Upon arrival I ran a diagnostics and found no errors but during each component activated test I found that actuator wasn’t switching between agitation and spin as well as it needed to each time it was switched between cycles. I was able to replace the the actuator. As for the white residue, I narrowed down with the customer exactly what sort of detergent, size/style of loads washed, and father details of how unit was used. I think instructed the customer on whirlpools unit specific recommendations and Informed customer to try cutting soap content in half, and running a clean washer cycle. At this point unit is functioning as designed. Call complete"

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRFF707ESS01 "Arrived on site for refrigerator with no cool in RC. Upon arrival customer stated actual issue was that intermittently the unit will lose lights and cooling in RC and FC completely, but the UI will still have lights. He stated he will cycle power and unit will begin working again. I checked temps and found FC at -1°F and RC at 34°F. I then checked the FC evap fan, the thermistors, door switches, ice maker, inverter box, and harness. All parts tested good. Checked voltage at control and it was good. Found no mechanical issues with unit. Advised customer it sounds as though they are having a breaker or power surge issue. Call complete."

DRYER SAMSUNG Dv48h7400ew/a2 Arrived on site and tested operation. Found loud bearing noise coming from unit and drum not sealing properly at rear bulk head. Disassembled unit and vacuumed all lint from unit. Inspected rollers and found all rollers have failed and 2 have broken free from support and damaged supports. VENTHOOD WHIRLPOOL UXT4130ADS2 "Arrived on site to inspect venthood light not working and unit rattling. Upon further inspection, I found the unit motor housing not secured on the right side. Adjusted the housing and tested and rattling has stopped. I found the light not working. It attempts to come on, but goes to a hertz flicker. Removed the bulb and tested voltage at the socket and got 125V. Found the bulb to be a dimmable LED. Contacted techline and spoke to Joel and advised of the comp,isn’t and my findings. Questioned if the unit can use an LED bulb and Joel advised there’s nothing in the manual that says no, but due to the flickering, he recommended that they use a standard bulb; 120V up to 75W. Provided file #7729783210. Contacted builder to advise of findings and recommendations. Job completed."
