Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they just moved in and the water was connected to the unit and the filter was replaced, but theres no water coming from the unit. I tested temps in the FC=5 degrees and RC=39 degrees. Pulled unit out and found the water source at the wall not turned on. Turned the water on and tested the dispenser and it is operating as designed. Tested the ice maker and it too is operating as designed. Fifties temp settings on UI. No repairs needed at this time, no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for STILL TUMBLING- NOT DRYING/HEATING. Removed lint trap and found a very thick layer of lint over the screen. Removed lint layer from screen. Found temp setting was on low. Set to high. Used thermocouple to test temps. First high temps was 205 and first low temp was 115. These temps remained consistent over four high and low cycles. Removed back panel to inspect and remove lint chute for any clogs and it was clean and clear. Inspected vent at wall and it was a straight shot to the exterior of the home. There was a little bit of build up but otherwise it was clear. Showed customer how to use timed dry and explained using the other automatic dry cycle may turn off the dryer before everything inside is dry if drying a mixed load. Explained that timed dry is best to use on mixed loads. Dryer heating as designed. Job completed.

Arrived on site for the oven tripping the breaker. I inspected the unit and work area. The home builder put the unit into a preheat and it tripped the brake part way through. I pulled the unit and tested the elements and found them in good working order. I opened the 4 prong male side of the outlet and found the neutral loose. I tightened the neutral into place and retested the unit. It is working as designed and not tripping the breaker. I would still have the electrician come out an double check that outlet. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, UV dye drier and access valve and vacuumed the system for approximately 20 mins. Pressures held at -30/0. I installed 6oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures and the evaporator. Pressures were good at 0/150 and the evaporator had a good frost pattern. No,water connections to the unit, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the ice maker not working. I checked temps in the unit and found the FC at 5?F, the RC at 37?F, and the IB at 17?F. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes for the IM. I ran a harvest and found it ran through as designed. I then tried to fill the IM, but no water dispenser. I gained access to the valve and removed the line. I then ran test 45 and found the valve was working as designed. Upon further inspection I found the fill line frozen over. I cleared the line. I then tested the IM fill again, and found it now working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a microwave combo oven that when microwaving, the timer never moves and the unit endlessly runs. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit will do this intermittently ever couple of days. The customer also provided a video of the issue. In the video the unit would never advance, and you could hear the UI chime as if it were resetting the timer. I tested the unit with a microwaveable cup of water, and could not replicate the issue. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F6E4 for UI to control mismatch. When I went to activate MW relay load in diagnostics mode for the MW it threw an F4E1 error for MW temp sensor. After it was thrown I could no longer activate any load in diagnostics for the MW. I got out of diagnostics and then it began working as designed again. It would do this every time I went to activate the MW relay in diagnostics. I called techline and spoke to JR and received SR# 7732704592. JR recommended checking the harness replacing the UI. He also recommended on return to go into diagnostics mode and change the machine model number. You would then power the unit down, and after you power the unit back on change it back to the correct model number. He stated that this will most likely correct the F4E1 error code. He also recommended stressing the importance of connecting the unit to WiFi in order to get the software updates. Office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11297728 (UI)"

Called Whirlpool tech support and spoke with Leon. Ohm at drain pump and found not within range. Will need to replace pump before connecting to control. "Arrived on site to follow up on oven that was not heating past 200. Checked error codes and found F9E0 code for miswire. Customer said oven has never worked right. Uninstalled oven and checked the junction box for the outlet. Found neutral and L2 backwards. Reversed neutral and L2. Reinstalled unit and verified unit working as designed. Advised customer that the builders had lifted the unit in the cavity to cover up a gap but didn't use shims. Advised to have builder resolve that, but unit working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the it unplugged and the breaker tripped. Reset the breaker and plugged the unit in and the breaker tripped again. I unplugged the unit and reset the breaker and tested the outlet and it is showing 126V. Plugged the unit back in and the breaker tripped. I placed a tester start device on the compressor and plugged unit in and the compressor briefly came on then tripped the breaker again. I tested the windings to the compressor and they were within range. Tested continuity to the power cord and it was good. I tested the power cord by unplugging it from the compressor and the unit and the breaker did not trip. I reconnected the power cord to the compressor and unit and plugged it back in and the unit began to operate as designed. I recommended that the customer have the breaker replaced as it could have gone bad since it tripped several times and to monitor the unit. I recommended that the customer contact our office if the unit continues to trip after replacing the breaker. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for THERE IS POWER - NOT HEATING (USED IT EARLIER TODAY IT WAS FINE). Ran microwave with one cup of water for one minute to listen to microwave run. All sounded good and cup of water was steaming. Asked customer if they could provide a bag of popcorn based on this is what they were warming when it stopped working. Ran bag of popcorn for three and a half minutes. Bag fully popped. Customer placed sausage inside for one minute. It heated as designed. Customer placed two eggs inside. Heated as designed. I found the console was loose at the bottom causing the console to wiggle every time a button was pressed. Gained access to console and found that the bottom left plastic arm that holds the console in place was broken. Used foil tape to secure the bottom of the console exterior of microwave in place to prevent it from wiggling. Used paper towels to remove all of the dust and grease from the cover and interior where the filters are located at the top. Reassembled cover. Ran microwave with another cup of water and microwave is still heating as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying/heating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Using my multimeter, I tested amp draw to the components and found all components are within range. The element was showing 7-9amps in wash and drying cycles of diagnostics. I found customer has a water softener system and not using the proper detergent/rinse aid for this type of system. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. Contacted techline and spoke to Joel and advised of the complaint and my findings. Joel made the same recommendations for use/care and detergent/rinse aid use and provided SR#7732701946. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for the washing machine not spinning out clothes. I found fault code f20 in diagnostics, no water detected entering/ pressure switch fault. I put it through a diagnostics cycle and and the unit filling, and draining properly. When it got to the spin cycle the unit made a rattling noise until it got to speed. I spun the drum by hand and found no noise coming from the internal drum or bearing. I inspected the motor and belt. I found the belt loose. The drain pump is clear of any debris. Removed starter and installed new starter. Same results with new starter. Tested windings and amp draw. Compressor is faulty. Ordering compressor (W11370574), couplers (W11506635) and evaporator (W11546692) to return and complete the repair. Fridge is in the garage. Coming back with evaporator just in case it is needed. Found back left wheel shaft was not inserted into wheel. I was able to secure the shaft back into the wheel. Fridge rolls as designed. Found back left compressor bolt was loose inside back panel. I found the bottom panel badly warped. Tested the unit in convection bake and found the convect fan making a loud humming noise. Tested the unit in bake and found the unit not heating. Pulled the unit onto my oven dolly and tested the elements and found the bake element bad. Ir removed and replaced the bake element and convection fan assembly and retested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

Arrived on site for Nothing Is Working - No Power - Wall Oven. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Oven both heated as designed. Customer stated they were cooking in top oven at 425 then turned on bottom oven to preheat. While bottom heated they cancelled top oven heat and adjusted to new temp and oven reset itself. Gave an error code but customer didnt notate it. Customer reset exterior breaker to oven and havent used it since. With no error codes oven is heating and working as designed. I preheated both ovens to 350. Once preheated I adjusted top oven to 425. Once top preheated I adjusted bottom to 450. No power failures detected. Recommended they remove the liner that covers entire rack permanently. Recommend foil that extends half inch past dish and fold edges of foil to catch spills. No repair needed.

Arrived on site for dryer flashing f6 error code . Ran diagnostics and got acu and keypad communication failure . Replaced control and UI . All checked normal. Did recommend having vent cleaned . No lint build up . Job complete.

Arrived on site to install the heater per the special project. I installed the new heater and then tested the unit. I ran a diagnostics cycle while monitoring amp draw to the heater and found it ran through as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for loud groaning noises. Verified with customer noises were when drain pump is activated and when unit is in agitate. Found unit not leveled causing tub to be off balanced. Leveled unit and advised customer initial complaint of groaning noises is normal operating and explained what unit is doing when noise is present. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator possibly leaking water. Inspected unit and work area. Had plumber turn water on. Dispensed water through dispenser and monitored for possible water leaks. Cycled ice maker several times. Poured water down defrost drain. No water leaks detected. Spoke with plumber with amount of water that was found. He stated that is was a large amount that was found. Most likely the only way that unit would leak that amount of water would be from supply line and was not leaking at time of service. All tested good no water leaks detected during service. Turned ice maker off and had customer turn water off.

Arrived onsite for sometimes not engaging left side switch and found unit operating as designed with good alignment. Provided customer instruct on door switches and best use and care principles. All checks good.
