Arrived on site for a wash machine thats making a banging sound as its been. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the washing machine cabinet on the right hand side wobbling as the unit spun. Put my hand on the side cabinet and found the sound went away immediately. Found a dent on the right hand side of the cabinet causing the issue of the side cabinet being altered. The Fastner advised that they arent sure what happened but they do have kids and grandkids in the home that couldve caused this issue. Attempted to remove the dent and was able to remove part of it but not all of it. Tested the unit again and the unit ran as designed with no abnormal sounds present. I

Arrived on site for range not turning off when told to. Upon arrival confirmed M&s and tested unit. Found stable 240 connection. Found main control (internal thermostat switch on ACU) not registering when knob was switched off. Advised customer that based on my findings the explanation is a temporary connectivity problem corrected by the throwing of the breaker during testing and the resecuring of the wiring by the electrician. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is cycling through the spin cycle over and over. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they were running a load of sheets and pillowcases in the unit would not stop going through the spin cycle. I did ask the customer what they were washing and they advised they were washing the sheets and pillowcases. They did advise the unit was going off balance and just seemingly it was stuck rinsing agitating and then trying to spin. I did advise the customer that when the unit does go off balance it can do this and that they need to cancel the cycle rearrange the clothes and then place the unit into a drain and spin in order to finish out the cycle. Around the unit three diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. Ran the unit through diagnostics and all tests ran as designed. I did notice the washer was sitting unlevel and was leaning towards the back of the unit with the tub resting against the back panel. Adjusted the feet to level out the washing machine and advise the customer on proper loading technique. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Called tech line and with Austin on the line was able to see unit reading a water level when it was empty. Replaced both valve and pressure sensor to resolve. Tested unit and verified a proper fill. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling. I checked temps and found the RC at 60?F and the FC at -3?F. I found the FC completely frosted over, and upon further inspection I found the light assembly broken off. This was causing the assembly to hang in front of the door, and possibly blocked the door from closing all of the way. This in turn could of caused a warm air leak and created all of the frost. I also found the customers FC over packed and blocking airflow. I informed the customer on not over packing the unit, and the importance of this. I gained access to the evap and found the return vents to the RC iced over. Due to this no cool air was going to the RC. I cleared out the vents, and informed the customer the failure was most likely caused by the blocked airflow or frost build up. I am ordering the light assembly and will return to install. "Arrived on site for a microwave that is tripping the breaker when the doors opened in the middle of cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and opened up the microwave. Tested door switches and all tested good with shown in continuity and showing open when the door was open and closed. Spoke to SW and was advised that based on the current checks the issue would have to be either with the microwave itself or a timing issue with the switches. Being that we couldnt narrow it down, she advised to order all parts and return with everything to ensure proper repair.

Arrived on site for washer leaking. I inspected the unit and work area? I found the console coming apart. 8 found fault code F8e4 over fill float switch open. I ran several test cycles and found the unit leaking out of the front lip. I tested the level and found it leaning forward. I releveled the unit. "Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Found error code E1(no cooling). Found bottom of both FC and RC was full of water and ice. Found both drains frozen. Water from RC was dripping down into FC return vents. Found air channel for ice maker on left side of FC evap was completely frozen preventing air flow to ice maker. Completely exposed both evaps and cleared all frost and ice. Thermistors tested good and were in proper location. Removed drain tube and put a bead of caulking to prevent air leak. All functions tested good, unit is now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not heating. Upon further inspection, I found the customer not using rinse aid (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and placed my multimeter on the black wire at the junction box and tested amp draw to the components. All components are within range in amp draw. Element is showing 7-9amps in wash and dry cycles of diagnostics. I tested ohms at the control to the element and the element is within ohms range. Tested voltage at the control and its getting 120V. Unplugged the UI from the main control and closed the door and the drain pump came on indicating the main control is good. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven temps. Upon further inspection, I found the unit calibrated +30 degrees. I reset the calibration back to 0 and tested. Once the oven bake burner came on, the bottom panel back left corner popped up. I stopped testing and found the bottom panel badly warped and not secured by the clips on the back liner. When I attempted to put the panel back in place, the right liner at the back bottom corner bent inward. I found the weld on the liner was broken and causing the back right corner of the liner to warp and allow warm air to leak. I contacted techline and spoke to Robert and advised of the complaint and my findings.

Arrived onsite for microwave light not operating. Upon arrival found unit holder not grasping correctly. Also found when it is grasping triage in control is burned out. Ordering control and holder to be replaced at the same time. Spoke with customer on getting a new bulb to be replaced all three at once. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator making a loud clicking noise and the unit not functioning. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit will start clicking loudly on the bottom left hand side. At the same time the lights, cooling, fans, and almost everything stops working. With the exception of the UI still lit up. The customer also had the unit off a while before service. I plugged the unit in and the unit started up. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and tested all loads. I found all working as designed. I gained access to the back of the unit and checked voltage at the wall. I found it good. I then gained access to the control and ohmd out the DC components. I found them good. I could not replicate the failure. I gained access to the compressor and found that the suction tube by the three way valve had burned out. There was also rust around the top by the chassis where the low side went in. This indicates the low side is over heating and causing a SS issue.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave venthood light not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the venthood light and it failed to come on. I found the bulb was burnt out. Using my tester bulb, I retested and it continued to fail. Removed the control panel and found the light relay on the control is bad. Customer provided a copy of their closing documents (photo). I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit is operating as designed. I placed the new bulb in the socket and retested and unit continues to operate as designed. Job completed."

Arrived onsite and tightened handle per customer request also inspected for stink coming from ice in. Advised customer that smell in ice comes from air born smell from freezer food items such as garlic and other pungent aromas. To mitigate smell use absorbent air freshener pack in freezer and change ice every few weeks. All else checks good.

"Arrived on site for ice build up on the back wall of the fresh food section. The customer stated the unit has been defrosted but provided pictures. I put the unit into a forced defrost and gained access to the control. I tested voltage from the control to the defrost element. I found it sending 120vac. I tested the defrost circuit and found it had good continuity. I tested the rc thermistor and rc evaporator thermistor both are reading in range. I tested the fc thermistor and showed it reading 8.3 kohms about 35 degrees when the fc is at 11 degrees. I inspected step 7 and found it in advanced defrost, I changed it to basic defrost. The fc thermistor is reading incorrectly and needs to be replaced.; ordrng 1 W11032800 (Fc harness)"

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Found ui not cycling defrost in rc. Replaced ui and advised customer on manually defrosting unit. No further repairs needed and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site for complaints of microwave vent running continuously. Found all functions working properly. Customer stated that it kicks on when she is using all 4 burners and it gets too hot. Advised customer that this is normal operating for the unit. Advised customer to not try and turn it off or unplug unit while vent is on. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that runs to much. Upon arrival the customer stated that the main issue was the freezer compartment will intermittently get ice build up around the door. The customer also stated that they found the compressor still running at night. I informed the customer that the unit will still cycle during the night, and this is normal design. I checked temps and found the FC at 3?F and the RC at 36?F. Upon further inspection I found the grey plating around the chassis at the FC door not completely flush. I also found that the ice build up on the top of the FC very minimal. The customer did state that it gets worse on colder settings. I verified that the gasket was sealing correctly, I found the fan working as designed, and no excessive ice build up on the evap. I called techline and spoke to Joel and received SR# 7732488272. Joel informed me that this is all normal design. That the unit will tend to get some ice build up when hot air gets in from opening. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production, tested unit found ice in ice box but ice and water will not dispense , customer stated that it would make ice intermittently, also found extreme frost buildup on right of FC, causing track and door switch to ice up, preventing it from engaging when FC door is closed, also creating a air leak, creating more frost buildup, removed ice buildup, switch is now being activated ever-time door closes, water is now dispensing and ice, advised customer to always close door from middle to ensure that there is no air leaks, door was slightly sagging forward (image provided) but it was sealing good, if issue persists recommend replacing door switch and both tracks, no leaks detected job complete"

Checked resistance from control connection through harness and motor and resistance was within range. Replaced control, unit now working as designed. Found all functions tested good once control was replaced. Advised customer of purging cold water from sink prior to using unit for optimal performance as error code f7e1(no heat) was present.

"Arrived on site to test unit for no power, tested unit found unit getting 120 volts at outlet and 120 volts at control, noticed a burn mark on control, took resistance readings on pump and got 1.6 olms should be at 16-26, control board provided a burn mark on it, advised by office to mark it as defective and order a new one, from previous jobs were unit exhibited same issues, tech line was contacted and tech was recommended to change drain pump, latch and control, drain pump and latch must be changed before control and UI, office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11543994 (Control) and 1 W11399437 (Drain pump) and 1 W11032875 (Lid lock)"

"Arrived on site for fridge not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the fridge and freezer close to room temperature. I gained access to the compressor and tested operating pressures while cooling the fridge I show low side 0 and high side 95. I put the unit into home position and found equalized pressures at 20 psi. I evacuated the system and isolated both the freezer and fridge sections. I put 125 psi into the system and used bubble solution and sprayed the evaporators and the exposed lines by the compressor. I found no bubbling. I called techline And spoke to Steve I advised him of my findings, sr# 7732485353, he advised if we arent finding anything at the evaporator, condenser.

Arrived on site to replace heating element. Replaced element test unit and unit test good no leaks present at this time.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water dispenser not dispensing. Upon further inspection, tested the dispenser and water flowed slowly to an almost trickle. I removed the filter and retested and got the same results. I removed and replaced the dual valve and retested and it continues to fail. "Arrived on site for a dryer making a loud noise. I tested the unit and found the noise coming from the blower wheel area. I gained access to the blower wheel and found that the foam sealer that goes around the lint chute opening was missing (sealer on vent chute connecting to blower housing). Arrived onsite for washer UI not turning on. Upon arrival found unit to be operating as designed. Unit is in construction building likely didnt have power when complaint was called in. Job Completed.

Arrived onsite for a wine cooler with button missing on console. I was able to reinstall buttons and test function. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for doors not level . And no water and ice . Found filter is missing and no bye pass installed . Had bye pass on truck . Found water shut off . Went to turn water on and valve started to leak . Shut water off and informed customer r plumber to look at shut off valve . Will need to shim back corner to level doors . "Arrived on site for a refrigerator losing cool, had the lights not working, and the ice/water stopped dispensing. Upon arrival the customer had the unit unplugged. The customer also stated that the unit was beginning to get ice build up in the freezer compartment. I gained access to the deli control and found the compartment full of water. Due to this the harness and control corroded. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the FC fan not running. I gained access to the control to check voltage to the FC fan while in test 3 step 2. I found the control sending no voltage. This indicates a faulty deli control, main control, and deli drawer door. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to install previous diagnosed parts. Removed ice maker assembly and disassembled. Installed new wire harness and ice maker. Assembled unit and reinstalled. Monitored cycle and found unit filled. All tested good, no water leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site for wall oven time advancing fast. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the time on the oven at 9:21 am when its 9:09 am. I found the unit connected to WiFi and a whirlpool application. I checked the software version and found it not updated. I am ordering a new console to complete the repair.
