"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with an ice maker not working. Upon arrival the customer stated it had started making ice again and he had found some ice blocking it from harvesting. I gained access to the IM and found some frost and ice in the IM cavity. The pattern and placement of the frost appears to be cause by an air leak. I found the gasket to be sealing properly. I verified no leak or weeping was present at the valve. The IM is harvesting as designed. I informed the customer that the door may have been left open a little and ice was created in the IM area, thus not allowing the IM to harvest. I found no mechanical failure on the unit. "Arrived on site for a cooktop that popped when using the front left burner. I tested the unit and found irregular flames on the front left and right burners. Upon further inspection I found the propane conversion done incorrectly on them. The larger orifice needs to be on the main or center hole on the burner, and the smaller orifice needs to be on the simmer or on the side hole of the burner. They were swapped. I also found the incorrect orifice sizes. The main burner needs a 0.99mm orifice and the simmer needs a 0.5mm orifice. I advised the customer on my findings and informed them they needed a licensed plumber to do the conversion. Other than this the unit was working as designed.

Arrived on site for microwave not functioning correctly. Upon arrival customer stated unit never stopped heating but if run for over two minutes the heating would quit and microwave would feel hot to the touch all over. Upon further inspection I found unit heating on a minute test fine. I uninstalled microwave and found the installers had IMproperly mounted and damaged the vent cover between microwave and flooring of upper cabinet the microwave mounted to. The damage had impressed upon the exhaust fan not allowing it to vent correctly and causing to much heat build up in unit over all. I was able to readjust and properly mount covering and I find fan motor to prevent any further problems. After running two different 10 minutes ice bowl heating tests I found unit is no longer failing prematurely and isnt over heating. Showed customer results and she is pleased with functionality. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Tested voltage between the tan and white wire and orange and white wire. Found 120 V present. Tested voltage between the tan and white wire and the black and white wire and found no voltage indicating a bad control board. Replaced the control and tested the unit again. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts per techline. While removing the pressure hose I found a lot of water build up in the air trap. I found the air trap attached to the drain bellow, therefore this should be as designed. I installed both parts and then plugged the unit back in. The error codes were still present. I unplugged the pressure hose from the trap and tried it again, but still the same error code. Upon further inspection I found no issues with any harness. I did find that the lines from the valve were pinched and I corrected this. The error still occurred. I called techline and spoke to Andrew, I informed him on my findings. I kept the same SR# 773140962. Andrew recommend replacing the CCU, for it could be reading the pressure switch incorrectly. I am ordering the control and the office will need to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11455206 (CCU)"

"Arrived on site for washer not functioning. Upon arrival I entered diagnostics and found the following errors: F7e9, f1e2, f7e4, f7e8,f0e3. After further inspection found ACU functioning but underneath unit I found rotor had fallen off and was missing mounting screw. Also found a lot of oil covering rotor inside and out. Gearcase was broken causing rotor to spin freely without moving inner basket assembly (including agitator). Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they just turned the breaker back on and they can hear a clicking noise and the compressor tries to come on, but it wont. I removed the back cover and heard the start device kick on and the compressor came on but turned off immediately. I removed and replaced the start device (overload) and plugged the unit back in and the unit came on as soon as I plugged it in. I advised the customer of my findings.
