"Arrived on site for a wall over with a close oven door error code. Upon arrival the UI was flashing the 900 error code for door latch error. I cycled the power off at the breaker and gained access to the door latch assembly. I then ohmd out the door switch and found it working as designed. Upon further inspection I found the latch harness actually pinched under the latch assembly. I removed the assembly and freed the wire. The oven immediately began running as designed. I took a pic of the harness in SD quick pic. I preheated the oven and found it now working as designed.

"Arrived on sit for freezer alarm going off. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the evaporator and found it had a full frost pattern. I tested voltage to the thermistor and found 5vdc. I tested the thermistor its self and it showed around 5k ohms, which is 50 degrees, the thermistor was attract to a frosted over evaporator. The thermistor is bad. I tested the thermal fuse for the defrost heater and the defrost heater its self I found both good. I zip tied and foils taped the new thermistor in place.

I replaced the water inlet valve, and retested the unit. I found it working as designed. This unit has a plastic tub and does not retain heat well. The tenant should run hot water at the kitchen sink before turning the dishwasher on, so that it pulls in hot water immediately, so the heating element doesnt have to heat the water and tub. Job complete."

Per coils techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, UV drier and vacuumed the system and pressures held. Installed 3.7oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. I found frost building up on the evaporator at the cap tube and pressures were not within range. I flushed the system and removed and replaced the evaporator and UV drier and vacuumed again and pressures held. Installed 3.7oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures and got the same results. I notified the office CS that I would have to reschedule and come back. Im ordering Nitrogen, compressor kit, UV drier, access valve and evaporator and office to schedule return service. Arrived onsite for refrigerator freezing eggs in the RC. Upon arrival I found FC=5 set to 0 RC=36 set to 40. I found the customer experienced eggs freezing when they were placed and resting near the damper vent in the RC. The customer has since placed the eggs in a different location and they have not froze again. I checked all thermistors as well as fan and damper function through diagnostics. I found all functioning as designed. I noticed the RC and FC dont have many items in them at the moment. I found the ice bin full of ice. I advised the customer to add some more food in both compartments to ensure a more equalized cool. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer not drying properly. Upon arrival the customer stated that on smaller cycles the unit seems to dry fine, but on larger bulky cycles it takes several dry cycles to fully dry her clothes. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F2E1 for stuck key. I then ran the dryer and tested airflow with the airflow tester. It was red for bad airflow on all dryers. I then used my thermocouple and tested heat fluctuations at the vent. With the vent on, the unit had almost no heat fluctuations. I checked voltage at the wall and terminal block. Both checked good. This indicates a lack of airflow at the wall. I advised the customer on my findings. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not getting water. Upon arrival the customer stated they already had another tech come out and replace the drain pump. I found that as soon as you close the DW the drain pump will click on. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no error codes. I found all loads energizing, but the valve would only kick on for a second. Upon further inspection I found the float switch assembly physically broken. I found the switch needing to be replaced and quoted the customer on the part. I installed the float switch and then tested the unit. It was no longer erroneously draining. I found the unit now filling and begging a wash cycle. The unit is working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service.

Found ice was set to lowest setting for thickness. Adjusted to thick ice. I also noticed that the unit is taking a long time to fill, and the valve seems to be timing out. Advised customer that if the unit has thick ice with this setting change we are set. If this does not change anything, recommend replacement of inlet valve on next visit.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not producing ice. Upon arrival I found FC=-1 RC=39. I ran diagnostics and confirmed function to all fans and damper. I accessed the ice maker motor and attempted to manually turn the wheel to engage the cycle. The ice maker had no function. I removed the IM and checked voltage to the harness. I found 125 Vac coming in to the ice maker. The customer stated that there was a lightning strike that knocked out other appliances. I disassembled the ice maker and found the motor burned or shorted most likely caused by recent storms or lightning strikes. The customer agreed so I replaced the ice maker. I was able to cycle the new ice maker and it filled as designed.

I found a service pointer relating to the spray pattern inside this dispenser. I inspected the pantry UI and harness I found them in good condition. I gained access to the control and tested the rc temp and evaporator thermistor. The rc evaporator thermistor is receiving 2.5 vdc and homing out at 23.32 kohm(0 degrees). I found the rc temp sensor receiving 2.6 vdc and 6.6 kohms(45 degrees).
