I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found significant gearcase oil. This indicates a bad gearcase. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F0E5 for off balance load and F2E1 for stuck key. I then ran the unit through a diagnostics cycle and could hear abnormal gearcase noise. After, I tested the suspension and found it bad as well. "Arrived on site for range that tripped circuit breaker when using now bake element stays on. Inspected unit and work area. Gained access to elements and sensor. Measured resistance on bake element at 16 ohms, broil at 17 ohms and temperature sensor at 1.070 K ohms. Gained access to control and measured voltage to bake element with unit in standby mode. Found failed control. Removed control and installed new. Tested operation. All tested good. Called GE tech support and spoke with Charles. He stated failure was due to stuck relay on control

Arrived to inspect refrigerator ice maker issues. Confirmed model and serial numbers and placed unit in diagnostics test 56 and got No ice maker errors. Found customers had a recent power surge and ice maker simply lost home position. I forced the ice maker motor and it dumped the ice inside the ice maker. Ice box fan worked as well as the ice box thermistor and heater. Unit now functioning properly.

"Arrived to inspect side by side refrigerator cooling issues. Confirmed the complaint f verified freezer and refrigerator temperatures were 71 and 70 degrees in both sections. Compressor was running, evaporator motor and condenser motor were operating. Took amp draw at the red wire on the compressor and got 16 amps at the beginning and .50 in less than 10 seconds later. Spoke with SW who confirmed this is a sealed system issue. Ordering the authorization for compressor, evaporator, heat exchanger kit. Also needs dye dryer and access valve, sealed system technician, 2 hours. Will return with all previously ordered parts. Customer had gas turned off so I turned it on. Checked for leaks using soap bubbles at the valve underneath cooktop. No bubbles detected. Over a thirty minute period I had the gas on and couldnt smell gas underneath the cooktop or anywhere at the valves with knobs removed or at any of the burners / orifice when the burner caps and burner plates removed.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with no cooling. Upon arrival the customer had the unit now accessible. I gained access to the compressor and inverter. Upon further inspection I found the inverter not grounded to the compressor, and could see some visible burn marks. Due to this I replaced the inverter. I then plugged the unit back in and the compressor was now running. The unit is now running as designed. I informed the customer to give the unit 24-48 hours to fully cool. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for Ice maker is still not produce ice after last fixed on 01/10/2022. Customer showed me cups of water he had in the freezer since yesterday that were only partially frozen. Found ice build up over evaporator cover. Took pics for quick pics. Ice maker will not produce ice if freezer isnt freezing. Took temps and FC was 38 and RC was 51. All fans running. Removed upper tracks, lower wheel transports and adjusters and installed new upper tracks, lower wheel transport assemblies, adjuster straps, adjuster covers, clips, adjuster positioners, adjuster housings and adjusters. Customer still concerned about door opening during wash cycle. Ran diagnostics and door remained closed for entire cycle. With new parts racks should stay in place. I lowered to two front legs to raise the front of the dishwasher as well. This will keep the dishwasher tilted back a bit more to prevent weight against door when washing. No leaks detected.
