Upon arrival I ran a diagnostic check and found an error code indicating a miscommunication between the door latch anime control I also found forever that the unit was not stable correctly and is also shaking pretty violently whenever going to agitation to spin after testing the main control and door latch if Im a door latch to be bad and ended up replacing it and I also re-level the unit and reassembled and tested to verify thewasher was now functioning as designed. At this time Im from the customer to go ahead and use the machine if the unit does have another reoccurring issue with noise I would recommend replacing the gear case and cam assembly at time of service unit didnt show any signs of wear and tear but the previous issue with being off-balance can cause some wear on those parts

Upon further inspection, customer advised that at the beginning of spin cycle, the unit would make a noise like a loose belt. I placed unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Manually tested the spin cycle and could not duplicate the noise. I tilted t(e unit back and found where the drive pulley was rubbing on the pulley guard causing the noises. I found that the leveling feet were all the way up and when the customer does a large load, the basket is sitting on the floor causing the pulley to rub the guard. I adjusted the feet and raised the unit up and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed"

I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the fans and all are operating as designed. I tested amp draw to the compressor and it was showing 1.83amps and was very hot. Both high and low lines coming out of the compressor were hot as well. I found a solid block of ice on the FC evaporator at the capillary and suction lines. After taking the unit out of diagnostics, the unit began to cool, but shortly stopped and I could hear a gurgling sound at the back of the unit. Tested amp draw to the compressor again and found it reading 2.63amps and too hot to touch. RANGE JENN-AIR JDRP436HL00 "Arrived on site to inspect range oven not holding temps. Upon further inspection, customer advised that they baked at 400-450 and the unit failed to hold its temps and had to use a different oven. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 400 degrees. When the unit notified that it was at preheat temp, my reading was 398. The unit never got to 400 degrees and my average temp was 388 but dropping. I tested the control at P1-4 to P1-3 and got a constant 247V. I tested from P1-4 to P4-1 and got a constant 0V, but every so often it would show 248V. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit is operating as designed. I also found that the cooling fan/blower was making a loud rattling/vibrating noise. Per service pointer W11498555, I am ordering the foam tape to install in between the fan housing and back panel to stop the vibration noise. No gas leaks detected during service, offi

I removed the outer door panel and found the control had shorted at the element connection. I inspected the element and found a few spots that appeared to be shorted/burnt. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes for the element. Continued with testing and when the element came on, the control began to smoke again. I punctured the dryer and found the system with a full charge. I found the suction line and dryer cold to the touch. I plugged the unit in and found pressures only building to 100 psi on the high side. I removed the dryer and found it restricted. I installed a new uv dryer and access valve. I pulled a vacuum and put a measured charge into the system. I found the system holding and pressures building appropriately. I inspected the evaporator and found it had a good frost pattern forming.
