I accessed and tested the bake element from the control and it tested good. I also verified 240Vac to the bake element while preheating. I found the sensor coming won’t of the connector and not seated all the way. I removed the connector and tested the sensor. The sensor tested good so I reconnected and re installed the unit. I ran a calibration cycle and found that the unit was 22 degrees higher than the set temp. I subtracted 20 degrees. Unit is working as designed at this time. Job complete.

Upon arrival I ran a diagnostic test on unit but could not find any error codes indicating hardware software failure but after running the Phil agitation drain and spin settings I found that during the draining portion of the test the drain pump was grinding and after disassembling it further I found a propeller on the inside is broken. making the repair was able to reassemble and test the unit and verify that the unit no longer makes any loud noises and functions as designed. On further inspection of the unit I found that the dispenser solenoid had overheated causing it to melt it needed to be replaced but I found that because of this was the main control board that the customer stated had been replaced two months prior to our initial trip today from another company but since the repair did not act right 100% of the time. After getting authorization installing the new board and module for the dispenser as able to retest the unit and for about five minutes to Unik work fine and then certain functionality is within the entire fridge itself including lights you I evaporator fan motors etc. started malfunctioning in different ways and somethings would receive power and somethings would not and after inspecting the wiring to the board further I found that there’s a short somewhere in the powerlines

Part arrival the customer stated that whenever they activate the water dispenser sometimes it would not stop dispensing after you let go of the lever. Upon further inspection of the unit I found that because was because the water dispenser arm head popped out of place but was not physically broken and any time the customer try to use the water dispenser it would cause the lever to get stuck in its position keeping the activation switch active and causing water to continuously pour out I then realigned and reassemble the dispenser area I was able to retest the unit and verify that everything is now functioning as designed call complete

OVEN KITCHENAID KODE500ESS04 Arrived onsite for wall oven that made a popping noise and now won’t operate or bake. Upon inspection I found the unit and UI powered on. I un installed the unit and tested the resistance of all heating elements in the unit. All tested good. I then tested all fuses and all tested good. I checked voltage at the control and found only 60Vac coming to the control. I found the J box and removed the panel to inspect the house wiring. I found the oven had been miswired and 2 or more of the connectors had burnt and melted together. I advised the customer get a licensed electrician out to access the circuit issue. In the event of a call back please send both upper and lower oven controls. Job complete.
