I ran a broil cycle and smelled a faint smell consistent with new oven first time use smell. Insulation particles burning off. I let the broil element get red hot. I could not find any burning or smoke within the unit. I tested voltage at the broil element and it tested good. I also verified correct voltage under a load at the term block. After 30 minuets the oven stopped cycling on and off. I verified the temperature on the oven temp sensor and it is reading correct. I pulled the under cover from the console and inspected the lower fan. I found it not spinning properly. I found the mrc2 board hot to the touch. Upon Inspection I found that the vent fan sounded good but when trying to heat it sounded like the magnetron was having troubling engaging or chattering. Tested unit and it operated as designed. Removed the back panel and found damage to the outer tub from where it had rubbed against the chassis from the shipping bolts not being removed. I placed the unit in spin/drain mode and tested and it operated as designed. I found evidence the dispenser leaking water at the bottom left corner of the dispenser door. I advised the customer of my findings. Per service pointer W11481731, I am ordering the dispenser assembly, four shocks and per customer request CNOTE-LSO.
