Arrived on site for refrigerator with lights coming on but the rest of the unit will not power up. Upon arrival I tested the power outlet for 120 V and found that it was supplying power to the high-voltage board but the hype voltage border is not supplying power to the compressor front you are panel or any interior hardware except the lights. They replaced the high-voltage bored after getting authorization (per CS) is able to reprogram the new high-voltage board and verify that the compressor both condenser and evaporator fan as well as all of the hardware working as designed inform customer to give unit 24 hours to properly cool. Upon arrival I ran a diagnostic test on the unit and found that the unit had a lot of hard water sediment buildup in the home water lines. There was no signs of food or other debris clogging the dishwasher but the hard water was starting to build up some I had informed the customer of the best methods and flushing out the hard water and getting it to allow water flow to circulate throughout the unit properly. I also was able to replace the upper small spray arm in the unit that had broken off its mount and was able to retest the unit and verified that the unit is now functioning as designed. . Customer showed me a video of what the unit does when it powers off and won’t turn back on. Unit sounds like there s a heartbeat coming from within the unit. Tested unit and found evaporator fans working properly and removed back cover for the compressor. Found the condenser fan running properly. Tested electrical receptacle behind the refrigerator and found proper polarization at the plug. When I plug the unit back in the unit was making a clicking sound coming from the three-way valve. Arrived on site for dryer making a loud noise and tumbling. Upon arrival and after disassembling and testing the unit in various ways I was able to narrow down that the back rear bulkhead is warped and causing the drum not to stay balanced on its rollers or mounting area on the bulkhead which is leading to the drum and bulkhead vibrating extremely loud. I was able to test the motor as well as the exhaust fan I know theyÂ’re working perfectly fine the rollers them selves are also in great condition and all the glides and felt lighting belts are all intact. Due to the unit drain pump shorting out and shorting the control, I removed and replaced the drain pump and main control and the water inside the unit. Recommended that the customer run a cycle with bleach to clean the unit since the water was inside the unit for so long without draining. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not draining. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit is putting too much water in the tub and wonÂ’t drain. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E3-overflow/flood condition. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed. I tested the unit in a small wash cycle and found the valve would not shut off and the unit began by draining then agitating. Once I paused the unit and canceled the cycle, the drain pump came on and failed to drain all of the water. I drained the remaining water and removed the sensor tube from the control and blew through it and it is clear. I removed and replaced the main control and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and the unit operated as designed. Started another small cycle and it operated as designed. Advised my customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
