"Arrived on site for refrigerator that has lights flickering, won?t dispense ice, and what dispense water. Inspected unit and work area. Found the unit showing a door open and would not register closed no matter which door I opened or closed. When did service test 17 and found the pantry, right side refrigerator door, or freezer door open. Pulled out the deli drawer and pressed on the door switch and found the door switch finally registering closed. Found the user interface then flickering the door open light on and off. Spoke to SW and removed the deli user interface. Found everything came back on and was working properly. I did notice a light out in the refrigerator section causing the upper refrigerator lights to dim and flicker. I also noticed frost buildup around the ice door gasket in the ice door gasket completely mangled. Check the inner side of the door and found frost buildup on the inside to where the gasket had warps out of place. Advise customer of all issues and customer wanted to do a full repair on the unit. Ordering parts and office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to a PSP item. "Arrived on site for led not working / wont goes on and off ice and water not dispensing LIGHT-LIGHT NOT WORKING, DISPENSER-NOT DISPENSING ANYTHING. Found lights working upon arrival. Dispenser would dispense water sporadically but not consistently. Customer stated when door is shut hard it will sometimes make the water dispense, other times it wont. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Used test 70 - 73 and test 71 was the only test that showed FF door open when it was closed. Tested left side FF switch and it tested good.

Found food crumbs and trash underneath the refrigerator. Had all debris cleaned out from underneath. Removed cardboard cover from back and found nothing inside that could cause an odor. Opened fridge and smelled an odor that smelled like something spoiled. Removed bottom drawers and inspected entire bottom area of fridge. Nothing found and fridge was very clean inside. Inspected top shelf and found an open styrofoam container with food inside. Customer has a large amount of fruit and vegetables inside fridge that is most likely causing the spoiled smell. I let the unit run through diagnostics and could not recreate any abnormal sounds. The customer showed me a video of a loud buzzing noise while washing that has gotten better over time I called techline to report SR#7730868188. They gave me some suggestions to give to the customer on what to look for if the noise gets worse or affects the cleaning quality. No repairs re needed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service. In the event of a call back tech line suggested replacing the motor assembly. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the 20amp fuse and tested the microwave. Once powered on and pressed start, the inverter board moved and the fuse blew again. Also found that when testing, I placed the timer for 30 seconds and when I pressed start, the timer showed 05 seconds. I contacted techline and spoke to Leon and advised of the history on with the F1E6 error code. Leon had me test at the control and I did not get voltage to the control. Tested the cavity thermistor and it was good; tested the fuse and got 122V. Leon advised that there is something that is causing the fuse to blow recommended replacing the harness starting with the monitor switch. Provided SR#7730503496. I removed and replaced the fuse and monitor switch and retested. U"

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new sump and motor and ran a diagnostics test. The unit filled and ran through as designed. No error codes thrown at the end of the cycle. No leaks observed at the time of service.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not operating and leaking from the front. Upon inspection I found the unit ran through diagnostics as designed but then would not drain. I could hear the drain pump activate but no water at the disposal. I found the drain tab in the disposal had not been broken out so the dishwasher could not drain. I broke out the tab and tested the unit again. The unit had F5E1 error but I could not re create any issues with the door. No leaks detected during time of service.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the door inner panel glass being broken, I removed and replaced the glass and tested. Unit is operating as designed except for the interior lights. Advised customer the control would need to be rebuilt and possibly the UI replaced and customer advised they would use it without the lights.

Arrived onsite and found belt had slipped off. Reseated belt. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.
