"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator doors not aligned. Upon further inspection, I found the left RC door not flush at the top with the right RC door. When I opened the left RC door, I found the mullion not making contact with the pivot block; therefore, its not opening and closing properly. I re-leveled the unit and the mullion was still slightly off. I adjusted the mullion and tested and it is operating as designed. I placed some manufacturers approved grease on the top of the mullion and on the pivot block to allow for smoother functioning. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

This makes the unit not repairable. I called techline and spoke to ED I advise him of my findings

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that customer said smells stronger when opening door running loads. On arrival customer informed me that recently they feel the odor when opening the door smells stronger and almost like something is burning. I opened the door after running some and it does smell a bit like heat, but not any burning or excessive gas. I examined the inside of the unit with a bore scope and saw some minor lint and fur, but nothing excessive. Examined flame tunnel and I dont see anything out of the ordinary at all. Flame is healthy and blue. Unit seems like its working as designed, however the gas concentration may have changed recently due to construction in the area. Advised customer to monitor and let us know if there are any drastic changes.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. The customer advised that he was having the same issue on his other refrigerator for his ice getting caught in his ice chute as his other refrigerator and that we were supposed to fix that too. I had called whirlpool on his other refrigerator and had the same prognosis for this refrigerator. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Joel SR# 7732480682. He referenced service pointer W10647960. They advised that the issue with his refrigerator was a customer usage issue and not an issue with the refrigerator. He said the ice door needs to be fully pressed all the way to the back wall when calling for ice to allow the maximum amount of airway for that ice to travel down. I was advised not to replace any parts on the unit. Customer advised that he wanted parts replaced due to ongoing issues and did not believe the issue to be a customer usage issue. Replaced water valve, ice door, and connector and tested the unit. The end began to work as designed with no leaks present. The unit does not have any ice at this time so could not verify whether that was working properly or not. Arrived onsite for rc lights not turning on when you open the door at times. Upon arrival the customer demonstrated the issue to me. I then gained access to door switches and performed a resistance test on both of the and found them to be good. I the tested voltage at the connection on control side and found good stable voltage there. Called techline and spoke with Chris sr#7732467342. Replaced hv control due to control not correctly registering temps. Informed customer to let us know if issue returned. Call complete"
