Customer stated the washer is very loud and walks and bangs around in spin. Placed in diagnostics and F0E5, F5E2. Tested suspension by pressing down on basket. Basket bounced instead of softly lifting up once. Lid lock working as designed in diagnostics. Gained access to cam to inspect for grease/ oil. Removed cam pulley and couldnt find any evidence of grease / oil. Found belt came off very easily and outer surface of cam pulley was black due to belt constantly slipping. Ran diagnostics cycles and washer ran as designed except for basket wobbling even without a load inside. Agitated properly. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator leaking water out of the ice maker. Upon further inspection I found the ice bin as one whole block of ice, and ice all over the ice chute. I removed the ice bin and found the ice bin cracked in the back, most likely due to the weight of the ice build up inside of the bin. I informed the customer on this. I removed the ice maker and found where the fill tube went into the IM was frozen over, and causing the water to flow straight into the ice bin. I cleared this out, and the ice bin out. I then harvest the ice maker and jumped the fill. I found both working as designed with no leak.

"Arrived on site for A LOT CONDENSATION INSIDE THE UNIT-HAD DUCTS/VENTS CLEANED RECENTLY-THE UNIT STILL RUNS/DRYS. Ran dryer and it is heating as designed. Customer had a load of wet clothes inside to show me what they were experiencing. Opened door and found water accumulating around the outer edges of the door and on the bottom section of the frame where the door closes. Inspected dryer vent and found the vent was shoved against the wall creating a huge kink in the vent. With this, the hot damp air did not have anywhere to go causing condensation at the dryer door. In addition, it looked like the wall vent had water coming inside from the roof. I used foil tape to secure the vent at the wall better and reshaped the customers vent tube to a round shape. I found a couple holes in the customers vent tube and sealed them with foil tape. I was able to reconnect the customers vent tube, but could only push it halfway in without damaging or kinking the vent tube again. Recommended the customer call their roofer that replaced the roof about four months ago to inspect the dryer vent on the roof for any possible areas where water could be coming in when it rains. Also recommended the customer invest in a telescoping dryer tube in order for the dryer to be pushed all the way against the wall. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect trash compactor not compacting. Upon further inspection, I removed the tray and taped the safety switch closed and tested. When the motor came on, the gears moved back and forth and the ram moved up and down as if it were trying to go down, but something was keeping it from going down and it would quickly go back up. I pulled the unit from the cabinets and removed the top panel and the front panel and inspected the switches. I found the tilt switch was flapping and not making good contact. I tested the switch and it was intermittently closing. I tested the directional switch and it is good. I could smell the motor making a burning smell after it would attempt to operate.advised that I would be ordering parts and office would contact them to schedule return service I am ordering the tilt switch, safety switch, directional switch, push button switch and motor. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that will agitate but not spin. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit will rinse but then it will not enter the spin cycle or drain. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the unit humming when trying to be set into the spin cycle. The customer advised that he heard a pop during one of the spin cycles and it stopped the basket. He said that since then, the unit just hums and wont drain. Disassembled the unit and found that the coupler had not broken. Spoke to PR and he had me go through a couple checks. Advise that the issue is most likely with the capacitor or a bad winding on the motor.
