Once I ran test 4 on the diffuser it began to rattle loudly and was not cycling between open and closed properly. I steamed from the back of the unit into the front and found no steam coming from the drain tube inside the rc compartment. I gained access to the rc evaporator and found it covered in ice. I cleared the ice and steamed down the drain tube, clearing out the ice drain tube. I reassembled the unit and checked the software version for the hv control. I found it running version 6.0.0.0 not 7.0.0.0. According to service pointer W11329116C, the evap cover and control need to be replaced. I am ordering the evap control.; ordrng 1 W11333076 (Control)"

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking. Upon arrival the customer stated it is an intermittent leak, but when it leaks it is severe. They informed me that it has not leaked in several days. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and put it into diagnostics mode. I found stored error code F6E6 for cool water. I ran a test cycle and found no leak coming from the valve, drain pump, nor sump/motor area. Upon further inspection I found no traces of water under the unit at all. I did see some water spots in front of the unit however. I gained access to the inside of the door and found no leak while running the unit. I found the gasket and door seal in good shape. I could not replicate the leak during the service. I advised the customer it is necessary to get a video of it if it happens again. If the customer finds the unit still leaking, we will need to return with a clear door to further diagnose.

"Arrived on site to follow up on cooktop that customer says back right burner is still too hot on. On arrival customer advised me that when they use the dual element burner and put it to simmer, foods still boil even when set to low. Customer let me know that they are using the dual setting as well. I advised customer that the rear right and front left burners are much higher BTU, and even with a lower setting they still have more power and will produce a lot of heat. Customer is also using cookware that is smaller then the burner by 1 inch on all sides. Called and spoke with Austin at tech line who confirmed that larger burners can still produce enough heat to keep boiling, and also heats the side of the cookware when there is uncovered burner space. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I re-diagnosed the unit. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and then put it into diagnostics mode. I found stored error codes F9E1 for diverter cannot find home position and F10E3 for drying fan error. I then tried to run a diagnostics cycle, but it kept beeping and not going through. I tried this three different times, but the test cycle would never start. This typically indicates a faulty fan motor. I unplugged the fan motor in order to bypass it and see if the diagnostics cycle would start. It now started. Again, this indicates a faulty fan motor. During the test I found the diverter leaking. I also found the OWI causing the unit to run forever. The customer also requested replacing the console, due to the lights beginning to fade out. I am quoting the customer for the fan motor, sump and motor, OWI, and the console to install. Office to reschedule. Arrived on site for wall oven not shutting off. Upon arrival customer informed me that when the unit was hot and he opened the door the UI would begin to glitch and not respond to commands. He stated that the only way to shut the oven off was to shut off the breaker. Upon further inspection I found the UI giving sporadic ohm and voltage readings. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice in the RC. Upon arrival I found the RC=35 FC=0 ice room =11. I found the Ice maker test 56 showing E5 for failed IM thermistor. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator with no ice production. Upon arrival the customer stated the IM stopped making ice after they changed the filter, but the water dispenser still worked fine. They also found the filter was stuck now. I checked temps and found the FC at 7?F, the RC at 34?F, and the ice box at 15?F. I then harvested the IM and found ice already in the mold. It harvested as designed. I jumped the IM fill and found it also working as designed. I checked voltage to the IM and found the proper 120VAC. I tested the door switch several times and found it working as designed. I found the filter not jammed, and walked the customer through on how to properly remove it. I found no mechanical failure on the IM or unit. The unit was working as designed at the time of service. No leaks observed. Call complete."
