"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does finish each cycle, but when she opens the dishwasher sometimes, there is a little water at the bottom of the tub. She advised that this does not affect the dishes but was wondering if there was an issue. The unit was in the middle of a wash cycle, so I canceled out the cycle and found the unit draining properly and completely. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found all portions of the machine working and operating as designed. I checked the drainhouse installation at the garbage disposal and found the drainage hose going downhill from the garbage disposal, indicating there may an issue with the drain backing up from time to time and water is being siphoned back into the dishwasher from the sink. I did explain to the customer that she may want to install a C-clamp under the sink to hold the drain hose up higher than her garage disposal to prevent waterflow from the sink. I showed the customer what she would want to do. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

I vacuumed down the unit to -30 psi and found pressures hold again for another 10 minutes. I charged the unit up with 5.0 oz of R134a refrigerant and tested the unit. The customer said they've tried cycling power at the breaker, and nothing changes. I attempted to place it in diagnostics, but it failed. I removed and replaced the control panel and assisted the customer in downloading the Whirlpool app on their phone and then connecting the unit to Wi-Fi through the app. Unit is operating as designed, job completed. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop not igniting properly. Upon further inspection, I tested all of the cooktop burners and found they are all igniting properly. After retesting several times, the center burner ignitor stopped arcing. I removed the cooktop from the burner box to gain access to the components inside and found evidence of old spillage (photo). I checked the center burner ignitor, and it is plugged into the spark module fully. When I tested the center burner, it failed to ignite, but the remaining burners were arcing as designed. When I tested one of the other burners, all of the other burners, except the center burner, ignited properly. I switched the front left burner ignitor to the center burner and retested, and it arced and operated as designed. I am ordering the ignitors and scheduled return service for 09/15/25. I left the front left ignitor on the center burner since the customer uses that burner more often, and all ignitors will be replaced due to the amount of spillage on all of the burners. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer freezing up. Upon further inspection, I found frost built up on the top of the freezer (FC) door, left side of the drawer on the rails, and on the left side of the upper drawers (photos). I found the unit not properly leveled, the door handles not secured, and also found a gap in the top of the FC door gasket (photos). I removed the food items from the door shelf and disassembled the FC section. I cleared the frost and water from the FC section and removed and replaced the brackets due to the frost causing the bearing grease to hardened on the old brackets. I reassembled the FC section and placed the food items back in the door shelf like they were found and when I closed the drawer, I found that one of the food items box was causing the drawer to not fully close. I placed the box in the top drawer and closed the FC drawer, and it is closing properly. I leveled the unit and tested door functions, and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks were observed at the end of service, job completed. W11668671"

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection inspection I placed the dishwasher into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I ran the drain pump and found it to be operating without issue. I ran through component testing and found that all components were operating as designed. I checked the installation of the drain hose and found it to be correct. I ran a test cycle and ran the drain pump several times and the pump continued to operating without issue draing all water in the tub. At this moment the dishwasher is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to inspect oven displaying error code F3E0. Upon further inspection I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed error code F3E0 and F6E1. I gained access to the control and measured the ohms of the sensor and read 1082ohms. I checked for shorts at the sensor or sensor wires and did not observed any shorts. I gained access to the temperature sensors and found that the sensor leads were not making firm contact I replaced the sensor and cleared the error codes and power cycled the oven. I tested the oven and it is now operating The oven is now operating as designed. W11598120. No one on site to sign

Upon inspection, found the right side panel of the cabinet was bent inward, causing the drum to make contact with the side panel while spinning. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker, not making enough ice. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=9 degrees, RC=39/40 degrees, and the icebox =24 degrees. I found some cubes in the bin, and the customer advised that the unit will produce good ice in the Max Ice selection, but it cannot keep up in normal production. I disassembled the FC section to gain access to the FC evaporator and found ice on the evap cover in the upper right corner. I was able to remove the cover, but due to the amount of ice, I was unable to remove the insulation. At previous service calls, the ice build-up has been present. I notified the office GC/PR of my findings and am ordering a sealed system repair. I am ordering the compressor, access valve, UV dye drier, FC evaporator, and CNOTE--3 HOUR JOB (in case all of the ice has not been removed during defrost). I recommended that the customer unplug the unit and allow it to defrost approximately 24-48 hours before we return to perform the sealed system repair. I had my customer sign the waiver of damages from defrosting the refrigerator and recommended they place towels around the sides and back of the unit to catch any water that might leak from defrosting. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is getting really hot on the sides of the refrigerator. Inspected unit and work area. Upon entry, I found the interior of the home at 83?F. I gained access to the refrigerator and found the freezer at 0?F, and the refrigerator at 37?F. I gained access to the compressor area and found the skin.It did not have a condenser fan. I asked the customer about the ambient temperature in the house and whether they used air conditioning. The customer advised that she does, but that she likes them. The internal temperature of her I house to be in the 80s because she gets cold easily. I did explain to the customer that because this unit does not have a condenser fan and the ambient temperature is higher than normal, the machine uses the sides of the refrigerator to remove the heat away from the refrigerant lines. I did advise her that this is normal operation. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to follow up on drier that is throwing AF issue / not venting again. On arrival customer clarified that they are pulling lint screen out and some lint is coming off the screen, which ends up getting caught in the louvers of the outdoor vent. I disassembled the unit and checked the screen guide and found nothing abnormal. Whatever is collecting on the lint screen is either clumping or not sticking. Unit is working as designed and there is no repair or adjustment that can be made. I recommended customer change the type of vent to a door vs a fixed louver, since nothing can be done with the machine. Called and documented with tech line, SR7742349658. Call completed."

Arrived on-site for a dryer that is not starting. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the washing machine worked. But not the the dryer does not. I tested the dryer and confirmed the customer's complaint. I checked voltage and found proper voltage and polarity. I checked the thermal fuse and door switch and found both to be working and operating as designed. It went ahead and replaced the timer and tested the unit. I still found that the dryer would not start. I checked all collectrical connections and found everything properly seated. Ordering the drive motor and blow a wheel for repair. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator producing making unusual noises. Upon further inspection, the customer informed me that she hear a vibration noise. I checked temperature and measured 37 degrees RC and 0 FC sections. I entered diagnostics mode and observed no error codes. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker, not making enough ice. Upon further inspection, I found the bin full of ice, and I tested temps in the freezer section. Temp reading was 5 degrees on the second shelf in the freezer. I tested temps at the ice maker and found it at 8 degrees. The customer advised he was told the ice bin would be full after 24 hours and, if not, to call it in for service. I advised the customer that it would take at least 24 hours for the first batch to drop after service and then an additional 3 days or approximately 72 hours for the bin to fill completely. I provided the documentation from the owners manual to the customer. I tested the emitter/receiver boards by closing the receiver door and found the LED solid, which tells me the boards are functioning properly. The unit is operating as designed, and no water leaks were observed during service. Job completed"
