DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED4950HW0 Arrived on site for dryer that would not shut off. Upon arrival I was able to verify that the dryer had been started on a 60 minute cycle and it sat on the 60 minute cycle while still running at the customer stated that they have had it sitting there for close to an hour and then they noticed the timer would never turn once the driver started. I ended up replacing the timer and was able to run a 10 minute cycle and Verify that the dryer now shuts off as designed as well as a timer rotating like it should. Call complete

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRMF706EBS01 "Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water. Upon arrival customer pointed out that there was water pooling around the ice maker. Customer also mentioned that they had noticed temps in freezer not staying consistent. The dairy products in fc with all melted upon arrival as well. I inspected inverter board, compressor, and condenser fan area and found no dirty coils or over heated components. The evap coil in the freezer had a thick ball of ice build up around the ffc had little frost but was also much thicker then it should have been on high side entry line. Customer stated they had noticed the temp differences for more then a few weeks and have had a hard time keeping food cool. I ran service test 4 but saw no difference in the frost pattern of either evaporators. The valve was rotated to each compartment during the test as designed. Unit is loosing Freon through the evap coil in ffc. We will need to return with ss repair. Office to reschedule

Tested unit in a normal time dry cycle and found unit making a scraping sound coming from the bearing ring. Removed front cover and found a screw in between the felt liner and the tub ring. Removed the screw and tested unit. Customer still complained about how loud the dryer vibrates so I added sound pads to help dull the sound. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WMH31017HZ4 "Arrived on site for: We have got a new microwave from Lowes and installed last week but when we turn on the microwave to heat anything it's making an unusual noise. Turned on microwave and could hear a vibration at the top of the microwave cover. Customer also pointed out the cover was bowed just a tad on the right side. Took down microwave and tested from a wall outlet to identify noise. No noise detected. The mounting bolt was not tightened down enough and was the cause of noise. Removed cover to align the cover better to remove any bowing on the right side. Clip was in place, but didn’t make a difference in the bowing due to the cavity being a little off center from minor damage to metal brace inside where cover mounts. Reassembled and mounted back on wall. Noise is gone and operating as designed."

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF757SDHZ00 Arrived on site for refrigerator they had LEDs that were dimming and eventually not turning on at allwhen the door was wide open. I found that the LEDs in the fridge had bad bulbs in them as well as in the freezer and I ended up replacing the LED bulbs and I was able to retest the unit and found that everything is now turning on as designed. Customers did also stay well and say that the water dispenser was having an issue and I was able to narrow down that the filter head assembly as well as the water valve were not functioning in conjunction with one another and we will need to order the filter head assembly as well as a new water valve. ; ordrng 1 W11194438 (housing) and 1 WPW10341329 (water valve assy)

Ran through another test mode and monitored amp draw on L1. Found amp draw at .5 when in normal wash mode. Circuit breaker did not trip. Informed customer issue may have been caused by loose nurtural but if failure reoccurs to have circuit breaker replaced. Dishwasher tested good, no water leaks detected.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF993FIFM00 Rived on site for refrigerator making ice it was too thick as well as causing a lot of freezer ice buildup down in the freezer compartment around in the door gasket and shelving. After running test 66 6797 and 120 I was able to verify that the thermistors as well as icemaker and fill valve are all functioning as designed with in the left door of the fresh food compartment. I was able to fill the icemaker up and then show the customer visually that the icemaker was feeling exactly to the fill line within the train and was not overfilling but the reason that the icemaker was making to take advice is because the freezer door is not ceiling all the way causing too much hot air to get inside which is then working its way up to the fresh food door icemaker and causing the icemaker to think that it’s not cold enough which is that resets it in causes it to refill adding more water to the unit than is needed. We will need to return with a new freezer door gas

DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDT710PAHZ1 "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying dishes. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit has not dried since they’ve had the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing F7E1 error code. Cleared the code and continued with testing. I placed my multimeter on the black wire s the junction box to test amp draw to the components. The unit tested good until the element was to come on and I got a 0amp draw reading. I stopped testing and inspected the element and it looked good. I found the harness not fully connected on the left side. Reconnected the harness and retested. Unit operated as designed and the element showed 7-9amps during the wash cycle and drying cycle of testing. Made recommendations for detergent and rinse aid use as well as use and care for the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS588FIHZ Arrived onsite for refrigerator leaking after door install. I found the I’ve maker line was leaking at the connector when the IM fill was engaged. I turned off the water at the wall and I cut out a piece of the tube to try and make a better fit but it still leaked after. I applied some silicone to the connection to get them by until the new door comes in. I advised to let the silicone dry before turning the water back on but it the leak returns to give us a call back. Job complete.

Call further inspection of the unit I found that there are no error codes and diagnostic mode and after disassembling the unit verified that the rollers and idler pulley were all functioning smoothly. I then found that the blower wheel was cracked within the housing that it sits in and I was not able to remove the blower wheel from the motor without breaking it further so I ended up replacing the motor and blower wheel together and reassembled the unit and tested everything out and found that the unit is not functioning as designed and I also show the progress to the customers who verified that the dryer sound a lot quieter than it did when we arrived. I removed the unit from the cabinet and found the cabinet not built properly for a wall oven. The bottom of the wall cabinet is open with two metal runners on either side. See so quick pic. The cabinet is supposed to be built with a solid shelf that is flush with exterior trim piece. According to whirlpools installation guide. I gained access to the blower motor and replaced new. I tested the blower motor in diagnostics, and I ran the unit through a preheat. The fault code didn’t appear. The unit is operating as designed. Job complete."
