"Arrived on site for a dryer not heating. I checked voltage at the wall and found L1 to neutral with zero voltage and L2 to neutral getting 90V. This indicates a bad outlet and I advised the customer er on this. I flipped the breaker and still found the same issue. I then gained access to the heating circuit and found the thermal cutoff bad. I installed the cutoff and advised the customer to further test the unit we would need the outlet repaired, but as of now the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for range/oven with suspected gas leak. Upon inspection I found the ignitor drawing about 4 amps and ignited the gas burner as designed. I used the provided gas leak detector on the burners and valve stem but the detector did not detect any leaks. I found the flames at correct size and color. The customer had concerns with the ovens CO2 levels. I explained that the oven will put off co2 during heating and especially preheat because the burner stays on longer during cycles. But the co2 test would need to be done above the range near the console at the flues and not near the oven door or inside the oven. It is also recommended to run the hood fan while using the oven to ensure any excess co2 Is vented out. I also recommended getting a co2 detector and mounting it 20 to 30 feet over a doorway if there are still concerns. The oven is working as designed at this time and no gas leaks were detected during time of service.

"Arrived on site to follow up on dishwasher that wasnt draining. Customer was able to siphon out the water and since get it to drain, but would not drain prior. They had an unresponsive control panel that was not allowing it to drain either. I was able to get the unit to fill and drain, but the drain seems fairly weak. I checked codes and found F3E3 OWI failed calibration, F1E1 Control stuck K2 relay, F8E2 cold water temp, F9E1 slow drain. Based in the error codes and the fact he control didnt respond, I recommended we replace the control, OWI and the drain pump. Drain line has been cleared and blasted twice and is not obstructed.

Placed in auto diagnostics. Found splutch making same grinding noise when washer went into agitation. Same issue prior to replacing gear case last visit. Inspected splutch and found belt falling off. Called techline and they had me inspect suspension. When pressing down on basket it was bottoming out on floor. Raised all four legs to lowest position to raise washer. "Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F30-long fill. Continued with testing and when the unit began test C1, it filled the tub halfway with water then shut down and the drain pump came on and drained the water. I tested the long valve and it showed good ohm readings. Following the tech sheet, the control must be replaced. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon further inspection I found the heat grid physically broken now, and when powering the unit on the bin thermistor error code is flashing. I ohmd out the thermistor and it is now reading open. I ran a test cycle and found the units evap now getting a frost patter, but the water barely trickling out. This also indicates a failed valve. "Arrived on site to diagnose MW oven combo with F9 Error. Found the F9 error is related to a failure of the lock motor, or the motor circuit. I attempted to partially disassemble the unit to get to the latch, but found unit has to come out of the wall in order to get the trim off. The unit has plastic cracking and breaking. Oven door needs to be removed in order to get to the screws for the trim. Door brackets are screwed in. Requesting 2nd tech to assist with door and oven removal to continue troubleshooting. I also noticed that when the unit is jiggled or shaken, the lights flicker, and we may have issues with the wiring harness. Unit is 30 years old. Requesting 2 man job and approval from AHS. ; ordrng 1 Autho (AHS Autho), states that autho needed"

Arrived on site for the inner door piece slides down and should not. Mullion does not engage in center bracket. Found mullion mounted properly. Inspected left side RC door cam and it looked good. Inspected left side RC hinge and it looked bent downwards. Compared to right side RC hinge and there was definitely more clearance under the right side hinge than the left side RC hinge. Ordering LEFT SIDE hinge to return and complete the repair. Also returning with rail mullion to be installed due to the original getting knocked around and not closing as designed.
