohmd out good. I gained access to the control and found at connection P14 from pins 6 to 7 the LEDs were getting 31VDC. This is way to high. I installed the control and nothing changed

On site for dryer only running 5 min then shutting down. Found sensor harness open andnot detecting the dampness of clothing when testing with damp cloth. Replaced sensor harness and tested. Unit now functioning as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for washer bounding and banging around laundry room. Upon arrival confirmed complaint but found no errors in diagnostics. "Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed sealed system repair. Upon arrival reconfirmed prior diagnosis and found signs of oil around suction side of compressor. Found no refrigerant left in system. Replac3d compressor, uv drier, A.valve. Pulled vacuum then recharged system with 5.0oz of refrigerant per manufacture spec. Found psi lvls stable at 150/0 after 15 minute run time. equalized psi was 40 when off. Informed customer to give 24hrs to stabilize temps. Call complete"

I replaced the element and then preheat the unit. I found the unit now reaching preheat temps and running as designed.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that would continuously drain after plugged in. I tried putting the unit into diagnostics mode, but found the UI completely unresponsive. Due to this I replaced the control. The unit was no longer throwing itself into a drain after being plugged in. I ran a calibration and test cycle. The unit is now working as designed. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator with a filter not staying in place. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit will stop dispensing water when the filter is acting up. He also just replaced the filter and has continued to have the same issue. I gained access to the filter head and found the filter latch popped out. I put it back on, and the filter was now staying secure. The unit is now working as designed.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator icing over and not keeping temps. Upon arrival the customer stated that the freezer compartment was getting a sheet of ice on the bottom of the compartment. He cleared the ice and cleaned the drain hose from the back. When he gained access to the evap he found ice built up on the top right. He found that the drain tube was not clogged. I checked temps and found the FC at 14?F and the RC at 36?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. I activated the heater and found it running as designed. I gained access to the evaporator and found the drain tube draining properly. Upon further inspection I also found the cap tube frozen over. The evap was not getting a proper frost pattern. This indicates a faulty sealed system.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher throwing an F8E4 error code. Upon arrival the unit was throwing the F8E4 error code for float switch open/overfill. I gained access to the float switch assembly, and found the tray full of water. I emptied the tray. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E2 for drain motor electrical problem, F8E4 for float switch open, and FAE2 for vent wax motor electrical problem. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it ran through as designed. No error codes were thrown at the end of the cycle. Upon further inspection I found the valve dripping where the water line was threaded into the valve. I adjusted the line and re thread it. The unit is no longer leaking and is working as designed. I gained access to the water lines and found them all secure. I adjusted the water valve at the wall and found it making the same noise. I am ordering both valves to complete the repair. Arrived onsite for refrigerator making humming noise. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint. I found the condenser clogged with debris and hair. I removed the clog and the noise went away. I was able to push on the condenser a little bit and make the noise come back slightly. It sounded like a rock or something resting on a vibrating surface. I pulled the unit forward about an inch and the noise went away. I was now unable to get the noise to return. I found the flooring in the kitchen has deep grout joints and the wheels are likely falling in the joint causing the unit to become un level slightly. I advised the customer of my findings. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for washer making squealing noise. Upon inspection of the diagnostics cycle I found the noise to be consistent with a slipping belt. I replaced the belt and I was not able to recreate the noise. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on call for complaint of freezer door pulling to one side an noise. Found the customer pulling door handle from the far left side and gear will make noise and door will pull slightly to side. But pulling from center it is normal. The right side of track doesnt have track reaching to back and gear will be slow to start.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. I found the unit over sudsing and leaking from the front reservoir so I called techline to document. SR#7732226129. They suggested replacing the dispenser because I can see foreign material inside which could contribute to over suds. I used some vegetable oil to cut the soap suds away. I replaced the dispenser and advised the customer on soap amount/usage. I ran the unit after the vegetable oil and found no more over sudsing. I advised the customer to test the unit and let us know if there are still issues. Job complete.

Arrived on site for Squeaking or Squealing Noise - Top Load Washer. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran high speed spin and could hear a noise that sounded like plastic rubbing. Gained access to splutch and removed belt and spun splutch. Noise was still there. Removed splutch and noise was still there. Removed basket and spun and noise was still there. No oil leaking anywhere. Once all components were removed from the gear case I could still hear the noise inside the gear case. Removed gear case and installed new gear case. Also installed new belt due to customer stating there was also another noise. When customer described the noise to me it sounded like a loose belt. Reassembled and tested washer. Ran calibration and noise is gone. No leaks detected. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer grinding noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and found error code F0E3-overload. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed. I found the unit drain pan not connected to the drain pipe at the back of the unit on the wall. I found the units leveling feet were all the way up and when the customer would wash a load of clothing, the basket drops and the rotor is rubbing on the drain pan under the unit. I lowered the feet raising the unit up and retested and unit continues to operate as designed.

Arrived on site for fridge freezer over freezing. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the evaporator and found the unit going through a defrost cycle. I Tested the evaporator thermistor and found it reading 50 degrees. I toke an ambient temperature and found it at 50 degrees. I let the unit finish the defrost cycle. I found the evaporator fan coming on. I let the unit run for 10 minuets and found good frost pattern forming. I am ordering the control to complete the repair. ; ordrng 1 W11371382 (Control box)

"Arrived on site for cooktop burners not lighting correctly. I inspected the unit and work area. The customer stated the unit was converted to LP. I inspected the regulator and found it correct. I checked the orfices and found the left side swapped with the right side, and the center burner had the wrong ones. The customer still had the left over parts from the conversion. I placed the correct orfices in the cooktop and adjusted the valves. The unit is working as designed job complete."

Tried to clear with shop vac but did not get it to clear. Advised we need to replace Replaced disposal side hose and retested. Verified all is working as designed

Arrived onsite for unit control having bake activate broil. Upon arrival tested unit found control miscommunicating. Replaced unit is now operating as designed. Job Completed.

"Arrived on site for a washer with the water level sensor off. Upon arrival the customer stated that they would sometimes open the unit and find different water levels for same sized loads. They wanted to make sure that the water level/pressure sensor was not bad in the unit. I asked the customer how they checked the water level, and found that they would sometimes open the unit and check. I informed the customer that at different parts of the cycle they will have different levels of water. I also informed them on how loading the unit can add variety on water level, and advised the customer on proper loading techniques per user care guide. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a test cycle and found the unit running through as designed. I activated each component separately and found all loads activating as designed. I gained access to the control and pressure tube. I found both good. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found everything in good shape. I could find no failure on the unit at the time of service. I advised the customer that the unit is running as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite and replaced icemaker as it would not cycle for me during test. Also corrected low water pressure issue causing unit to not produce ice. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair.

Arrived on site to follow up on oven with issues with door and display. Removed door and sat hinges properly. Found display came on after. Turned off energy saver mode. Verified unit heating and working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for washer leaving residue on clothing, loads not washing properly. Ran diagnostic cycle and found no error codes, all functions are operating properly. Per service pointer W11042572 directed customer to Whirlpool website to search for white residue recommendations. There is no other known adjustment or repair that can address this issue, job complete. customer has a GE dryer."

Arrived on call for complaint of noise. Found the tensioner pully cause of noise replace pully from repair kit. After installation test operation noise level normal.

"Arrived on site , replaced lower harness . Ran calibration and diagnostics wash. All checked normal. No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete"

"Arrived on site for dishwasher top racks not drying. I inspected the unit and work area. I entered diagnostics and found no fault codes. I ran the unit through a diagnostics cycle and found all components activating, and the heating element coming on. I inspected the heating element and found no signs of a leak. I spoke to the customer about the unit and the use of rinse aid. Customer stated they are currently not using rinse aid. The unit is working as designed job complete."

Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed parts from previous company. Replaced control board. After replacing programmed board to model number. Tested unit and unit seems to be functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new console and then preheat the unit. I found it reached temps and worked as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for possible sealed system repair. I inspected the unit and work area. I toke an ambient temp in the freezer and found it at 52 degrees and the fridge at 52. I gained access to the controls and tested the thermistors. I found the rc reading at 4.4 kohms(about 50 degrees). I found the fc thermistor open from the control. I opened the evaporator cover and found the thermistor wiring intact. I called techline and spoke to Adrian.

"Arrived on site and found error code for blower not reaching speed. Put unit into diagnostic cycle and turned on fan manually and it is working on high and low speed. Attempted to remove oven for further inspection. When doing so, found that the main power cord was going up to the upper cabinet space behind the microwave, and is hardline wired directly into house. Took picture.

"Arrived on site for washer making a noise. I inspected the unit and work area. I out the unit through a diagnostics cycle and found it operating as designed, with no abnormal noise. The customer stated the unit is louder when switching from spin to agitate. I gained access to the cam and actuator. I found them in good condition from when they were installed last time. I tested the actuator and found it working every time with no unusual noise. I spoke to the customer about the noises the unit can make and that the actuator while shift will make a loud a noise when locking into place. The unit is working as designed. Job complete."
