After installing the console and main control I was still having trouble getting the unit connected to WiFi so I called techline for assistance. Techline was able to remove the old oven from the account and claim the new console and configuration to match the customers WiFi info. Sterling at techline gave me SR#7729954347 for reference. We were able to get connected to WiFi and the unit is working as designed at this time. Job complete.

Asked customer to look for any additional valves that may have been turned off in the recent past and none were found. Upon further inspection, I found a small gap in the trim pieces approximately 1/8 inch wide at the back right corner of the unit. Also found a smaller gal at the front left corner of the unit between the console and trim. Found the unit is sealed to the countertop with caulking. Theres a gal between the board under the front of the unit under the console so the unit is being supported by the side trim pieces and the back trim. When I lifted up on the console, the gap on the left closed up, so tightening the screws ho,ding the console on would help close the gap. I believe that due to the unit weight being held by the side trim pieces and no support in the front the unit is causing the back right gap in the trim. Ive seen from other units with this same issue that had no support in the front. I took several photos of the unit and the gap in between the cabinet board and the console at the front under the consol

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS325SDHZ05 Arrived onsite for refrigerator making loud noise while cooling. Upon arrival I found the FC=2 RC=40. The customer showed me a video of the noise. I accessed the evaporator and found the thermistor not in the correct position so I corrected. I found a full frost pattern but it looks as if the evaporator had thawed and then cooled again leaving droplets of ice on the evap which could indicate a future sealed system issue but as of now. I found the compressor making a slight rattling noise at the initial start up then level out and sound normal. I found the compressor pulling correct amps and was not too hot to the touch. I tried adding some pads to the compressor but I could not get the rattling noise to go away. The unit is otherwise working as designed and no leaks were detected during time of service. Upon inspection and a brief conversation with the customer I found out that they dont have a complaint regarding the oven heating but they had a home inspector come out who used a infrared temp gun and opened the door to test the unit. She showed me a picture, I advised that this is not the correct way to measure temperature properly in this unit. I did find the right hinge bent and damaged causing the door to pop when shutting. I was not able to remove the door to further inspect the hinge because of this and didnt want to attempt without any parts. I am ordering the hinges for return visit. I then found the mound had seized up and gotten stuck. There was also signs of major rust to the silonoid indicating a leak from motor and pump assembly. I was able to unstick the motor and unit is now operational fully. I did not find an immediate leak but due to units age the motor sticking will occur again at some point.

Ran the unit through and auto test and the unit ran as designed except for the hot water valve not bringing in much water. I tested the hot water valve and a manual test. Found the unit still not pouring water in. Remove the waterline from the back of the washer and turn the water valve the wall on while pouring the water into the standpipe. Found the water fluctuating in water pressure and barely trickling out. Found sand build up inside on top of the hot water valve. I advise the customer that they either have sand inside the water line or trash due to the fluctuations of water pressure in water barely pouring out of the water line . Found hoses on the back of the unit swapped were hot water was going into the cold water valve and cold water is going into the hot water valve. Swapped the valves and tested the unit. Found the cold water valve open and not closing and this filling with water when the unit was going into a drain and spin (off balance load). Attempted to remove electrical connection to see if the valve was stuck open or not. Found the valve still allowing water into the unit when no power was being sent. Attempted to use a water valve off of my truck, but found one of the valve solenoids were bad. I found the unit is on a GFCI breaker. Customer advised the outlet and breaker have been replaced. Using my extension cord, I plugged the unit into a non GFCI outlet and tested. Unit is operating as designed, except the burner does not stay on very long. Following the tech sheet for tests 4a-d, I tested all components and all tested good or within range. Watching the burner, the flame only stays on for approximately 8-10 seconds then shuts off and after a few minutes of being off, it will come back on. Upon arrival customer stated that unit would turn on a run but theres no heat and they noticed that before the new heating issue but it was taking longer and longer to dry the clothes. After disassembling the unit I was able to verify that there is 240 V going from the power outlet through the cord to the terminal as well as timer and other components in the unit also verified that the integrity of the heating element as well as most of the thermal fuse is all working as designed except the high limit thermal cut off located at the upper half of the element air vent. I also informed the customer that she would need to let her property management office know that they need a serious dryer vent cleaning performed that way the repair does not come undone or break once fixed. Found loose screw inside the unit and that the screw on the bottom left rear of the cabinet was loose, fixed issues but did not make much of a difference as far as the small buzzing noise. Called Tech line. Told them of issue with the cabinet as well as the side of the unit that was damaged. Said unit is past the 30 day cosmetic and unit is working as designed. Said the damage to the unit could have bent up the pan from underneath causing the small buzzing noise. Got Sr#7729938501. No other issues at this time. Job complete"

Was requested to take the amp draw off the heater when the unit was put in a defrost and found 0 A at the defrost heater. Tested voltage going to the defrost heater and found no voltage. Checked voltage from the freezer connector and found little voltage. Video chatted with SW and was asked to ohm out the heater. The heater read 30.1 ohms. Checked the defrost thermostat and found it closed while surrounded by ice. She then had me check continuity through the harness in the cabinet. We found the wires going to the defrost thermostat showing continuity but the brown wire on the heater showing open. She advised that that would make this unit non-repairable due to a broken wire inside the cabinet and this would be designated for non-repair.

I cleaned off the terminal And reconnected the unit. I found good voltage at the control but the motor still not running. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice maker was replaced 4 days ago and does not dispense ice. I tested the dispenser and it is operating as designed. I found that that actual ice maker is not making ice as there were very few cubes in the bin. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes in test 56 and there were none. I tested the thermistor in test 58 and it is reading good. I tested harvest in test 57 and it operated as designed. I tested the emitter and receiver boards and found that they are reading incorrectly. Removed and replaced the boards rom my van stock (W10898445 & W10870822 ) and tested.
