Arrived on site for refrigerator thats not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and attempted to remove the icemaker. Found the fill tube completely frozen so I had to steam off excess ice. Remove the ice buildup inside of the icemaker funnel and steamed out ice buildup in the fill tube. Attempted to jump icemaker to ensure everything was working properly but the unit would not turn. Checked voltage going to the icemaker and only found 25 V. Attempted to trace back voltage and could not get voltage even at the wire harness coming in from the compartment. Power cycled the unit and found proper voltage again. Jumped the icemaker in the unit began to harvest and fill as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine thats making noises during the spin operation. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through a high-speed spin and the unit ran as designed with no sound present. Had the customer put in a load of jeans and towels and soaked the clothes in a normal wash cycle. Canceled the cycle and place the unit into a drain and spin. The unit ran for 10 minutes with no sounds present. Just the unit again and could not replicate the issue. Advise the customer to call back if any issues persist but the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for a range that is over heating during bake cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit up to a 350?F bake cycle and checked temperature fluctuations. Found the unit fluctuating between 380?F and 290?F. The customer advised that they did change the settings on their control to try to adjust for that one cycle that seem to burn her brownies. Found the unit was set at -30?F under calibration. Adjusted the calibration back to factory setting and tested the unit in a 375? bake cycle. Found the unit reaching up to 405?F and then dropping back down to 360?F. Advise the customer that at this time the unit is working as designed and to watch her next few bake cycles to ensure the unit is cooking properly. I advised her that she may need to mess around with the temperature calibration a little bit to make sure the air unit is working to her satisfaction. However, the units seem to be working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to install previous diagnosed part. I spoke to the customer and they stated the noise is still there during the spin cycle of the washer. I put the unit through a quick drain and spin only cycle. I could hear something in the back of the unit rattling. I pulled the lid off and found everything secured in place. I inspected the drain house junction and found it not clipped in and secured in place. I could create the noise during a drain and spin but not a diagnostics high speed spin. Arrived on site for a wash machine that wont agitate. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the issue was not with the unit not agitating but not spinning out the clothes. Ran the units are diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (basket speed fault). Attempted to run the unit and a manual spin test and found the motor buzzing but not moving. Went through various checks on the unit and found the motor windings good. Checked for resistance through the motor and found proper resistance. Spoke to PR and he had me run various checks through the board. Was advised the issue is most like it with the track in the main control but to bring the capacitor and motor just in case. "Arrived on site for dishwasher not cleaning dishes or heating correctly nor was it opening the soap dispenser per customer on arrival. Upon further inspection found no error codes and diagnostics checked resistance to the following parts: Element 12.6ohms, owi 39.6kohms at room temp, wax motor 1.98kohms. Found that the OW licensor was not within room temp resistant specs also found that the main control was failing to Send power to the wax motor to dispense the soap and found that even though the heating element kicked on and diagnostics there was a lot of rusting damage done to the heating element. Also found door gasket failing on both sides causing water to leak from door. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the main wiring harness with final block and tested. I found the breaker to be a GFCI breaker and it would not reset to allow me to test the unit. I tested all components at the back of the unit and all are within range of ohms testing. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs and recommended that they have their builder or an electrician check the breaker and the outlet to make sure theyre both wired correctly. No further repairs to the unit needed at this time. Job completed."

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice doesnt dispense and the bin was recently replaced and when they go to get ice, the bin pushed the FC door open. I tested the dispenser and it dispensed ice. I removed the bin and found the crushed/cube rod was bent and the rod bracket that secures it to the bin had broken feee from the bin and the rod was not making good contact when placing the bin in its place. I replaced the bin and retested and unit is operating as designed. I demonstrated on how to install the bin correctly after removing it. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Before replacing parts tested unit and found stored error code for off balance load, motor drive load over voltage. Called tech because no signs of gear case failure was apparent. Tech explained off balance load due to improper loading will cause secondary code for motor issue because motor will not reach full rpm. Tech recommended instructing customer on utilizing care guide,loading instructions as well as proper cycle selections. Tech also mentioned the Customer complaint of tearing cloths can be a sign of overloading due to wash plate not being able to agitate correctly..
