I inspected the bake element and found it ohming out low. I replaced the bake element. We plugged the unit in and tested the unit I was showing good voltage at the control but no voltage at the bake element. I tested the wiring harness and found no continuity to the bake element. We replaced the harness and retested the unit. We found it operating as designed. Job complete.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRX986SIHZ00 "Arrived on site for icemaker making slow ice. I inspected the unit and work area. I temp tested the freezer and found it at 32 degrees. I inspected the fresh food evap and found no ice build up. I gained access to the freezer evaporator and found no frost pattern. I tested the evap fans and I found the freezer evap fan no coming on. I replaced the evap motor and found it working. I put the unit into test 6 and found the freezer evaporator not forming a frost pattern. I am ordering a sealed system, compressor, UV dryer, access port, rc evap and fc evap. I am also ordering authorization. I found the customer has the washer plugged into a non-GFCI outlet and it is not tripping the breaker any more. I ran diagnostics and found no error codes. I ran a test cycle and found it operating as designed. I inspected the filter and found it broken full of debris not allowing proper draining. I replaced the filter, with one I had on hand W11319788 and cleared everything out of the water pump. I retested the unit and found it draining properly. Job complete."

I went to component activation through diagnostics and the fans still did not respond. I accessed the main control and attempted to to spin the fan by hand and I found the fan was binding or did not spin as designed. I recommended replacing the upper cooling fan and main control. WASHER WHIRLPOOL WFW72HEDW0 "Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the error code F8E1 appeared on the display. He advised that he removed the water hoses and vacuumed the inlet valve screens out as they had a sandy substance in them, but could not get the error code to go away. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1, F5E2, F5E3, F3E2. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed. Following the tech sheet for the error codes, I tested the unit with each error code and found no issues within the unit. Retested the unit and it operated as designed with no further error codes. Ran a small load test with the unit and it operated as designed. I advised the customer of my findings. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, I found ice pieces at the opening of the RC ice maker where it had leaked. Also found a large amount of ice built up under the ice bin where the water from the ice maker had leaked. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker and it harvested and filled for approximately 7 seconds as designed with no leaks (intermittent). I tested the water pressure and found it to be 50psi. From previous repairs evolving from this same issue, I am ordering the user interface. RANGE WHIRLPOOL WFE550S0HZ1 Arrived on site for stove that would create a loud noise and the fan was turned on during convection bake in mode. Upon further inspection I found that the washer and nut that is supposed to stay permanently mounted to the propeller motor was broken causing the fan blade to wobble. I installed a new fan motor and reassembled the unit verify that it was functioning as designed the fan blade and motor no longer make a loud rattling metal on metal noise. Call complete
