"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the ice clumped in the bin and the ice maker turned off. Turned the IM on and placed unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test #120 and fill tube in test #97. I found the IM harvesting as designed but when I tested the fill tube, it only dispensed for approximately 5 seconds and stopped. I found at the top left door hinge where water had been leaking. I retested the fill tube and water dispenser and found the ice maker fill tube is leaking at the connection at the hinge. Also found the right RC door gasket is torn. In the process of getting to the ice maker/fill tube, the ice bin was very difficult to remove as the handle wasnt releasing the bin from the chute plate. Once I removed it, I found the chute plate hooks were damaged. I removed and replaced the fill tube heater assembly and retested the ice maker fill it continues to leak at the hinge. I am ordering the right RC door gasket, ice maker water line, fill tube heater assembly, left door upper hinge, ice chute plate, ice bin, User Interface (UI) and CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION on all parts ordered. I recommended that the customer turn the ice maker off in order to keep it from leaking every time it dispensed water into the ice tray. Arrived on site for a washing machine not washing properly. Upon further inspection I found the actuator had popped off of the cam. Per service pointer W11531483 I installed a new actuator (part came from job #301328). I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a test cycle and it ran through as designed. I individually activated the spin and agitate and it ran as designed. The unit is working as designed. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator freezing items in the RC. Upon arrival the customer stated his vegetables in his crisper drawers had been freezing, but when he sets it up to 40?F it stops. Although, when he puts it at 40?F it now spoils his food faster, and this has been happening since they have owned it. I checked temps and found the FC at 5?F and the RC at 38?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. I found no frost build up on the evaporator either. I gained access to the control and ohmd out all thermistors. The RC thermistor was 4.87k and the FC thermistor was 8.74k. I rechecked temps and both readings were accurate. I found the FC thermistor needing adjustment however and adjusted it, I advised the customer they may see a slight improvements, but the unit is as designed.

Arrived onsite for washer not advancing. Upon inspection found stored error codes for no fill and water level issues. After inspection found failed valve and failing pressure switch. Replaced valve and switch. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. No error codes at this time. Did recommend to customer routine maintenance for cleaning bellow and door. Normal cleaning can preserve door parts and drain. Allowing buildup to enter drain pump can cause the drain pump to fail and need replacement.

I disassembled the FC section and found a ball of ice on the upper right side of the evaporator. Pulled the unit out and checked amp draw to,the compressor and found 2.64amps. I removed and replaced the compressor, UV dye drier and access valve. Vacuumed the system and pressures held good. Installed 6.0oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Pressures held and unit is beginning to cool. Advised customer to allow unit 24 hours to fully cool and approximately 48 hours for ice to make. "I arrived on site for a range receiving error codes. Upon arrival the customer stated over the phone they connected the unit to WiFi with WP. WP told them they had an error code and their cooling fan was not kicking on. The customer stated that the unit would go into bake on the right hand side and after getting to hot would cause the control to over heat and stop. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F8E0 for main oven cooling fan to slow. I then cleared the error codes. I put the unit into manual test mode and activated the low and high fan for the right cavity, but nothing turned on at all. I gained access to the control and ohmd out the high speed function and found 11.8 ohms. Per the tech sheet this is roughly 4 ohms to low. I then checked the low speed and it ohmd out at 30.3 ohms. Per tech sheet this is accurate. I could not get back to the fan in order to check harness due to needing second tech to safely pull unit out. I informed the customer on the return visit they will have to sign the waiver of damages when moving appliance before service due to their hard wood floors and the way the unit is installed. I ohmd out the hall sensor at the control and found it open. This indicates a failed sensor and possibly control. Need to order sensor for the repair and bring the control already on order. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they removed the water filter, water began to leak from the filter head and the only way they got it to stop was put the old filter back in. When I removed the filter, water began to come out. I turned the water off at the main cutoff outside and cleaned up the water. I removed and replaced the filter head and turned the water back on at the main cutoff and checked for leaks. No leaks found (photo). With the customers permission, using a rectangle piece of plastic and foil tape, I attached the plastic to the inside of the left door and tested. Unit is operating as designed.. Arrived onsite and replaced control for sensor features not always working. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.
