Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. On inspection found that the fan and the harness were different. On further inspection I saw that the fan had pulsating voltage to it. I turn the FC temp switch off and the fan keep running. I then turn the RC temp switch off and the fan stopped pulsating. I waited a few minutes and turn the RC switch back on and the fan came on and stayed on. The pulsating stopped. Tested the valves and found the cold water valve plugged with debris. Removed and replaced the water valve and tested and the unit passed with no water leaks observed during service. "Arrived on site for arrange. That is turning off when the timer is turned off. Inspected unit and work area. The customer also explained that the unit does not seem to hold temperature inside of her oven as when she uses her oven multiple times cooking the same components, hes getting inconsistent Results with her food. Tested the unit several times with the timer. Turning the timer off and turning it back on. I could not replicate the issue. The customer tried it herself and showed me what happens but I found the customer was not turning off the timer first and then turning it back on. I explained the customer that she hast to hit the timer set/off button twice before she can reset her timer. I checked the temperature instead of the oven at a 350?F bake cycle. Found temperatures fluctuating between 325?F and 361?F. Averaging the temperature at 343?F. The customer advised that even though the temperature shows that to be correct, she is still burning several of her items. I called whirlpool techline and spoke to Kurt SR# 7737090152. He advised that based on all of our checks, the unit is working as designed and the customer would need to re-calibrate the unit if she believes that the unit is over cooking her items. Went ahead and re-calibrated the oven for her by turning the unit down 10?. I did explain to the customer how to calibrate her oven and that she may need to adjust the calibration depending on how she felt the unit was cooking. The unit is working as designed. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer making a metallic whining sound when in use. Tested unit and confirmed abnormal noise, sounded like it was coming from blower area. Disassembled unit and found a wadded up dryer sheet had wedged itself between the blower wheel and the housing, and the noise was the wheel rubbing against it. I removed the dryer sheet and tested the unit. Confirmed sound was gone."

The door is now properly seated with no gapping in the gasket. No water connected to the unit.

"Arrived on site for a freezer with a compressor that is h having a hard time starting, upon arrival the customer advised me that the unit was making a buzzing noise that would come and go and then one day the noise became constant. The customer unplugged the unit and left it off for a few dais then plugged the unit back in and the unit has been running and cooling ever sense. The unit is empty and in the garage, I took temps and found that unit a 26* and dropping, the Evap had a full frost pattern and the Evap fan was running and the heater tested good as well. The only thing I found out of the ordinary was that the defrost thermistor was out of position and was not making good contact with the Evap tubing.I corrected this then I performed a amp draw test on the compressor and found that or was pulling 1.53 amps no loud noise could be heard coming from the unit at this point. I asked the customer to monitor the unit and give us a call back if the issue comes back"

Using my multimeter, I placed the thermal couple in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temps was 347 degrees. My next three readings were 357, 348, 355 for an average temps of 353 degrees. I advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Found that unit only tripped breaker on cold start during preheat when both elements are energized. Called tech line for assistance. SR#7737250130. Tech found that unit components check fine. Unit heated to 350 and 400 degrees without issue. The ark fault breaker is tripping unnecessarily. Customer will contact builder. Job complete

"Arrived onsite to replace console. Upon unboxing found console incorrect finish. Needed stainless. Customer stated hat since power cycled, unit seems to be functioning. Found that customer had not been connected to WiFi for updates. Notified customer to connect to WiFi and that may clear some of the intermittent issues. Arrived onsite for unit not competing cycle. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found unit not draining properly. Found debris in pump. Cleared debris. Tested and unit is now draining properly. Ran test cycle and unit completed without error. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for unit not cooling properly. Unit is slightly cool but only reaching 25 degrees in freezer. Called tech line for assistance. Checked compressor and pressures. Found compressor functioning but high pressure on high side, low side is in line. Tech recommended flushing system with nitrogen and replacing dryer. Leon-SR#7737245567. Arrived onsite for dishwasher with water on the bottom of the tub. I ran the unit in diagnostics machine and at the end there was a bunch of soap bubbles. I asked the customer is this what she is seeing and she said yes. I then said you use pods and she said yes. I explained to her why there was soap bubbles at the end of the cycle since I did not add soap to the diagnostics cycle. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for washer not working. On inspection found that I could not get into diagnostics mode. I change the control board out and it allowed me to calibrate it. I then tried to get it in diagnostics mode again and it would go into diagnostics mode. I tested the latch and it is bad. If you get the strike n the right position it will work. Ordering a new latch and strike. Set for 9/9/23 to return. ; ordrng 1 W11307244 (Latch) and 1 W10837741 (Strike)

Arrived onsite for vent fan that will not turn off. On inspection the on/off switch did not turn the fan off. Gain access to the switch and found the button was broken. I took the button from the lights and but it on the on/off switch and put the on/off button on the lights. They just happen to be 180? opportunities of each other. The unit is operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher door not staying up. On inspection the door would fall the way down. I pulled the dishwasher out and found that the left side spring had come unhooked. Connected the spring backup and tested the door . The door is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during inspection.

Arrived on site for washer with error message. On inspection the error was for mis communication between the ui and the controller. Looked at the system error and it was empty. Customer had written down the error. I installed new control and ui and calibrated the unit. The unit is open as designed and no water leaks detected.

Arrived on site for washer not starting . Found ui non responsive . Out let is getting correct voltage . Ordering UI console. Return set 9/13. No water leaks detected at this time ; ordrng 1 W11316623 (Console)
