I think I just need to be educated on what cycles to use for what. This machine is VERY temperamental.Placed washer in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran a normal cycle with hot water and then with cold water. Water levels are normal. Customer will make sure to include multiple items going forward to give the washer a chance to balance itself and recalibrate in order to avoid unbalanced loads.

RANGE GE JGB660EEJ4ES Arrived on site for an oven that is not heating properly and has a partial display missing. Inspected unit and work area. Tested unit on a normal 350°F bake and found the igniter and the gas valve coming on properly. The customer advised that the unit does he but that the center of her oven doesnt get as hot as the edges of her oven. She advised it has always done this but wanted to know if theres was something causing this. I advised her that the reason why is because the gas comes in at the sides under the cover plate and that because of where the heat comes in there are going to be hot spots in her oven. I advised her that weve been told by the manufacturers that she needs to be moving her food around inside the oven while its baking and to not leave it in one place due to this issue. DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDT750SAHZ0 "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher over heating and upper rack falling. Upon further inspection, I found the tub badly bent/warped at the door opening. I found the door gasket missing and wrapped around the top of the tub. I found the rivets holding the tub together at the opening had popped out. I found the bottom of the outer door panel badly dented. When I pulled the upper rack out, the wheels came unattached from the adjusters due to the tub being bent/warped at the opening causing the rails to widen at the opening of the unit. Tested unit in diagnostics and the unit operated as designed, but it is leaking water at both bottom corners at the front due to the gasket missing and the tub and door being badly dented/damaged. Upon arrival I ran tests 56-59 and found an e2 error code show up Indicating the ice maker motor failed to locate the home position. After running multiple tests I found the ice maker motor was receiving proper voltage but the motor wouldnt rotate. We will need to return with a new ice maker. Customer also stated they have been having an issue with the ice maker bucket falling apart. Upon inspecting I couldnt replicate the issue but informed customer that once we had the ice maker repair and could test functionality further we would see how the bucket preformed then. DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED8000DW4 Arrived onsite for dryer not heating. Upon inspection I found the dryer on eco boost. I tested the unit and it seemed to be heating. I accessed the back of the unit and found part of the vent disconnected inside the unit not allowing air to flow properly. I reconnected the vent and checked for any lint build up within the system but found none. I retested the unit and it is blowing and heating as designed. I reconnected the unit to the wall and the timer began to climb 20 mins. I went around outside to try and verify airflow in the vents but I could not find any air or even hear the dryer air coming out. I advised the customer will need to get their vents cleaned to restore performance to the unit. Job complete.

DISHWASHER FRIGIDAIRE FGHD2433KF1 "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that she had run three loads in her dishwasher since they moved in and the fourth load she ran the unit leaked water all over the floor. She advised that she has not run the dishwasher since. Ran unit through a quick wash without soap and found unit over sudsing in the dishwasher. Ran unit for 15 minutes and did not replicate issue with the unit filling, recirculating, and draining. I asked the customer about her soap usage and found the soap they were using a double concentrated dishwasher cleaner and them using a high amount of rinse aid. I asked the customer if they wash their dishes prior to loading them and she advised that they did. Advised for the customer to use no more than 2 tablespoons of liquid detergent and to switch to a generic single concentrate cleaner. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED4815EW1 "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothing. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit takes 2 or 3 times to dry clothing. Using my dryer vent test kit, I tested airflow to the unit. After two tests, the unit failed. I removed the vent tube from the back the unit and retested and the unit passed. I removed the back cover and checked the element and found the middle plate of the element burnt and warped. I replaced the element and retested and the unit is heating as designed. I recommended that the customer replace the vent tube with a more firm tube and have someone check the venting that goes in the wall up to the roof/side wall. No lint observed during service, job completed."
