I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the fans and found when the FC evap fan comes on, theres a vibration noise. Removed the evaporator cover and found the evaporator with a good frost pattern. While removing the cover, I found the bottom right screw was loose. I placed some permagum at the bottom right corner of the cover to help secure the screw and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

OVEN GE JT3500SF2SS Arrived on site for wall oven giving f96 error after previously installed main control and fan. Upon arrival uninstalled unit from wall and then reconnected power with the fan and sensors on fan exposed for testing. I found main control was sending properly voltage to fan and fan was running but the customer stated although oven worked well day of last repair that the next day the unit gave the code. Upon testing the board sensor on the fan I found is was receiving but not sending power back to the main board to notify it that the fan is running. Installed new sensor and retested both upper and lower ovens at 350 degrees. Units preheated as designed and didnt show and errors during processing. Call complete

WASHER WHIRLPOOL WDF330PAHB2 Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining and leaving water pooling in the tub. Upon arrival customer stated it was the dishwasher not the washing machine that they were needing diagnosed and I was able to match up the model and serial number to verify accuracy. Upon further inspection I found that the power outlet was receiving 120 V and there was standing water that was clear in the tub but the unit will not turn on to go to any cycles as if it was getting no power and then traced the issue to the terminal area where the power cord is connected to the dishwasher and found it was completely melted and fried due to improper installation which is what caused the dishwasher the shut down early and not finish the cycle. I then cleared away the burned and damaged wiring and was able to reinstall the power cord properly to the dishwasher and verify that unit would get power and cycle on and then ran a fill agitation and drain test and verified unit is functio

Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit filled and agitated in slow agitation, but the unit failed to spin (F7E4-shifter). Tilted the unit back and found gearcase on the rotor, drain pump and all four panels. Removed the rotor and found gearcase oil on the inside the rotor and some on the clutch/slider. Advised customer of my findings and am ordering the gearcase, slider, clutch, rotor, stator and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and will return with the main control. Upon arrival I tested the functionality of the Phil agitation and drain cycles and found that unit was functioning as designed by customer stated unit would run for hours on end and never shut off I also noticed that whenever I start a fresh new cycle the unit would take him to dream but on this particular Frigidaire model it should not do that unless there is water detected in the tub and upon starting to test theres absolutely no water to trigger that kind of reaction from the dishwasher then replace the main control and reassembled and tested the unit I was able to verify them that the unit is fully functioning as designed and when the tub is empty it will immediately start feeling like it should and not drain and the unit does shut off when it needs to. Tested temperatures in the freezer and refrigerator sections and found the freezer sitting at -5°F. Found the refrigerator sitting at 37°F. Checked temperature settings and found both at the temperatures found. Placed unit in service diagnostics and tested the evaporator fans, thermistors, and compressor. All were working as designed. Checked evaporator for a defrost issue and found no evidence of defrost issues. I called Techline and spoke to Leon SR#7729663411. He had me run through a few other tests and advised that due to too many variables, there was no way to figure out what was the problem or what put the unit into a failed state.

When I opened the door, I found ice built up at the back of the FC section in the top right corner equivalent to an air leak. I found the gasket had a small gap in it and I adjusted it using my heat gun. Also recommended that the customer be careful when placing food items in the freezer as they could stick out too far off the shelf and prevent the door from closing. I tested suspension and found it working as designed. I ran the unit in a test cycle and found unit working as designed. I found no oil leaks under unit and gear case looked perfect. Customer let me know the one and only time this happened was when they put a blanket in the unit and it seemed like the blanket absorbed a lot of water and got very heavy. I advised customer the issue was likely due to an off balance load and advised them on loading unit with large items via user care guide. Found no mechanical failures at time of service. I gained access to the back of the unit and replaced the thermal fuse. I also found water build up in the dryer vent. I cleared out the water. RANGE WHIRLPOOL WFG505M0BS3 Arrived on site for Range was working fine until i tried to use the oven. i turned on the oven and it tripped the Range was working fine until i tried to use the oven. i turned on the oven and it trippedRemoved back panel and found red wire that feeds to bake igniter pinched between the outer panel and the metal cover that protects the wires. I wrapped the exposed sections of the wires with electrical tape. Plugged range back in and it did not flip the breaker. Unfortunately the gas bake turns on without starting the bake cycle when the range is plugged in. The red wire that was pinched shorted out the relay in the control board. I ran the unit through a diagnostics cycle and found it not coming out of step 8. I replaced the main control. Ran the unit through diagnostics again and found it still not coming out of test 8. I removed the water pressure hose from the switch and ran it again. It came out of step 8 and complete the diagnostics cycle. I checked the hose and found it not kinked.
