Arrived on site for washer not completing cycles on normal. Upon arrival I found only an F8e1 error stored. After resetting codes I inspected cutoffs and found both were fully on. Found all hoses connected correctly. Tested voltage and resistance to valve and found no failures through valve harness or ACU. I ran a normal operation as well as a few diagnostics cycles and found unit is now fully functioning as designed and allowing after to enter to unit properly. Did inform customer to run a cleaning cycle to help get rid of any possible build up within lines of unit. Call complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly upon arrival I found amp draw to compressor was 1.58. The evap and condenser fans and compressor were all running smoothly. Upon further inspection I found unit had a defrost issue due to main control failing to read thermostat properly in either compartments. I replaced the main control assembly (had rc thermistor wired in already with new part) as well as the thermistor on FC evap coil. "Onsite for dryer making a loud noise on startup. Customer stated he previously had a fire from dryer wall outlet and had emergency services arrive at the scene. He stated that the outlet issue has been fixed prior to my arrival. He also stated that he has replaced the thermal fuse multiple time and the unit will work for sometime, then become inoperable again. Upon further inspection, found wiring harness at heating element had a wire nut installed. Customer informed me that he performed the wiring himself due to burnt wires connected to heating element. Found small rubber pieces splattered against walls where belt is positioned near. Customer then informed me that he has replaced multiple belts and that he recently replaced the nut on motor where belt is attached to due to nut wearing down on belt grooves. Found idler pulley switch loose and wobbling around, thermal fuse reading open, high limit thermostat had arching and burn marks on it. Customer then told me he replaced the high limit thermostat and the heating element. Due to customer wiring, and multiple parts replaced by customer, I did not plug in unit to test due to potential safety hazard. Needs main harness, motor, thermal fuse, thermistor, pulley switch, belt, hi limit &cutoff, heating element, idler pulley. AUTHO. Arrived on site for dryer not running at all. Upon arrival I found the timer would still operate but the unit would not start a cycle. I found proper voltage reaching the unit at the terminal block. I tested the fuses inside the unit and found the thermal fuse was blown. I replaced the thermal fuse and reassembled the unit. After reassembly I tested the unit to find it cycling and heating as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site and inspected the washer and found saved error code F0E5 for off balance load , ran test 12 and it completed properly, ran test 7 and it completed properly. Drain and spin completes properly. Quick wash had spin turned off but all other cycles were showing at least middle spin speed. Spoke with techline and after discussing all possibilities they recommended that customer run a machine cleaner and then a full load of towels with no detergent and they requested that customer observe the end of this load to see what the machine does when it is supposed to spin.

Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Checked non-operating pressures and found the unit at -10 psi on the low side and 68 psi on the high side. Plug the unit in and found the low side pressure dropping down to -26 psi and the high side sitting at 86psi. I then heard a thump and what it sounded like bubbles or water droplets inside of the condenser. I called Andy SR# 7731376151. He had me re-check pressures and found the non-operating pressures again at -8 psi on the low side and 66 psi on the high side. Plug the unit in and found the low side dropping to -26 psi but the high side not moving at all.

Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Compressor was extremely hot. Pulling 1amp condenser is extremely clogged. Advised customer condenser needs cleaned. Customer had a start device and run cap. Evap motor working as designed. If issue continues recommend replacing compressor. Job complete.

"I arrived on site to diagnose a dryer making a loud noise during the cycle, upon arriving the customer demonstrated the issue. I gained access in the cabinet and found that the sound is coming from the blower housing position, The unit requires a shim, I utilized my sound pad to shim the blower housing causing the noise to go away.

Arrived onsite for torn gasket. Upon inspection found failed right side refrigerator door gasket. Replaced gasket and fitted with heat gun. Customer also complained about a loose freezer handle. Secured freezer handle as well. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. Job complete

I was informed that the complained issue is labeled as nuisance tripping because of the gfci breaker and the unit not being compatible. I informed the customer that in order for the unit to stop tripping they would need to have an electrician investigate the breaker and have it changed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for Cycle Time is Not Advancing - Front Load Washer. Placed in diagnostics and F9E1 F0E2 F8E1 F9E1 F5E2 came on. Tried running drain and spin and UI was not responding to touch. Placed in diagnostics again and ran manual test. Cold 1 valve sounded weak,but cold 2 valve sounded strong and hot valve sounded strong. I went to drain the water and couldnt hear the drain pump running. Placed in quick diagnostics and it drained and went through all cycles. Returning with all previously ordered parts. Ordering UI (W11325569) due to no response when touching screen just in case it is needed. This laundry room is very small. Customer understands we will need the laundry room clear of nail carts, chairs, and anything else that can be pulled out from the laundry room so we can create a work space area and have somewhere to place the dryer once its removed from the top of the washer. "Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival I found RC, FC, condenser fans all running. Temps in both compartments were room temp. Found compressor not running. Verified 120v power supply to Orion board. Found wattage to board fluctuating between 35 and 41 watts. Inspected sealed system and found a high side leak between condenser and compressor and no refrigerant in system. I repaired connection between condenser and compressor and pulled vacuum on unit. Recharged system with 4.65oz then restored power to unit. Found Orion board had also failed and wasnt allowing compressor to kick on. I replaced Orion board. Allowed compressor to run over 15 minutes and found psi lvls at -10 lowside/115 highside. Inspected further and found there was a between rc evap and cap tube. Tried repairing leak but found cap tube to corroded and breaking to closely to wall liner to be able to safely add an extension.

Arrived onsite for dryer not operating for more than a couple mins. Upon entering diagnostics I found F3E1 F4E3. I checked the thermistors resistance at the control as well as the thermistor and they showed within range according to the techsheet. I inspected the bulk head and confirmed it is free and clear of any blockage. I re assembled the unit and tested function. I found the unit still has the same issue. With the error codes present for thermistor and restricted airflow but airflow and thermistor showing good I recommend replacing the main control due to it not reading these things correctly. ; ordrng 1 W11537215 (Control)

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not producing ice. I found the FC=3. I found the ice maker would not jump engage. I verified 120Vac at the harness to the ice maker but no voltage passing through the ice maker itself.The customer agreed so I replaced the ice maker and powered the unit on. The ice maker wheel began rotating on its own and dispensed water as designed. I advised the customer to give it 24 hours to start producing as designed. No leaks detected during time of service.

"Arrived on site to inspect we tried to enter diagnostics mode but the control keyed shorting out. We replaced control then entered diagnostics mode and found code F32 slow drain. We tested unit with new control all cycles ok. Unit operating as designed.

Arrived on site for microwave needing previously diagnosed magnetron capacitor and diode. Upon arrival I confirmed the previous diagnosis during disassemble Edo I also found that there was an exhaust fan cover flap that had been installed and due to the lack of space between the microwave and the exhaust vent itself I had to remove the vent cover because it was causing the microwave to retain too much heat and overheat after a few minutes of running after installing the needed parts and reassembling a test of the unit I was able to retest and verify that the unit heats for over five minutes as design and customer was able to confirm microwave usage. Found unit still not operating found voltage going to control to be correct and no failure in wiring. Checked and found unit control not sending 120 for motor, ordering new control and motor jic after visual failure of actuator. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that is not making ice. Customer informed me another company had checked the icemaker prior, and installed a spare. I checked the door harness and found the plastic protector split, but wires feel to be intact. I ran the icemaker and it cycled, but does not seem to find home position and wont fill. I put the customers original icemaker in and ran that, and it filled. Gears on icemaker are bad, and tray is grinding, I advised customer to leave doors closed for 1 hour prior to us getting there, so returning tech can verify temperatures are within range. ; ordrng 1 W10873791 (Icemaker) and 1 W11089236 (Comtrol)"

"Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the RC evaporator fan harness, Ui and HV control. I added some shims to the evaporator cover to ensure a good drain. I assembled the unit and tested. All functions passed and the unit began to cool. I advised the customer to give the unit 24 hours to cool to proper temperatures. Job complete."
