"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not cleaning well. Customer told me that the water in the unit is almost cold or warm normally, but not hot. Checked the tap and it takes a long time for the water to get really hot. I explained that the unit doesnÂ’t heat the incoming water, heater only comes on if high temp options are used. Ran unit and itÂ’s running fine and no failures were found. Advised they may need to drain / fill if the original fill does not get warm enough. All is working as designed. Call complete."
