WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW7300DW0 "Arrived on site for washing machine that was leaking and making a loud noise. I put unit into diagnostics mode and ran test cycle. During test cycle I heard a loud grinding noise during high agitation/spin. I tested both components manually and found same noise. I gained access to rotor and found it wearing down at threads possibly causing it to slip and create noise. I also found slider to be broken at magnetic metal plate and plastic where it should be attached as one cohesive piece and causing it to slip and possibly make noise. I found water running down inner back left of unit and tracked it up to inlet housing. Found water dripping from inlet housing. Advised customer we need to replace the rotor, slider, and housing. Also advised customer I found small drip at cold water connection at wall dripping into drain hose area. I advised customer to get this fixed as well.

I turned down the pressure at the wall a little to help it from leaking so bad. I tried testing the unit in diagnostics but I found it would not spin, I also could not hear the clutch shifting between agitate or spin. I accessed the drive system and found the slider was worn or failing. I found presence of rust and gear case oil on the clutch and stator. The unit will need a new housing assembly, gearcase clutch and slider. The stator did not look damaged but I will return with one just in case. I tested the dispenser and found the valves humming but no water coming out. I found the new water filter not fully twisted and locked into position. REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRSF705HBS00 "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Went to replace fan scroll and found no evidence of a defrost issue. Unit temperatures were sitting at -5°F in the freezer section and 39°F in the refrigerator section. The customer advised that since the last visit, the unit has been working properly except at Christmas when they change the refrigerator temperature down to degrees and the freezer side begin to warm again. He advised that when they change the temperature back to the recommended settings, the unit began to work properly. Due to issues with temperature in the freezer compartment and refrigerator compartment, replaced user interface control. Found no need for the fan scroll due to no current issues of defrost in the refrigerator section. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

WASHER MAYTAG MVW6230HW0 On site for water not dispensing soap properly. Upon arrival any diagnostics but did not find any error codes indicating any hardware or software failures. Upon further inspection I found that washer had not been functioning properly with the fabric softener button. I ran a factory reset on the unit and made sure softener setting was activated by default for customer use. Unit now functioning as designed call complete.

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRFF507ESS01 "Arrived on site for refrigerator making grinding noise and not cooling properly. Upon arrival customer stated it sounded like a plane taking off and was coming from back of unit, and that it was intermittent about every hour or so. She also stated she had a lot of food in the fridge during the holidays and that could be the cooling problem. I advised her it could of caused lack of air flow and made it seem that way. I tested temps in FC and got 3°F, and RC which had 39°. I tested condenser fan, evap fan, and ice box fan which all tested good. I could not recreate the noise at time of service. Customer did also stated they have very hard water and are hooked up to a reverse osmosis. After describing the noise and this, I believe it to be the inlet valve chattering. Ordering new inlet valve and needs to be installed. I advised customer to video the noise if it happens again just in case for the next tech. I found no mechanical failure during time of

Upon a arrival I found door was secured but spring in left side hinge was getting to weak to hold door well.
