I gained access to the power cord and plugged it back in an found that the compressor would attempt to start and the shut off see pix for startup amps with old devices and run amps with new device. I then owed out compressor and found windings within spaces. I the installed new start device and tested unit and found good frost pattern on evap along with good voltage and proper polarity at wall. Unit is beginning to cool. I avoid customer to put some water in the freezer and see if it freezes as a final test. Unit is now operating as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to install previous diagnose part. I replaced the water spigot with new. I tested the water dispenser, and waited 10 minuets. I found the dispenser still leaking. I checked the water lines no I found the line coming out of the dual valve scared. I replaced the valve and the water line to the dispenser. I tested the unit and found it not leaking any more. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that some days the freezer will stay cold and some days it wont cool. I tested temps in the FC=-4 and RC was showing to be in the 50s. I found the FC evaporator fan motor running intermittently and there is ice on the right side of the evaporator, but it has a good frost pattern. After speaking with tech support, we determined that the genesis control board is going bad and there is a possibility that the fan motor is bad since its controlled by the genesis board. I advised the customer that I am ordering the control and fan motor and if the fan motor is needed, I will re-quote. Ordering the fan motor CNOTE-LSO and CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and it began to make a loud growling noise. I disassembled the unit and inspected the blower wheel and it is good. I found that the exhaust pipe is loose. Using some sealant tape and screws, I sealed the pipe and tightened it and cleaned the lint from the unit. Reassembled the unit and retested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a wall oven making a vibrating noise. Upon arrival the customer stated that the sound typically occurs when the unit is hot and set to a high temp. They also found that the noise will stop when they open the door. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and activated all fans for several minutes, but could not replicate the noise. The unit had no error codes. I then set the unit to 450?F and let it heat for a over 25 minutes. I could not replicate the noise at the time of service. I found the unit working as designed. I advised the customer on recording the noise if it occurred again. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a wall oven that made a loud pop, and then would not get over 135?F. I powered the unit off at the breaker and gained access to the back. I ohmd out all three elements, the temp sensor, thermostat, and fans. I found all within range and good. I gained access to the control and ohmd out both fuses. Both were good. I cycled the power back on and checked voltage coming in from the wall. I found that from L1 to L2 you were only getting 140VAC, L2 to neutral/ground was only getting 40VAC, and L1 to neutral/ground was getting 120VAC. This indicates bad incoming voltage from the wall. I found no failure on the unit at the time of service. I informed the customer on my findings. I advised the customer to keep the unit powered down until they reach out to an electrician.

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested each component and all are operating as designed. I did find the recirculating pump making an abnormal noise as if it were struggling to pump the water to the evaporator. I monitored the unit in normal mode and it made a sheet of ice and it moved to the grid cutter and made the cubes. I tested the compressor and its within range. I contacted techline and spoke to Rich and advised of the complaint and my findings and previous repairs. Rich advised that with the external drain pump, the pump could be tripping due to the drain hos being clogged or getting too much water and shutting power off to the unit. Rich also advised that there could be a glitch in the control board. He recommended taking a large bowl of water and pouring it into the tub of the unit and see if the external drain pump will trip. If it doesnt trip, replace the control and replace the recirculating pump due to abnormal noise. Provided SR#7732540161. I poured a large amount of water into the tub and monitored the drain pump and it operated as designed. Per techline recommendations, I removed and replaced the main control and recirculating pump and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Contacted Senior tech at AE office and sent photos of connector. They pointed out the the connector inside the liner looked like it was covered in foam and glue. "Arrived on site to inspect unit for not draining, upon inspection found the unit was capped at the disposal. Cleared cap and tested.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling well in the refrigerator compartment. I checked temps and found the FC at 0?F and the RC at 37?F. Upon further inspection I found the RC evap with over 3 inches of ice on it. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. However, the RC evap fan you could hear try to start, but was hitting the ice. I then put the unit into test 4 and found the compressor running weak, but was drawing 1 amp. I then ohmd out all thermistors and found the RC thermistor at 7.7k, the FC thermistor at 20.5k, and the RC evap thermistor at 18k. These should all be accurate at the time of reading (RC evap most likely in range with all of the ice on evap). I then tested VDC to all thermistors and found 2-3 VDC to all of them, and they should get 5VDC. This indicates a faulty control, and possibly UI. Due to this I will order the control and bring back the UI on hand to install. Also, I am ordering the RC drain pan, drain tube, and shims for the drain pan. After the ice is thawed, we will need to check if the pan is bowed. If it is, we will need to install the pan as well. Arrived onsite and found door not sealing because door is slightly misshapen. This is causing condensation in the refrigerator. Ordering door to repair. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 LW10642551 (Door)

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that has a special project running for it. The customer advised the unit is not leaking or having any issues heating but that he was contacted twice by whirlpool to set up service to swap out his heater due to issues with the bushings. Check the service project and confirmed the customer did have gold-colored bushings. Replace the heater and test of the unit. The inner began to work as designed with no leaks present.

Arrived onsite and tested unit for not heating and ran checks to determine that the centrifugal switch is out on the motor.

Arrived on site for dryer not having power. I inspected the unit and work area. I found no power from the outlet to the machine. I found the breaker tripped. I reset the break and tested the unit. It is coming and working as designed. I let the unit run for about 10 minuets with no failure.

Arrived on site to replace switch. Replaced switch test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site for no cool. Removed evaporator cover gained access to evaporator,found no traces of dye,removed compressor cover found no traces of dye in compressor cover. Checked pressures on high and low side reading -20 and 95 called tech support per tech support internal leak
