Arrived on site for a washing machine thats making a clunking sound. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit seems to make a clunking sound between agitation when it ships into spin. She didnt know if that was normal or not but wanted to have it checked because she thought something might be going out. Test of the unit in an auto test in the unit ran hours designed. Tested the unit and manual spin and agitation testing and the customer confirmed that the clicking was right when it went into spin. I did advise her that that is normal with these units due to the cam being plastic and showed her how that works. Found front left and back left suspension rods failing. All other hardware was fully functioning as designed. Once unit was stabilized/balanced I found no other failures. "Arrived on site for Freezer making noise, ice on the back of the freezer NOISE-FREEZER MAKING NOISE- FRIDGE OK. Customer showed me a piece of plastic that had come loose from the interior near the ice maker. Identified the plastic piece as the fill cup. Due to fill cup no longer being mounted it was allowing water to trickle down into the evaporator section and create and small section of ice down the evaporator cover every time the ice maker called for water. Customer had already cleared the ice off the evaporator cover. After a period of time after clearing the ice the loud noise had gone away. I remounted the fill cup and had the ice maker run a harvest. No leaks detected. Also ran diagnostics to run a short defrost to remove any residual ice that may have formed over the evaporator fan blades to prevent the noise from coming back. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is dispensing ice when ice is not called. Inspected unit and work area. Attempted to replicate the issue but was unable to replicate the issue. The customer said that every couple days, when they go to dispense ice from their ice dispenser, as soon as they are done dispensing the ice, do unit will continue to dispense ice for another 5 to 8 seconds. She advised that this is leaving ice cubes all over her floor. She did advise that sometimes the ice door stays open and other times the ice door is closed when the unit is dispensing the ice. Spoke to PR and was advised to check polarity at the outlet but if polarity was good, to order the main control, you are, and ice paddle. Checked flirty at the plug and found 62.4 V going from neutral to ground, 54 V going from hot to ground, I double checked the voltage by going from hot and neutral to a ground screw. I advised the customer that they would need an electrician to repair the electrical supply issue prior to any repairs due to that most likely being the issue with intermittent failures. Advise the customer to call back if they have any further issues. Call complete."

Ran the unit for an auto test and the unit ran as designed until it got to the drain portion of the cycle where it began gushing water out of the dishwasher. Removed the dishwasher from the cabinet and found that the drain hose had been disconnected from the dishwasher itself. Reconnected the drain hose onto the dishwasher and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed with no leaks present. The customer advised that the installer seemed to be in a rush and did not install the dishwasher hose the way that I had making him believe that the issue was probably with the installation and it just finally came off after a number of cycles. Advise customer to keep an eye on the unit and call back if any further issues persist. Call complete.

Disassembled the FC section and found ice on the evaporator cover and on the top of the FC section. Upon arrival the customer stated that the water will drip throughout the day, and occasionally has air pockets in the line causing the water to spit out. They also stated that it began right before the first service, and at this time it was spitting badly. They found the spitting has gotten better with the repairs, but it still drips. Per notes I called techline on arrival. I spoke to Andrew and received SR# 7732596171. Andrew had me gain access to the valve and test the water flow coming from the dispenser side. When I did he could hear it over the phone, and he stated it sounded kind of high. He advised installing a PRV and water line if I could not find any physical damage on the dispenser line indicating an air leak. I inspected the line and observed no damage. "Arrived on site for a microwave throwing the open/close door error. Upon arrival the customer stated this was extremely intermittent. Upon further inspection I found the door sagging a little, and I was able to move it up and down to freely. I informed the customer that this could be causing the unit to not come in proper contact with the switches intermittently. I also found the door switch assembly was loose, and I tightened it. I informed the customer this could of also caused this issue. I found the unit as designed.

Arrived onsite for unit not washing. Tested the unit and heard the motor not running really good. Replaced the pump and motor. Tested the unit and unit was pump like normal. No leaks at this time.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door handle loose. Upon further inspection, I found the unit handle loose. I tightened the screws at the bottom the handle and it was still loose. I removed the outer door panel and tightened the screws inside and while I had the panel off, I found the console seal missing. I reassembled the door and advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering the seal and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and scheduled return service . No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11213719 (Console seal) and 1 CNOTE (LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST)"

Arrived onsite for special project heating element replacement. Replaced element and tested unit. Unit operates correctly. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that was not washing. On arrival found F8E4 error blinking for flood switch, also FA E2. Found flood tray full of water. Unit likely leaking from heating element. Cleared water and reset unit. Wash motor still not coming on. new wash motor, heating element, and vent motor. .; ordrng 1 W11416362 (Wash motor) and 1 W11537778 (Heater) and 1 W11414073 (Vent Motor)"

Arrived on site to test unit for broiler staying on. Found relay stuck broiler strain on even when off. Replaced board test unit and unit test good job complete.

Performed streem diagnosis. Found microwave fan begins to run as soon as the door is closed. Unit has failed interlock switches.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival I verified the new latch had secure switches. I powered the unit down at the breaker. I then installed the new latch and tested the unit. I found it now working as designed. Call complete.
