Arrived on site for refrigerator with intermittent cooling and a broken dispenser. Upon arrival I found temps in both compartments was at 39 FC and 50 rc. Also found the ice dispenser plastic chute broken from handle. Also found the cooling issue was because compressor was over heating and shutting down. Found psi lvls ranging between 0 to -10 low side and 160 to 175 high side. Couldnt find any evidence of any leaks. I recovered 6.75oz of refrigerant from system then I pulled a vacuum on the unit for 15 minutes to try and clear the contamination from system. I recharged system and found unit had stable psi lvls stabilized at 0 and 150. Informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to cool. Call complete

Arrived on site for an ice machine that won?t cut ice. Inspected unit at work area. Customer advised that he had a prior company out and they could not fix the grid cutter so they were supposed to come back with the part but never did. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the green cutter completely broken on the top not allowing electricity to flow through the rig cutter. Replaced grid cutter and tested the unit. The unit cycled as designed and began to make ice. Call complete.

Placed in an in service diagnostics and found an F5 E1 (lid switch fault - lid is up), F0 E4 (spin limited by water temperature), F0 E3 (overload), F3 E2 (inlet water temperature fault), and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working as designed. The customer stated that the unit put itself and a pause midway through the cycle and that the issue doesn?t necessarily happen at any point they?ll come back to the unit and the start button is flashing. I did advise the customer that generally speaking on these issues and ends up being a control panel related issue due to the contacts on the panel starting to short. The customer stated they had probably had a defrost issue in the refrigerator several years ago where it kind of did the same thing. Check the evaporator for the defrost issue and found no frost buildup on the evaporator and the evaporator fan running properly. Place the unit and service diagnostics and found the average temperature of the freezer in the last 6 hours at 14?F. Found the refrigerator section sitting at 46?F. Advise the customer that the issue appeared to have been a sealed system issue.

The customer advised that the unit does he but their clothes aren?t dry after one cycle for the most part. I ran the unit on a time dry high heat cycle and found the unit turning in heating properly. I could hear the gas valve actuator in the gas at night. Checked behind the unit and found the vent hose completely kinked and crashed. The customer stated that he did get fuel airflow out of the back. I advise the customer that due to the unit heating and tumbling, the issue would have to be with an air flow restriction. I advised the customer to replace his vent hose due to the damage sustained. I also advised the customer to run a load without the vent hose on on an hour time dry cycle to ensure the unit is drying clothes and that that would verify my ventilation issue on the unit. I did not see the heating element illuminate in the back left vent area. Using the vent test kit provided for today, I tested the airflow in the unit and it failed (photo). Removed the back panel and tested the element, cutoffs and fuse and found the element was bad. I removed and replaced the element and vacuumed the lint from the back of the unit and tested. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher not draining. Upon arrival the tub was full of water. I pressed the drain button on the unit and it instantly started leaking from the bottom. I stopped the drain and then vacuumed up all of the water. I gained access to the unit and put it into diagnostics mode. I found stored error codes F6E4 for float switch open, F2E1 for stuck key, and F8E2 for drain motor electrical problem. I then ran a test cycle and found the unit did not drain. I checked voltage to the drain pump and found the correct 120VAC. This indicates a faulty drain pump. I replaced the drain pump and then tested the unit again. The drain was now functioning as designed. I gained access to the float switch and ohmd it out. The switch is working as designed. However, I found a leak coming from the float switch assembly. Upon further inspection I found the dispenser physically broken, the sump screen melted, and the right hand upper track assembly broken (the stopper is not staying on and can only be replaced by ordering entire track, you can take the stopper off of the new track to just replace that). Due to this I am ordering the float assembly, upper track, dispenser, and screen to replace. Arrived on site for Noise when it starts every time. Used a cup with water to test microwave for noise. When microwave blower turns on when the start button is pressed you can hear the damper opening and making contact with the metal vent box in the cabinet above the microwave. This is the metal box that vents air out of the microwave to the exterior of the home. Customer was relieved to know there wasnt anything wrong with the microwave itself. No repair needed. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the failure of the sump/motor assembly and control panel, I removed and replaced both and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Gained access to evaporator and found no ice ball buildup. Removed evaporator fan motor and installed new. Tested operation. All tested good, no water leaks detected.
