Arrived onsite for dryer that isnÂ’t dryer all the way or stopping mid cycle. Upon inspection I found a makeshift box vent from the dryer to the wall. I accessed the rear panel and removed the box bent. I found a mass of lint build up in the vent and in the wall. The lint inside the wall outlet was also moist. I took apart the blower housing and removed more lint from inside and cleared any lint around the heating element. I reassembled the unit and tested. The unit is working as designed at this time. I advised the customer to have the vent system changed from the make shift box vent to a aluminum vent hose as well as having her vents for the house cleaned for to clear out the lint optimal drying since they have not been cleaned in a long time Job complete.

Upon inspection I found the RC at around 40*F I found that a box of food was blocking the damper in the RC and there were many items pushed against the back wall of the RC. I explained that this could be the cause of the loss of cool. I accessed the FC evaporator and found a good and complete frost pattern. I did not see any evidence of a defrost issue or anything else out of the ordinary. I advised the customer on repositioning some of the food items in the RC and asked them to monitor the unit and let us know if they still experience cooling issues after moving stuff around. "Arrived on site for sealed system repair. I gained access to the dryer and compressor. When I punctured the dryer I found 60 psi in the system which is normal. When I plugged the unit in, the system would not build pressure. The compressor will need to be replaced. I removed the compressor and dryer. I installed a non uV dryer and a new compressor with an access valve. I pulled a 30 inch vacuum and monitored the gauges. I found no leaks in the system. I put a measured charge of 4.5oz of r134 into the system and powered the unit on. I monitored pressures and found them building appropriately. The unit is operating as designed. Job complete. The customer will call within a couple of days after the unit has cooled down properly to order the doors and handle. "Arrived on site for refrigerator having ice buildup in RC. Inspected unit and work area. Found RC evaporator frozen and ice separating panel from evaporator. Performed diagnostics mode and tested defrost operation. Found control reading thermistor. Unplugged thermistor from control and measured resistances and found within range. Removed ice buildup to gain access to FC evaporator. Found thermistor starting to show signs of corrosion. Recommend to replace thermistor as well. Found RC drain line clogged to. Removed failed thermistor and installed new. Gained access to drain line and cleared. Installed fan scroll. Performed diagnostics mode and tested operation. All tested good, no water leaks detected.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found where water had leaked at the back left corner of the unit. I removed the front toeplate and inspected the water lines under the unit and found water on the outside of the lines at the back inlet valve. I pulled the unit out and removed the back cover and found that the inlet valve assembly was leaking at the line going to the filter housing and at the water line going to the ice maker.
